I purchased my very first brand new car a few days ago from Bedell Corey and the team at Roush Ford. Due to the inventory shortage, I had to order my Mustang GT back in May. When it finally arrived they let me know immediately, even before I got the email from Ford that it had been shipped!Once I arrived at the dealership to see the car, the process was seamless from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make sure my questions were answered and my needs were met. First, I would like to say in all my past visits I have had A+ service. This experience however didnt go so well.I brought my F150 in to get an oil change. I also shared that I noticed oil spots on the tailgate and that I received a low oil pressure light. After the Oil change they confirm that there was an oil pan leak (This is the same issue that I had serviced 9 months prior). I made an appointment to bring the truck back in because I needed to have a loader car. I dropped the truck off on 5/3/21 for the oil pan service. After a week I had to reach out for an update. I received no communication from the service center. I initiated all contacts except for the final contact to let me know my truck was ready. In past services I would with a person named Destry that provided me with updates every few days. When I used the text option this visit that was provided, I received zero response. I picked the truck up on 5/14/21. After leaving the lot I noticed an odd noise. I persisted the rest of the day. I called back in on 5/15/21 and returned the truck later that day. I had them listen for the noise and also pointed out the oily hand prints left on the hood after the service. The determined the noise to be a drive train issue and made some calls to have me leave the truck behind. They were able to provide me with a rental again. I received a call Monday Morning that the found the issue and resolved it. I picked up my truck and asked what they found. They informed me that the heat shields that had to remove to replace the oil pan were not reinstalled properly. When I left and got home I noticed that I still had the oily handprints on the hood. Less than 48 hours after picking up the truck I was shocked when my truck displayed a CHANGE ENGINE OIL SOON warning light. I was able to pop the hood and check the oil and see that oil levels were normal, they failed to reset the oil setting after the oil change.
Purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer ST, Mike Cooper helped us and he was great and so were the rest of the staff, they kept our 4/6 yr olds entertained with snacks and drinks! I apologize for not remembering the gentleman that does the finance but he gave the kids balloons, all around everyone made the experience stress free and as easy as could be. We were in and out in under 1.5 hours. thanks again and i would HIGHLY recommend!
Well I needed DEF fluid. Came here the parts department was closed before the dealership on a Saturday. I asked for a manager to see if they could sell me some, some guy went to look for some and was unsuccessful. I think they should sell def fluid while they are open. I only use motorcraft def and couldn’t get any. So not happy about this situation.
I do want to say that working with Sarah and the Roush Ford team was a very smooth professional experience. I was treated fairly and felt the deal was a good one. I really appreciated that the car was delivered to me by your staff. They were a very nice group also. So thank you. I have gotten lots of compliments on the car. It is a beautiful car.
I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I stopped in to see if they had a key set for the spare tire lock that is on my 2012 f250 i recently purchased so i can remove the spare. I tried to talk to a service advisor, but they were all apparently busy with customers with appointments. I then went in to the parts desk. I rang the bell as requested by the posted sign, waited 10 minutes with no response. I then stepped around the corner to ask the cashier about the parts desk attendant and she rudely said just push the doorbell and they will come to the desk. So i did. I rang the bell a couple more times during the next 10 minutes and nobody came. I went back to the cashier on my way out and said nobody came and she said i guess they are busy. I walked out having interacted with 4 staff members and had no solution to my issue. I guess the lack of customer service due to Covid has affected Roush too.

I recently purchased a 2021 Ford Ranger Sport. Nice truck, very nice. I had a trade in as well as a down payment. I was given good value for the trade and a good deal on the truck itself. The staff was great. Randy Cheadle went out of his way to make sure everything was in order. Randy came into work on his day off just to make sure I knew where everything was in the truck and how it functioned. Thats dedication to your job and excellent customer service, you dont get that at every car dealership.I will return to Roush Ford for the next purchase where I know I will be taken care of. Sadie did great ans quickly check everything. One thing about handle for left door of driver seat- inside. They have order and appt on Tuesday. I’m not happy little bit. I wish it’s done. I know it’s not their fault. 2011 is hard to find. I’m back.
My car had the tire pressure light turn on, was able to bring my car in and they made sure none of my tires were flat, also went ahead and got the WORKS package, fast service, kept me informed, and let me know what to keep an eye on for future services. will come back next time i need an oil change.

