This is by far the best mechanic in Columbus GA. They are extremely affordable! I was blown away by their prices, thier quality, and staff. They treat you as if your a friend and are totally honest with you. Never in my life have i met such a good team. I will go here over and over again, and will be telling all my friends to do so as well. GO HERE! THEY ARE GREAT!

Installed wheel bearing assembly kit & CV axle. Im still experiencing issues when I hit a bump. Sounds like the wheel is about to fall off. I am not pleased with the service or the price I was charged. 👎

This shop needs to be out if business. Drop my car there weeks ago. Paid half the money down. Nothing fixed on car yet. Now I would have to take this to court, contact the better business bureau and contact my local state representative office on this matter. So sad.

Ricks Auto Electric had to completely rewire my truck to fix my break lights and turn signals. They were professional, quick, and gave reasonable pricing. I will be bringing my truck back for more work.

Did repair my car properly. Did a shoddy job of painting, paint mist on the windshield and lenses front and back. A piece fell from under the while I was driving. Took it back several times. And they stole my customized plate, cell phone charger and loose Bills I forgot to remove from the car. Had to keep calling for everything to be corrected and its still not corrected. They are unscrupulous crooks.

First off he mis diagnosed my vehicle and said he fixed it then charged me for something else. He never got it to start but wanted me to feed him money. I never saw any receipts. After that He never communicated with me didnt answer any of my calls or call me back. He took advantage of me and my misfortune because Im a woman. I believe he wanted my truck for his self for to sale. Its a beautiful truck. He a crook

They dont fix cars they steal parts

I dont normally post bad reviews but, I should warn you do not use this business! I was involved in an auto accident and this business had my car for 9 weeks. Everything that they submitted for a supplement for my insurance company for repair was not fixed properly and when I drove the car home, a belt broke and they cut the radiator that was already on the car in half, and taped another used one to the bottom. I called and expressed my concern and was told they knew the belt was like that, because it gave them problems before, I was so livid! I called my insurance company and reported them for fraud and I am going to file a report with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I will also be seeking an attorney. Please do not use this business, If I could have saved someone else the headache then maybe consider this a blessing.
