Always do great work and stand behind it. Brought my car in for an oil change and to look at what I expected to be a fairly expensive issue, they told me it was something else, which cost less. They also fixed an ongoing issue Id been having that I hadnt been able to figure out.

This is a great shop, quality repairs and they do almost everything. Great deal on oil change. Reasonable labor rates. The guys at the front desk are very nice, professional and attentive.

Small business is the backbone of our nation and if you have noticed Neals is one of the last locally owned tire shops in Columbus. I would highly recommend calling Neals and asking to deal with Dakota. He knowledge impressed me and his willingness to try to save customers money is unprecedented. These guys were awesome, Brennen the guy at the front desk was very helpful, he helped me get the estimate and was very good at communicating any problems that came up during the service. My car was in and out within a day and they even fixed my door switches which I hadnt even asked for! 10/10 team here that goes above and beyond, definitely would recommend.

Prefer going to Neal’s over anyplace else! Great service. I recently took my car over for brakes and an oil change and expected a hefty bill. When they called to tell me my car was ready I was pleasantly surprised to find out I owed less than $100! Apparently my brakes were fine, just needed some lubricant. Took it over today for new tires!

Bar non - best place in town for an alignment. My car has full custom suspension (tubular k member, control arms, 5 lug conversion, heim joint tie rod ends etc.. literally everything is aftermarket or custom.) The tech was excellent, had no issues lining this bad boy up. he was professional, meticulous, process oriented, and a good guy to work with. From now on this is the only place I will go. (1991 Fox mustang)

Went in for an oil change, they offered a complimentary tire rotation. Half way home notice a vibration in the wheel. When got home noticed 3 of the 5 lug nuts on front left tire were barely attached, I was able to spin them several times with only fingers.Dangerous and careless oversight that could have easily ended in a wreck.

When I said that I would like to get an oil change all I was told was 1:30 I asked about 1:30 and was told yeah oil change at 1:30 come back then. I understand people have bad days and work can suck, but employees can at least try to be personable.

I went to Neal’s late in the afternoon as my car had hesitated in starting the last couple of days. They were very busy but were able to work me in. They discovered I needed a new battery and were able to install it for me right before closing time. I really appreciated that they were able to solve my problem so I would not have to worry about it. Every time I go to Neals I get great service. They are professional, trustworthy and always do a great job.

Im new to the area and picked Neals based on other reviews. The guy at the front caught me on my way in, got my key, and asked what I was in for even while working with a diff customer. The mechanic started working on my oil change before they even created a ticket so there was NO wait at all upon arrival, and thats even while he was still working with that same customer. SO efficient. I got to stand at the window and watch the process from beginning to end. They were very up front with me and checked/changed my filters (even showed me the dirty one) and topped off my fluids too. Their customer service was great; Ill definitely be back for future vehicle service.

The only place I trust with my car. My whole family uses them whenever we need alignments, mounting rims, or balancing tires. They do a good job, and they treat you well. Once I brought a used rim that was bent and I didn’t know it, and when they couldn’t mount it, they remounted the old one and didn’t charge me a penny. I don’t think any other place in town is that honest with you (once I had Walmart mount a bent rim without telling me!).

We stumbled upon this place by chance and so glad we did! My mom and I were in Columbus and she needed to have her tires checked due to unusual wear on fairly new tires that had been purchased elsewhere. The Manager took time to come outside and look at her tires. He did not try to sell us on services or tires but gave great advice on our options.Ultimately we asked them to check the alignment, which they did. After they checked the alignment they said it wasnt bad and only charged us a small labor fee. I dont think I have ever met such an honest service shop.I highly recommend Neals and we will only be purchasing tires there in the future!

New management has this place great again!! Took care of my car quick and cheaper than anyone around. Waiting room was comfy and offered free pop corn and drinks. Bathrooms were pleasantly nice and clean. Ill definitely go back again, along with recommending to my friends and family.