We want to thank Doug & the Roush Ford service dept. for a great experience getting my sons car diagnosed and fixed. They gladly did some warranty work and were patient with having his car there for 10 days while I worked out with insurance and the other shop involved with the original work (which was the issue). Doug and the entire staff were polite, understanding, and professional. It was a bad situation and they made it so much better. Plus, the work was done quickly once I had approval from insurance for the claim. Thanks again!

Worst place to take your car for service please go somewhere else these people don’t know what they are doing there people skilz are awful… drop my car off 2 weeks ago they told me they will call when ready. 2 weeks go by no call I call them everyday to just get voicemail when I show up there 4 services guys sitting at there desk talking to each other with the phones ringing off the hook I was there for 1hour while they tried to find my paper work I heard the phones ring non stop. Not one service rep picked up one time. Please people there’s a Ford dealer in every part of the city don’t not waste your time and peace of mind on these place. I promise u worst service I ever paid for I’m my life… service on you car is not cheap the last thing you should have to deal with is incompetent people. Specially when you are paying for please do yourself the biggest favor and find a different Service department
Needed another truck fast the old one had been ridden pretty hard and the repairs were difficult to keep up with😒. But with the help of Abraham Buentello and Robin sales team at Roush Ford found my replacement quick and in a hurry. Thank you Abe for all your help😊

Very very disappointing on the service department Ford is great at selling you the vehicle however if you ever need service of any kind you’re up for a surprise because of the way they act to customers They do not follow up on your service they do not answer the phone whatsoever they act like they are doing you a favor and you will get your car whenever they say so not based on what’s wrong with it in my opinion this place needs better leadership And more training oh there was a zero star available the service department at Ford will definitely Earn it
I only wish there were more than 5-stars. Just bought my dream-truck 2021 F-350 Dually Power-Stroke from Roush Ford. I tried to buy from 3- dealers local to me in PA, but they couldnt be bothered even talking to me. Reached out to Roush Ford and not 1-but 3 members of the sales team got back to me before the end of that day. Chase was first to call, so I worked with him on building my truck. Chase was fabulous, he went above and beyond to make the truck perfect for me. Ken handled the financing and was timely, efficient and willing to share his knowledge. I have been buying new trucks for personal and commercial use for over 40-years and this was my best consumer experience to date. Ill be back and I recommend this dealership to everyone. I traveled over 500-miles to purchase this truck and I will do it again, wont even bother looking else-where. Thank-you Chase, Ken & Roush Ford, you guys are the BOMB!
So far so good. We bought a Ford Explorer from out of state. Mike Phillips our sales person was straight forward and honest my kinda guy. We drove down and the vehicle was waiting. After a test drive we were on are way home. Time will tell about the vehicle. They could have filled it up for us lol. But overall great experience.

I purchased a Bronco Sport from Roush Ford and I am very pleased with the overall experience. My salesperson Randy Cheadle was great to work with. He was very pleasant and made sure I was well informed as to where we were in the purchase process. I did receive a trade in value that I felt was reasonable so there was no low ball offer or need to haggle. It was nice not to feel stress when buying a car. I love my new Bronco and would buy from Randy and Roush Ford again.
I have an F-150 and took it in to Roush Ford for a basic oil change. Dropped off at 11am and was told by the service advisor it would be done by 3pm. Called at 5pm to check in after not hearing anything and the truck still hadnt even made it inside to be serviced. Didnt get my truck back until 6:45pm. 7 hours and 45 minutes total to get fresh oil and a new filter. I did not receive any type of discount for the delay or even an apology for keeping my vehicle almost 4 hours past the agreed upon timeline. That is bad business and even worse customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
Have previously had good service here in the past but recent experience was a wreck. Dropped off vehicle early for my appointment expecting either a 1-day or multi-day service depending on parts availability. Despite my 8am appointment by 6pm I hadnt received a call. I called and found out my appointment was canceled and rescheduled potentially for the next day. Expressed my displeasure in both being bumped AND not being informed. The service manager assured me Id have an early appointment and a call back in the morning about the status of my vehicle. I got neither and by 3pm had to call back again to find that theyve failed to diagnose my issue and blamed it on a 3rd party part in my truck. After agreeing to come pick up my truck abs pay the standard fee walked into a dealership clearly disorganized where theyd even lost the paperwork for my vehicle. Upon retrieving my vehicle it was clear they hadnt done any covid or dirt mitigation nor even bothered to wash the vehicle.A waste of time, effort, and money. Will shop future service at a closer dealer.

