I can’t say enough about the way they handled our car after an accident. They helped us out of a tough situation on two different occasions and were advocates for us not only with the insurance companies but every single step along the way. Above and beyond! HIGHLY recommend!!

Burned seats of my car while in their custody then told me it was already there

This is a real scam. Stay away! They begged me to give them my car for repair and I deeply regret allowing them to touch my car. They are unprofessional and untruthful. Their excuse is that the person who lied to me no longer works with them. And that lie is costing me close to $700 and 3% of that amount if I pay by card and all of this with my car not fixed. They dont accept checks. DO NOT GO THERE.

Rodney took care of all parts of the repair, including getting the replacement wheel to be painted the custom colour of my existing set. All rental arrangements were made, and the car delivered better than I had hoped for. The color match was excellent, which can be a problem with darker metallic silvers. Happy to recommend this business!

Hit and run while parked, really messed up the drivers side, all the way from front bumper to back bumper. The best part of the whole experience was, by far, working with Reliance Collision. They dealt with my insurance company a couple of times, communicated frequently, were always friendly and knowledgeable, did good work, and even came in outside of their business hours so I could pick my car up. I will use them again for sure. So nice to find a good shop.

I would 10/10 recommend reliable collision! From the time I talked to them on the phone at the beginning to the time I picked up the car after it was done was all very organized and they kept me in the loop about everything. The girls in the office are very nice and do everything they can to make sure you know what’s going on when they have your vehicle. Also Rodney the guy who does the vehicle work and painting did an amazing job. My car looks better than it did before the accident and they even took the time to detail the inside and outside of the vehicle. Had a lot of Body and trim damage from a deer. Reliable did a great job on the fix. There was one problem with the door handle. They looked at it and got it fixed while I waited. No complaints on quality of work at all. The process took a long time but I honestly don’t know if that was their fault or the insurance company. Either way, insurance paid for rental and Reliable covered my deductible. Would recommend for anyone needing body and trim work.

Today I take my car go fix bumper I had be looking for body shop for a while but couldnt find the right one every body shop told take 5 day to getting done about time I found this place reliable collision they take only 1 hours 45 minutes to get done they are so nice rodney he done great job to my car including the girls working at the front desk they are so nice and kind they make me feel so comfortable rodney he got done a great job fast good quality I am so happy I dont have to get car rental thank you so much rodney for a great job you are awesome have a great day will see you again soon😁😁😁💖

First things first. The care and detail that went into me the customer. 5 stars. My agent was on holiday when I went to pick it up. Owner and admin jumped in to keep me up to date and help with all the small details. Now my vehicle. Hit skip. Wrangler replaced passenger door and runner. Beautiful on the outside. The only negative I’d say. They did such a good job cleaning the interior and detailing the Jeep. (I have a golden. We go canoeing). The standard of clean makes me not want to allow my golden in the Jeep. It looks that good. Can’t say enough nice things. Jennifer at the front office spot on. Agent John good first class. This is my 2nd time bringing my 2015 Chevy Impala in. They do really great work and they are really friendly. I love the fact they take time to detail your car after your repairs are done. If I could give this place 10 stars, trust me I would. I was in an accident recently and the entire team at Reliable took phenomenal care of my vehicle. My repairs were well over $6500 so they only charged half my deductible. Rodney, Stephanie, and Jennifer took amazing care of me as a customer. They also put up with me calling multiple times a week asking about the status of my car and were VERY patient with me. I will never do business with this company ever again!! They are based in Columbus, OH and tried to open an office in Cincinnati. So I was called by Warren for my business but I wasnt told that my car would be being towed to Columbus until I went to drop my car off and had already set up the rental (1 red flag I ignored). I was calling to check on the status of my car and wouldnt get an answer but a text that he was busy. So I finally called the Columbus office and got an answer. They had my car for almost 2 weeks for a very minor accident (3,000 in damages). When I got my car back everything looked good and they even fixed my windshield for free but then about a month or so passes and the door where the work took place started creaking when it was opened. I called Warren in the Cincinnati office and he said o no problem u can bring it in so I can take a look later this week. Later came, Im calling to make sure I could still come never got a response until I called Columbus again and I was told that the Cincinnati office would be closed for a few weeks but they would set up some time to get my car looked at. Basically got the run around for 3 weeks until I called and asked for a manager. And guess who the manager was? Warren, who was rude and goes on to tell me that it would be fiscally irresponsible for them to fix my car in Cincinnati but they could do it if I drove 2 hrs there and 2 hrs back home for probably a 5 minute job even though their mechanic is the reason why my car isnt fixed correctly. I ended up going to my regular car shop and getting it fixed which I shouldnt have had to do. So, no I would not recommend this company!!

