Had concerns about ball joints and tie rods on my Newmar Kountry Star 40 diesel pusher. Was told to bring it in and let them check it. Drove it on rack and checked everything underneath. All good. Total charge was $0.00. Peace of mind PRICELESS! Highly recommend.

Excellent service A friend of mine with same make and model car recommended I take my car there, too. I was a call in, and they were able to work me into their schedule, which was surprising and refreshing. After they finished, I saw the tech and owner walking around my car and talking. When I asked about what they were doing, he explained how the tech explain to him how he increased the negative camber on the rear wheels for better traction. High recommend this shop, and I will definitely be going back!

Just have to say what a pleasure it was doing business with Patrick and his team. Being a woman its sometimes hard to deal with car repair and to find someone honest in that field so I consider it a true blessing to find Columbus Spring. I felt respected and actually understood what they were saying. I never once felt like they were talking down to me. Patrick called to let me know what the issue was and how much it would be before he began work. The work was being done on my granddaughters car. She leaves to go back to Wisconsin in a few weeks so it was very important to me to be sure the car was safe for her and my great granddaughter to make the 16 hour trip back home safely. I dropped my 68 firebird off early one morning to get the pads and springs replaced on my front drums and to also get an alignment. They told me itll be ready sometime the next day. The next day I call an hour before they close because I havent received an update on my car. They told me they werent able to even touch my car and that itll be ready the next day. I will not be recommending these guys to anybody!

Have been here twice now and am quite satisfied with the service and the price. Theyre do what you ask and do not try to sell you anything you do not need. We will be back for sure! Thanks to my boss for the recommendation.

After a dealers mechanic had previously told me the pads were badly worn and I was going to need the brake job and rotors turned, I brought our Honda Accord here to have the drivers side front hub & bearing replaced, along with a front brake job. Shortly after lunch, I got a call saying the car was ready...the hub and bearing were replaced, but I was told the brake job wasnt necessary at this time; the pads were at 50%!!I wish I wouldve remembered Columbus Spring Service eons ago; my father used to do all of his business here--so did his friends. You can t beat this company for fair labor rates and honesty and integrity in their work.

I definitely never go back to this place, I take my truck to get fix and instead fix it they stole my all dam bag full tools I really desapointed, theres one thing that I hate the most and tha thing its a damm thief.

Does great work..but atmosphere is thick with prejudice ..you cant run a business like that.you have to deal with all nationalities.some things you cant hide no matter how hard you try.so sad