The customer service is 100%. Coffee/tea large waiting rooms, Comfortable chairs, computer ready and a nice size tv to watch while you wait. The only drawback to this place are the ridiculous pricing on everything. I waited 3 hrs for them to say. You owe 275.00 today bring back tomorrow for another 275.00 because we dont know whats wrong with your car. WOW.

Unlike other dealers around town, its not high pressure sales here, they dont try to sneak things into the price, and do what what they can to make their customers happy. This is a recipe for return customers, and it works. Even the finance guy wasnt shady. He went over his things, we said No thank You to the extras, and everyone was happy.They made a fair offer, and gave us a fair trade in, and my wife got her new Ranger. We will definitely be back to this dealership.

Bedell Core was our salesperson. She followed through with all of our inquiries in a very timely manner. Our trade in and her offer on a new 2021 Ford Mustang GT was the best one we found. After several emails and phone calls, an appointment was setup to come and pick-up our new car. Everything was just as Bedell had presented to us. Nothing hidden. She answered all our questions and made sure we had her phone number in case we needed anything else.We finished up with Ken in Finance. No pressure from either one at all. Would not hesitate to do business with her again.
Had a good experience my first time here. I had them perform and oil change, tire rotation and a inspection of the vehicle as I had recently purchased it used. The price was great but the service took longer than I was told. I didnt have anywhere to be so I didnt mind waiting but for others the wait might have been a problem.
I reached out to 6 dealerships about leasing an Explorer ST and only received two responses. One of those responses was from Bidell at Roush. She was awesome, worked with me almost exclusively through text, email, and phone. Every step of the way she made an extra effort to get me what I wanted. I mentioned a competing offer from another dealer, and she immediately told me they were calculating the price incorrectly, and she was right! She knows her stuff. I completed my purchase several days ago and she is still following up and answering questions that I have had, and there have been a lot. I hope her manager views this review, because she was really excellent at customer service. Finance was quick and friendly, not overbearing. The manager came out to meet me while I was picking up, everyone was super nice. Highly recommend.

If I could give them 10 stars I would, Destry and his team took AMAZING care of me from the moment I called with my concerns. Sadly I got caught by the snow storm and really wasn’t sure what the damage looked like or how I would be able to afford the extra cost with the lapse in having transportation to work. The team went above and beyond to not only get the parts quickly but also help me in affording the cost. I’m so happy I made the decision to purchase my first car here, the service has been stellar since the first day! I never felt pressured to purchase. This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and Mike Cooper. The negotiations went well and quickly and I feel that I received a more than fair deal. Also, I really appreciated being able to test drive the car alone so I could focus on my comfortability with the car and whether I should even make the purchase. I have been to many dealerships in the past and would rank Roush with the best in attention to the customer including the friendly atmosphere.

Great customer service. Bedell Corey was fantastic. Took her time going thoroughly through our 2020 Escape ensuring we understood all features. Specifically went over all safety features making sure we understood how they worked and answered all questions. Dealership was clean and inviting. General Manager took time to greet us and at the end asked if we had any issues which of course we didnt. First Ford I have purchased as I previously was a GMC or Chevrolet owner. We are loving this Escape! When going over the financial paperwork Ken Peltz was wonderful. Took time going over all documents and ensured everything was correct since we were buying from out of state. Overall I will be purchasing again from Roush Ford.
Thought I was going to look at a brand new Mustang. Ended up having 100 miles on it? Wish they told me before I drove an hour.the sales people are nice! Just do not try to trade in your NICE car they will lowball you.Also did not like the fact when I got in my car to leave they moved the car I was looking at and stopped and reved it behind my car, I felt that was highly rude. BUT Luckily after leaving them the next dealership I stopped at showed me a new Mustang with no milage On it as new should be, and gave me every penny I wanted for my trade. (:

Excellent customer service. Went in with my 07 Ford Focus with a potential alternator problem and after giving it a bit of thought, decided it was time to look into getting a new car. Since I needed a car that day for work and I had never bought a new car before, I was a bit worried about the process. Bedell Corey did a great job walking me through everything including test driving the car and getting the paperwork, insurance, and plate transfer taken care of. Ive been going to Roush Ford for years to get my 07 Focus serviced and Ill gladly continue coming back when my new 2020 Fusion needs something taken care of.