Long story short I was in a bad position. I had almost no help or even decent customer service from anywhere except here when I wrecked my car. Warren Price did a phenomenal job. He called me to check in. If he didn’t answer my call, he’d call right back. He fought with insurance to better help me. He even went out of his way to bring my belongings from my vehicle down to Cincinnati so that the insurance could collect the vehicle.I’ve never met this person before in my life and he treated me as if we knew each other for years. I had my car at Germain Honda. They left it out in the rain for 3 days. Shouldn’t have taken it there. When I bought it there they told me my payment would be $300+ at 1.9%. The payment was exactly the same but the interest rate was 4.9%. Germain attempted shady things like that in the past. Debra called me from Reliable Collision and was extremely nice and was the reason I took there. She worked with my deductible and the car looks great. She provided great customer service and I would definitely recommend this place. The manager called and kept me up to date on the repair and they took car of the car rental and dealt with the insurance company.

I absolutely love the sevice I received, they were very patient with me. They made sure that I understood everything that they were going to do to my car. Ms. Tracy was so wonderful, I was having trouble with the insurance company, when I needed a rental the company would not work with me, and refused my request for the rental. I’m a woman so I am usually skeptical of going to repair shops because they usually try to overcharge or say I need something when I don’t. I don’t have the same feeling when I go here. The date was 9/19/2017 and I had everything against me, but the minute I stepped into Reliable Collision I immediately felt like finally somebody was on my side. Benjamin listen to my needs, and the words I cant do that did Not Exist. We talked about our plan on achieving my satisfaction, and once the plan was set, Stephanie the manager asked me is there anything else they could do to make this process go well, I just asked if I could get a ride to my rental reservation, no problem, they took me to my rental, and waited until I was happy with my reservation. If zero star was an option, that would be my rating for this company. Use at your own risk, but they surely do not have my stamp of approval. Very questionable ethics in my opinion but you be the judge of that. My daughter and I were rear ended, Stephanie got my number from the accident report and called the next day. She made a number of promises about the care of my vehicle. I was going to use a different shop but they were unable to get me in right away. It would be a week wait. Stephanie said they could start working on my SUV that same day. She said they would tow it from the rental place in Chillicothe to their shop. I explained it was an hour away and she assured me they would tow it back to Chillicothe when finished. She stated in the contract that she would update me every couple days on the progress of my vehicle. It was a week before they even looked at my vehicle. Reliable Collision had my vehicle for a month. Not a quick service to get me back in vehicle as promised. Never once was I called to update me on anything. Would leave Stephanie messages to call me back and update me. Never once did she call me back. When I called up to check status of vehicle they said it was being detailed. I asked when they could meet me at the rental place to switch vehicles. I was informed that I would have to pick up from shop. Jennifer got Stephanie on the phone for the first time. Who had the nerve to say she never made such promises. Long story short it took me trying to get my attorney involved before they starting looking into anything. I told Stephanie that I didn’t know how she could look herself in the mirror having no morals or values. She placed me on hold and refused to let me speak with her manager. I hung up and called Robert explaining story. He said he would look into it and call back. Jennifer called back and said they listened to previous recordings and heard Stephanie make those promises. Apologized for her unprofessional behavior and assured me they would tow the car down to me the next day. Here I sit at the rental place... have been waiting for the over an hour. I was assured they would be here at 4:30. I called because they were not here. Jennifer said they were running late and would be here at 5. At 5:30 I get a call from the guy driving tow truck. He is just now leaving Columbus. In my personal opinion. This agency has no morals or values. They have their employees tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to choose their shop.... take a hard lesson from me. DON’T GIVE RELIABLE COLLISION YOUR BUSINESS