Had a hole in my tire that I needed patched. They worked me into their very packed schedule and were super courteous. Because I had purchased my tires there before, the patch didnt cost me anything. I wont go anywhere else for my tire needs!

Just recently had some work done on my car. They were very helpful in helping me understand what was wrong with me vehicle. Most places would take advantage of a persons lack of knowledge and would sell them on unnecessary services. Neals sold me only what I needed and told me there were even certain parts I could wait to replace. They called me to check before any work was done. I was very satisfied with the service I received and the experience. I will be coming back. I always enjoy reading their sign as I drive down 25th St.

Went here to get a tire balanced after I got a used one from another business. Took them 1 1/2 hours to finally get my car in. After a 10 minute job, the tech test drove my car, which meant he hauled ass down the road (its a high output turbo Saab), which he admitted to be upon returning. Paid for the balance job, went on my way. Car didnt feel right, bit attributed it to the crappy roads left over from winter. Once on the highway, however, I realized just how crappy a job was done. My steering wheel was off approximately 30°, it severely pulled to the left, and at around 55mph, the was this annoying vibration/shaking. The tire was not balanced correctly. 2 days later I got all new tires mounted and balanced (at a different store).. and the steering wheel was back to normal, no vibration of shaking. Shoddy work, front desk guy was rather rude and condescending. Will most definitely not be returning as a customer.

I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE TO GET IT SERVICED. I HAD ALREADY BOUGHT A NEW PART FOR IT FROM ADVANCED AUTO AND ASKED THEM TO PUT IT ON. People are nice but didnt fix my vehicle right

Paid for an alignment that I did not receive. The assistant manager Dakota made excuse after excuse when I confronted him about being 100% positive they did not remove factory tabs required to complete a full a alignment. Additionally, all the suspension was freshly painted by me after some suspension upgrades a few days before and it was clear they NEVER even attempted to put a socket on the camber adjustment bolts. They blamed my suspension wear on not attempting all the adjustments (I was aware of the suspension needing some work) and requested an estimate for all the repairs and never received a follow-up call with prices... Took my money and didnt complete the job! Should have disputed the charges with my credit card company but not worth the hassle... Had the vehicle FULLY aligned at another shop and its perfect, without any additional repairs. Will never visit this establishment again!

Took my car in because the brakes were bad and I needed them fixed fairly quickly. They must have thought Id agree with anything/pay an obscene amount. When I came back, they said that I needed new brake pads, rotors, calipers (because they were fused), and lines. They werent even sure about the lines, but said that since they couldnt tell they would just replace them too. All of this would have been $1,300 at $98 per hour for labor.Fortunately, I have brothers who know how to take care of cars. I bought all of the parts and they fixed the brakes for me. Turned out that the calipers were still good. I only had to pay for brake pads, rotors, and dinner for my brothers- about $200.

Great service, great prices, great tires

I went for normal maintenance on my 12 Dodge Caliber. I had just changed the oil and the oil filter with synthetic oil and told them to NOT touch the oil. They found that there was an oil pan gasket leak. What they told me over the phone is that they would put a new gasket on it and leave the oil alone. Did they? NO! Not only did they replace the oil and filter, during the pan gasket repair, they essentially made the pan non-serviceable. The rim of the pan were not flush with the block. They pried the pan off and bent it to hell. Furthering this terrible repair, they decided to be lazy and just use RTV to hold it there. There was NO GASKET! They charged me for the gasket and I got no gasket. They also replaced the oil and filter, but no sticker and they didnt tell me that they changed it. I went entirely too long before changing it again, my fault, but I wouldnt have assumed if they had told me they changed it. Needless to say, I am NOT going back there because Ill just have the same issue return a few months later.

The worst place, they don’t respect their customers at all. Had an appointment at 12:30, brought my car in at 12:10pm, and they haven’t even bothered to start working on it until 1:20pm. Had to change my plans because of their irresponsibility.