I went to roush ford looking for a used ford escape when i showed up they had multiple escapes. The selection was great and they had exactly what i was looking for. The sales associate that worked with me was a very nice gentleman and helped me out tremendously with his low pressure approach he made it easy to make a decision.
Had my sons Honda repaired at their body shop after his accident (closer to home than Roush Honda). Worked with Brian, their collision specialist, was a pleasure to work with, repairs went very well; I appreciate the work they did and how nice they are.
Every time I have gotten my vehicle back from this shop something is wrong. I don’t know how my vehicle becoming completely dead a few days after service could be missed by anyone’s basic diagnostics. Do not recommend.

Just completed an online sale with Roush Ford. After searching across the country for a van of particular size, color and options, I found what I wanted at Roush Ford. I worked with Abraham, and he was responsive, helpful, but never pressured me. They made the whole buying experience easy including shipping the van cross country to Portland, OR.
I wish zero was a choice. Scheduled repair when I made the appointment they confirmed my parts were there. Changed my vacation time to fit with the appointment. When I got there they did not have the parts. I will not be doing any further business with this dealership.

Roush Ford was awesome. I drove from Cleveland to look at a used f150. The experience was awesome. Mike Bradley was great to deal with. He made the whole process easy and there was no nonsense. He made the trip down worth it. All the final paperwork was easy. All the staff made it worth the drive. The only negative thing I have to say is, I havent bought a new car in 15 yrs, but I remember the dealer washed the vehicle and filled it with gas. Maybe this is something that isnt done anymore or maybe just not on used vehicles. That being said, I will go back and purchase another vehicle from them when the time comes. Thanks Roush Ford.

Good service but expensive, $70 for oil change and tire rotation on my Escape
I’m giving this place 4 stars only because of Greg, “The Old Marine”, otherwise I would give it two stars. I went to test drive a 2009 ford flex Wednesday the 9th. When I arrived I asked for Dane. I was told he left early. Now my test drive was a scheduled appointment and I didn’t receive a notification that he was leaving. So I stood there with my mechanic while the other salesman were looking at each other saying they were about to leave! Greg was the only salesman willing to assist me. He was very professional and friendly. The car was beautiful. The only issues that were found was an oil leak, a small chip in the windshield, & an issue with the ac. I was told the chip and ac issue could be fixed. So we asked if the price could be adjusted for the oil leak and another item underneath the car that would eventually need to be replaced from rust. The Manager said the price was firm. I would like to say it does have an as-is sign and does not come with a backup camera as listed.
Not only a friendly atmosphere, but the staff and sales team really care for you as a person. I will definitely buy from Roush Ford again. They have earned my trust
I despise the car buying experience, but this was the complete opposite. Did almost everything remotely, signed papers for 20 minutes and I was out of there with a new car! Plus they gave us a bargain on a brand new car and worked overtime to get us the best rate possible. Will purchase here again!
I was working with FORD ROUSH which is locating in Columbus Ohio. Im currently located in Michigan. I called asking for a Ford Mustang 2020 brand new. Since the website only has renders of the car, i wanted to get real pictures first before buying since it wouldve been shipped to michigan. I called and asked to get real life photos and i was told Its 15 degrees out here and im not gonna have my sales guys run outside and take a photo. Theres photos on the website to see. This pictures on the website or only renders. I replied with I think this is bad customer service to a person who is gonna spend 47k on a brand new car and was told Ok, we dont care.

When I found the vehicle I wanted, I was at a disadvantage since we live 125 miles away from the dealership. James Cabiness was kind enough to take some additional pictures of the truck and send them to me (since it had just been added to their site), and we were able to get most everything, including our trade-in appraisal and financing, nearly complete before we even drove down. James was never pushy, and I was never asked to commit to anything without driving the vehicle first.
