First time visiting this establishment fir a work quote. As soon as I pulled up and got out of the vehicle, I was greeted. The team was knowledgeable. Still waiting on an estimate.

Rip off... Beware!!!! Needed a spot glued on my headliner.. I was quoted 60 dollars and was told it would just fall again when it got hot outside... Only way would have to do the whole headliner at the price of 400 plus tax....

Very unprofessional, he will give every excuse in the book to why he didn’t get what you want done. Then he’ll take a week off, then he was too tired.No respect for handicap, refused to give me back my crutches and locked them in building.Don’t ignore this, If you get upset with him he’ll start adding random charges to your bill. Take your money to “clint’s auto trim”, they can get what he takes 2 & 1/2 weeks to do in 2 days.It’s amazing

I had my headliner replaced recently and I wasnt happy. When I went to pick up my car and before I could inspect it I was ask to pay. Before I payed I inspected the work and saw mediocre service. There were ripples in the material, material not cut properly, not glued properly, glue on the sun visors, missing parts and broken plastic parts. Took it back to get the work redone and still not 100 percent satisfied.

I looked everywhere trying to find a shop to fix my Volvo Hardtop Convertible because the dealer in Columbus wanted $2,500. They said that my hydralic pump needed to be replaced. I went to Percision Vinyl & Leather in desperation thinking they probably only replaced rag tops on convertibles but, within a few minutes, they had diagonosed that my problem was NOT the hydralic pump. After a couple days, I picked up my car and it was fixed for ...... wait for it ..... $150.!!!! I could not get in my wallet fast enough. Everyone there was very nice and good to me. They could have charged me anything under 2,500. and I would have had to pay it but they didnt. They were honest and displayed high integrity. I will always go there first!

Went to get a quote for 2 bucket seats for my jeep, and they called another shop to get a price for seat covers didnt even want to recover my seats themselves. Quoted $125.00 to install and $25.00 for shipping for seat covers. Worthless company for 40 years of business.

The person who answer the phone was rude and hung up on me when I ask questions about their services. I will never go there.
