I called around all day looking for someone who could fix my truck. Everyone said they were booked until Tuesday. I called here and he came in 35 min. The battery died and the alternator was bad. He fixed it quickly and gave a fair price. Best mechanic in town. Im recommending everyone to him.

Was told 30 minutes and they showed up in 20. Discussed what the car needed and the mechanic did the job quickly and told me what I needed to do after he was done and why. The mechanic was friendly and polite. Would recommend using them off the need arises and will be using them next time!

I called Robert Glenn on Monday second to come and tell me what was wrong with my car. He came he told me it was the fuel pump. He told me he would order the part and it would be in by Wednesday and he left. When he left my apartment parking lot, he texted me I kind of like you as you can see in the screenshots below I did not take his advances. I text him Wednesday and asked him if the part came in yet I did not get a response back. I called Robert Glenn Thursday and ask him did the part come in yet he told he told me he would call the place and ask them if the part came in and he would call me back. He never called me back I had to call him again and ask him did the part come in yet. He told me it came in on Wednesday but they sent it back because nobody came to pick it up. He never told me to come and pick it up because I would have. He told me he I ordered the part and it will be here Friday which never happened. When I text him and call him on Friday he gave me the runaround and he told me to call Milton. I called Milton and he told me the parts will not be in until Monday. Robert Glenn is tender and here is all the screenshots to prove it I would not recommend him to anybody he is unprofessional and unreliable. I hope this helps.

A quick and to the point professional. I asked if he could take out my alternator while I bought the new part, what took me an hour of confusion took him 10 mins. The best mobile mechanic I’ve seen in the area and while call again next time I have an issue I can’t do myself!!

I called them yesterday and let them know that my car wouldn’t start. They said, “No problem,” and showed up promptly to help me out. They diagnosed and fixed my dead alternator quickly and for a fair price. My car was back in the road within an hour. I definitely recommend them for any repairs you need done here around Columbus.

I called and let Glenns repair shop know my vehicle would not start, and requested their mobile repair service. The technician came out shortly, and was so friendly! I had my vehicle towed to the shop and they began working on it right away. I was able to get it back the same day. The prices were so reasonable and I really enjoyed my experience. I’m so happy all of these other customers were taken care of in the last 8.5 months because that’s how long our truck has been sitting at his shop NOT being worked on. The work has been paid for. They are not answering our phone calls. We are moving and thought surely 9 months is plenty of time to get this done. It literally sat untouched until my husband drove all the way from Fort Benning and checked on it after being told it would be completed soon, only to find it hadn’t even been moved from where we dropped it off at in October 2018!Very unprofessional. If you don’t want to work on our truck say something. We could have taken this somewhere else and NOT had to get a truck trailer to drag it 9 hours to Virginia. Now we are stuck doing so and you won’t even pick up the phone and apologize?NOT recommended for bigger jobs. Obviously if you need a battery changed or something else described in the 5-Stars reviews, take your chances. However, when a business doesn’t even try to explain and, as we were told by one of their employees chose to work on insurance claims time and time again before our paid-for job- I don’t recommend you give them your money ...like we did... 8 and 1/2 months ago.

I bought after market headlight housing for my husbands truck and it was more confusing than I thought. I couldnt figure it out and so I called and they were able to come out a few hours later and help me get them on. He helped me figure out the extra wires and where i could wire them to or said he could come back out and help. He also showed me the bulbs that came with it were not the right bulbs and which ones I would need to purchase. Overall very helpful and the fact they can come to your home is awesome!

Robert from Glenns After Hours Repair Service is excellent. I have a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium and needed my battery changed on a Sunday and you have to remove half of whats under the hood to get this done, within 30 minutes after arrival the job was complete. I highly recommend this service to everyone! Very professional and gets the job done!

Glenn stole 2285 dollars from me after failing to fix my car or installing any parts. He then sent me receipts of supposed refunds that never came through and has since dodged my calls/texts. I have exhausted every attempt to get my money back except for going down to the shop itself (what I had to do in order to get my car back after they dodged my calls and texts for three weeks). I am very disappointed because when I was on the Phone with Glenn he made it seem like everything was going to be alight, I would get my money back, and that this was a fluke. Either way after talking with my chain of command this establishment is going to be “Blacklisted” for fort Benning Soldiers.

My Car AC had stopped working and I googled this company, they have been by far the best auto repair shop I have been to in Columbus. They have been so patient and very professional. I was given updates on my vehicle and was even giving the option to have one of the mechanics pick my car up and take it to the shop for further work that was needed.They also came to me to first to complete a diagnosis. Very convenient! Im so thankful and would refer all my family and friends to them!.

I was broken down at Pine Mountain RV resort, called seemed like everyone. Then I called Glenns repair they sent Robert out and he diagnosed my problem a punctured air bag. They worked diligently to find a replacement and did on Monday, then the rain set in. The bags arrived on Thursday at 1 and by 5 he had me on the road. Came here three times because of check engine and oil pressure lights (p0011-a). The first time, they told me I needed an oil change. Didnt fix the problem. The second time, they cleared the codes and hoped it wouldnt come back. Well, the third time I came (all within the same week) the annoyed mechanic told me its about time to look for a new car, huh? My car is a 2010 model with less than 120,000 miles. He ran the codes again and told me I needed a tune up but he couldnt do it without an appointment. Well, I took my car to a real shop and they actually showed me the problem. A bad timing chain tensioner and some noisey idler pulleys. Because I didnt bring the car in immediately and continued to drive on it, the damage worsened and now Im looking at a new timing kit, serpentine belt, and the accompanying pulleys. The mechanics here were not only too lazy to diagnose the issue, but too incompetent to do so.

Go no further! Go to Glens. Maintenance is five star and at great prices. Robert helped me with my overheated car today! These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. #customerservice

Dropped my car off this morning for a front end alignment. They were very courteous and friendly. After a few hours they called and said they inspected everything and found no issues. Made some recommendations for future work, but didnt try to convince me to do unnecessary work. I definitely will go back to them.