You might be looking at reviews Reliable Collision because youve been scammed or scared of shoddy work. Based on my experience I can say that youll get neither of those here. You can trust this place to get quality work for the right price. Thats the short of it. Heres the long form:I was vulnerable and on a tight budget with my car damaged from hitting a deer. I was on a road trip, far from home. My NY plates probably screamed easy money as I was not a local and thus could be scammed without major repercussion. I had gotten a quote for a one day job from another body shop, but something seemed off about that other place. The price/amount of work felt off and it seemed like it wasnt going to come out nicely if it could all be done in a day.Instead, based on a recommendation from a close friend who had lived here before, I went to Reliable Collision. I cannot be more glad that I did! They did everything PERFECTLY, for LESS, and did not railroad me in to additional services like the previous shop tried to.In fact, once they knew my budget, they fit the job to work within it. They told me the order of priority on the work that needed done, and the work that didnt need doing. They gave me all of the options, not just the ones that gave them the most money.So, vulnerable and poor, I trusted Reliable Collision and came out with a greatly improved car. I kept thanking them and promising that Id be back to bring them more business despite me living all the way in NYC.

First, Id like to state why I bothered giving this place any stars at all: the final body job was good.Now, the process to getting that body job was a disaster. Between the were still processing with the insurance and the oops, we ordered the wrong parts phone calls, it took them over a month to finish the car. We tolerated it. Anything to just get the car fixed.Now, there are two important pieces of information you should know:1. The reason the car needed fixed was a fender bender that took out one of the front headlights.2. The car is not in my name, but my boyfriends name.Continuing the story...when they finally called us to let us know the job was complete, we checked and double checked to make sure that it would not be a problem for me to pick up the car since he would be at work through all of their open hours and our insurance were unwilling to pay for another day of the rental car (understandably). When I finally was able to swing a ride up there, the staff seemed very unprofessional and just overall awkward. I told them the name for the car (they seemed surprised that I wasnt the official owner and asked what time hed be coming by) and they told me that they still were waiting to receive the emblem for the car so they could put it on and then let me take it. I was a little frustrated because I was told it was already done the day before, but whatever. Shouldnt take long. 30 minutes later, they finally hand me the keys and tell me its done. Then it finally occurred to someone that the insurance check needed signed...by my boyfriend. But according to Tracy, that shouldnt be a problem! Since she just guessed I must forge his signature all the time! And she told me I should just go ahead and do it again! Her and the gentleman who brought the car up encourage me to simply forge my boyfriends significantly because, even though Im on the insurance, they were worried that signing my own name would raise some red flags! So they told me just to sign his name...and commit forgery...which, need I remind you, is ILLEGAL.When I refused, I called my boyfriend and told him the situation, which led to him leaving work early to fix the mess. Needless to say, were never going back to Reliable Collisions again.

I worked with Reliable Collision when I was involved in a car accident and they had my vehicle towed there and looked over it after my insurance company did to identify any additional damage. After my accident I was contacted by multiple businesses but I am glad I went with Relivle Collision as they made the whole process of getting my vehicle to them and assessing damage an quick process and I can’t say enough good things about them and their professionalism throughout.

Did a pretty good job fixing my car. Problem is after got my car back pieces were missing. Back and forth with their detailer and neither one wants to take blame. So Im left with missing parts that were present at drop off. Strongly advise not letting them detail your vehicle.

