These guys do great work. I brought them my GTI to repair a really deep dent from a bullet that hit my roof and they made it look as good as new. My car was also done almost a week ahead of schedule. I can’t recommend them enough!

This is the second time we’ve had Kraft’s repair our car. When we picked up our cars, they looked brand new. Not only was the collision damage repaired, but the cars were detailed. Well pleased with their work.

They we’re super nice to me and Mr. Kraft couldn’t get my scheduled for two weeks for the service (because they are so busy because they are so awesome) so he helped me to get my door to open and close because “he didn’t like the thought of my climbing in and out through my passenger door and just in case something else happened he didn’t want me to get stuck in my car.” This is a great company and I would recommend all of my friends take their car here for repairs!

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Krafts. Not only was their repair to my bumper efficient and well done, but they were super easy to work with when it came to insurance. The best surprise of all was when I picked up my vehicle and the whole interior had been cleaned. That is no easy feat when the vehicle is used daily by 2 small children who leave behind lots of little treats. Great service - highly recommend!

Ive had two cars into Krafts. First one was made to look like new. Second one was deemed totaled.Each time both the owner and his staff were great. Very professional (always answered phone when I called, always willing to help, explained everything clearly, etc.). Owner was very honest and communicated great each time...throughout the entire process.I cant say enough good things. I hope my cars dont get hit anymore; but if they do, I will certainly be using Krafts if needed.

The body work & paint match was done with the highest level of quality and perfection. My vehicle looked amazing both times they repaired it! Best body shop in Columbus hands down!I have a unique paint color and he matched it spot on, my Camaro looks brand new again. Bob will take the time to explain what damages have been done and what the repair process will take. I was a bit annoying calling every other day to see what progress was made to my car and he had no problem answering and keeping me updated. If I could I would rate more than 5 stars!

Kraft’s was incredibly thorough with the repairs I needed to have done to my vehicle. They were very professional, clean and cared about making sure everything was done properly. They worked with my insurance and made a stressful situation a breeze. They were always pleasant and friendly. I would return to this shop and suggest it to friends, although I hope I don’t have to anytime soon!

Kraft’s body shop is simply the best! Bob Kraft owns one of the few shops in town that does quality work at a fair AND honest price. We recently took our car to Bob to fix a damaged door. He quoted us a price that was fair and slightly better than other shops in town. When we went to pick our car up, Bob told us that our repair actually came in LESS than his original quote! This is the first repair shop Ive been to where the mechanics didnt talk down to me, so I was pretty excited right off the bat. They were honest about deadlines which made working around not having a car much easier. Well-responsive to my phone calls and were very communicative over the phone. They also replaced my headlights and vacuumed the interior of my car! Please do consider going to Krafts if you need any body or fender work.

I stoped by Kraft’s today to have an estimate done for some bumper damage that I received in a parking lot bump with another vehicle. The owner of Kraft’s looked at my vehicle and said that he wanted to try to use rubbing compound to see how much of the damage he could mitigate. After about 5 minutes, he asked me what I thought. I told him it looked amazing, and he said that I just saved myself about $600 because of the kind of paint he would have had to use. I will gladly recommend Kraft’s to anyone who needs body work done. My experience today restored my faith in humanity.

Fast service and respectable mechanics

Mr. Kraft and his team are amazing! I used them for a front end repair and my boyfriend also had a back panel on his truck repaired. Both jobs were done to where the cars look better than before we turned them in in terms of the repair, but also the cars themselves - shiny and brand new looking. Cars were repaired within reasonable time despite the weather, holidays, etc. Krafts kept me updated on the status of my car and what they were/were not finding. I would absolutely recommend to friends and family, as well as go back if I need anything else done. Its rare to find an honest and trustworthy bodyshop - 110% recommend Krafts.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Will use rebuilt parts and pawn off as new. I took my car to Krafts as they were a referral trusting they would do the job right the first time. That’s far from what we received!! Then it was excuse after excuse. I’ll be contacting the BBB as well. Not to mention it took almost 4 weeks to get my car back for a basic fender replacement!! STAY AWAY!!!!

My car was backed into while parked on the street. I was initially planning to take my car to 3C Body Shop because of their commercials, but read horrible reviews on them. I received a suggestion to go to Krafts Body Shop, and I could not be happier!From my initial conversation with scheduling my appointment to picking up the car, it was a great experience. They worked with my insurance company, Progressive, seamlessly. When i went in to pick up my car my wife and I were extremely impressed with how clean the office was, which to us means they take pride in their shop, which was evident when i went to my car. The large dent was completely removed, another scratch on my bumper (not from the accident) was fixed, and the whole car was washed and waxed, the wheels were shined, and the interior was vacuumed and spotless.They have earned a lifetime customer!

I could not be happier with my experience here. I went to Kraft after crashing the front right end of my car. I am 20 years old, live 2 hours away from family, and have never been involved in a traffic accident. I took my vehicle to Kraft on a complete guess on the service I would receive and they completely blew my expectations out of the water. Bob and his team even worked with me to allow me to take my car back the day AFTER sending it to the shop for a weekend of necessary driving. I picked up my car today and the inside and outside had been thoroughly cleaned. I cannot imagine another place treating me any better. I recommend this place to everyone and will be using it them for as long as I live in Columbus!

And when the rental car company made a mistake, they were angry with me.They fixed my bumper flawlessly and pretty much did a full detail of my car so it was sparkling when I picked it up.This is a family business that is clearly knowledgable and fair. They were able to give me a quote and schedule me for the necessary repairs within a few days. During the repair process, more extensive damage was discovered that required extra time and work. The owner made sure to keep me informed and updated through every step of the process. He told me Id rather have the work done right, then to have it done fast, which I really appreciated. My car looks brand new and was even cleaned on the inside and out when I went to pick it up.I cant recommend this shop enough and will take any of my future repairs there.

I could not be happier with the work and service of this place. I took my wrecked minivan to Three-C boy shop first thinking that I need a big legit shop to get the work done right, but after what turned out to be nothing short of a nightmare with that place that lasted 2 months with no work completed, I brought the van to Kraft to have the work done. They were very upfront and honest when it came to time frames and work details. The quality of work was top-notch and they had the work done within a very reasonable time frame. I tried my best to find flaws in their work, but there just simply were none to be found. These guys definitely know what theyre doing and the whole time I was dealing with them, I felt very comfortable knowing I was being taken care of. Even after I had transmission failure that was due to the accident after I got the van back, Kraft went way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of even after the van left their hands. After dealing with these guys, youll wonder why you ever went anywhere else.

In that time they repaired toyotas, mazdas, infinitis, volvos, and acuras.Krafts work has always been top quality, fairly priced, and delivered on-time.
