Very prompt and efficient service and very knowledgeable, while also very reasonable with service charges. Got my starter replaced and car running again much more quickly and cheaply than I expected, all while saving me the hassle of towing the car to a mechanics shop. I dont know what kind of work you guys had gotten done . but i called this guy and he came out but acted like he didnt know anything about. My truck . i called to get turn signals and tail lights on my truck and told him there were clearence lights working . this guy has no clue about anything . didnt want to fix the problem or anything . but was ready to collect the money . i will never call them again. Nor send anyone else

Words cant express the gratitude I feel as I write this review today. Its the day after Thanksgiving, my truck was stranded and no one would pick up the phone. I also live in a very rural area 30 miles north of Columbus. Mr. Joseph answered and came to the rescue.!! Joseph was quick and courteous when taking a look at my car. He offered solutions and although he was unable to fix my particular issue, referred me to someone who could. His advice and expertise allowed me to give an educated summary to the shop that fixed the car to avoid being overcharged.

Joseph did such an amazing time job - there are no words to describe our gratitude to him. He never pressured us. He was so patient. Was very rude when I spoke to him on the phone. I wanted to ask a few questions about his experience to see if he was someone I wanted to do business with, but instead of answering my questions he just kept repeating how can I help you with attitude in his voice. He hung up on me the first time, and when I called him back answered with what do you want?Immediately turned off by this guy and his unprofessional approach.