I recently was involved in a car accident and the damages to my truck were substantial. Among the many repair shops to choose from, Ive decided to give Reliable Collision a try and learned through my insurance adjuster (and from word-of-mouth) that they are very good at what they do! I highly recommended using their services and can tell you firsthand that they are, indeed, very good! My truck looks like it just came off the showroom floor! Not only did they fix my truck, but theyve also detailed it upon completion! When I went to go get it, it was immaculate!Initially, I was confused about the whole claim process and getting my truck serviced and felt sort of distraught about the whole thing as Ive never been through this before?For starters, to ease my mind, theyve towed my damaged truck to their lot and after taking care of other cars ahead of mines (obviously), got to working on my truck within a few days! Theyve made what is called an initial damage assessment by looking at it and documented it! They document everything which is very professional and for your protection! Secondly, theyve performed what is called a supplemental damage report which was done after theyve got my truck into their shop and lifted it up to look underneath it for any structural damages to my frame and so on. After this process, theyve worked directly with my insurance adjuster and the ball really got rolling. Once theyve started working on my truck, theyve truly finished within a reasonable amount of time and let me know the status of their work every step of the way.Long story short, they are a very good repair shop and I would recommend them to my family and friends, GOD forbid if they should be involved in an accident, but with that being said, theres hope and theres Reliable Collision! Thanks Rodney from the bottom of my heart for taking care of me and working with my insurance company and for putting my heart at ease and ultimately... for taking care of my vehicle. This is my first time dealing with a body shop and they did such a Awesome job they really did make my car look and smell like new. Ok I got in a wreck and everyone and his brother was calling me and I talked to my insurance company and they gave me a list of preferred body shops but some how I answered Mary’s call at Reliable Collsion and told her I would bring the car around for them to look at it and I did so glad I did Mary took care of everything helped me get a rent a car let me know pretty much step by step till I went and picked up my car They really did such a Great job I had to write this review to say Thank You so much and I would recommend my Mother or any one who needs body work done to there car to go to Reliable CollisionThank you again Robert l Presley jr

I wish there were a way to leave no stars. This is the worst place to get anything fixed as ALL THEY DO IS LIE I was first told my car would take between 7 to 10 days to get fixed it took them 3 weeks all they kept telling me was it will be done tomorrow or the next day.after running out of days with a rental car they then told me they would get one for me another lie. Then I told them that I had made an appointment with the car dealership to get a key programmed and I had missed that because of the lies they had told me and had to pay 50$ they said we will reimburse you because it was our fault that never happened. Now I was promised that they would have my Windows tintted on my car well that never happened they gave me a voucher to get them done at some place that is an hour away. So when I told them I had no way to do it because I work 6 days a week they said to bad for you... I would never take my car back to this place even if they fixed it for free

Got into an accident took it to them, the damages cost around 10,000 they had my car for 4 months and after i got it back a year later I had to get a service done at my dealership and they notice alot of parts were missing and just about covered up. I went and confronted them about the mistakes and they said they was willing to fix the issue and of course they took 2 or 2 weeks just for something small and simple.. they prolonged the time and quality was not good, I ended up leaving the vechile as it was becuase i couldnt take it anymore.. I would not trust this place,the people that works there are really nice but there work is not good.

I cant say enough how amazing this business is. I was driving home frustrated after being re-end on 71 and skip called and was there when I needed help. My insurance was driving me crazy and the other lady had none so I was stuck with this dectable. Skip said go to hurts your rental is waiting and the tow truck is on its way to pick your up. I thought wow! Then Jenna stepped in for the next steps with updates and when I callee she always answered her phone. They walked me through the whole process and said dont worry and I didnt. Then today these amazing peoole knew I was busy at work stressed so again what did they do? They stepped in said dont worry and bam, hertz showed up picked the rental up, and then here come my beautiful truck! They not only fixed my truck, they detailed it inside and out and wait for it.... Brought my truck with a full tank of gas so I would be ready to go with my crazy busy schedule. This place is not a business it become a part of our family and i know where I will always be going!! This is a terrible place. They gave me an unfinished car after two months. I now have many problems with my car and they could not answer why it was not fixed.
