I have been to the office 4 different times this week and the doors were locked. Once I finally got her to open the door she was on the phone talking to some truckers or something like that her side gig . She never got off the phone. I have been with Southern Harvest for almost 10 years and never got service like that from my agent Shawna Pippin. I think you need to do whatever you can to get her back.she is very professional and the best agent in town.

I want to take the time out to say, I really appreciate the kindness and patience that Shawn had with me. I called to get assistant with my policy. Shawn took her time located my policy and made the corrections that I needed. She exceeds the customer experience for me she went over and beyond to get the job done. Thanks again Shawn!

Insurance is decent but you can never get anyone on the phone. I had to put in pto to go to the office in person because they would not answer the phone. Called everyday for a week.

I think they have a selection of insurance companies. The down payment is always always always too high. I tried them some years back at another location and the lady put my information in wrong causing a discrepancy on my account and my bill to go up. She wouldnt own up to it and placed the blame on the insurance company, so I left. I just recently started using them again and Ive left again for good. I dont recommend this place for myself personally, but someone else might find them useful. Im not saying dont try it out YOURSELF, its just a no for me.

I have been calling for weeks now and I still havent received a call from them then on top of that I had to get my own car towed when I pay for the towing with the company. I shouldnt have to go up there just to get service or talk to somebody when I just supposed to be informing yall about getting reimbursed for paying out of pocket for towing and I havent received anything yet n its been a month now n this been going on

After receiving a quote and paying it in full i checked my account with my insurance company only to find the agency had added $100 in fees. These were not explained to me but when I called to ask what they were I was basically told you knew what the quote was when you agreed to pay itand you thought it was a good deal. Hide fees are usually agood thing to disclose if you expect me to be a repeat customer. DONT DEAL WITH THEM!

I really dont understand why the reviews are so low. Ive been dealing with this place for over four years now and every time I go in I get the best and polite customer service. They have always been helpful.

Why is it not possible to give less than a star on this thing? This by far the worst insurance company ever! The latest thing for me to happen with their customer service is not allowing me to simply update my address by phone. The terrible service just doesnt quit with these people! And before anyone even attempts to mention why dont you just switch....i cant afford paying an entire policy worth of payments at once. Sooo wish I could.

The quotes that they quote always change even after you receive your policy I have went in there several times and the amount of my insurance payment was different. They make me feel like they are taking extra money from me. They dont make you feel as though youre getting the best deal, they make me feel like Im being ripped off. I was just recently in there and I have Towing and Rental Car for liability insurance I thought I would have the option if I wanted that. But I was told it was part of my insurance but I saw where there was a $50 charge for that but anyway Im going to switch

We became clients of Southern Harvest 2 yrs ago this coming NovemberAt the beginning the service was WONDERFUL. Unfortunately their customer service has gone down hill quickly.We tarted out as happy customers but we are leaving very disgruntled.

EVERYONE BE AWARE:Nothing but a huge SCAM, previously they took my money for 2 months & left my car without insurance .. This time she never made us aware about a fee, NEVER gave proper reciepts & charged $85 under my nose. I get my bill & my so called insurance says she only paid 546 when I paid 631. Will be finding a reputable insurance company ASAP. I cant even bill through Wal-Mart... SH is nothing but a SCAM.Lets NOT forget about the POOR customer services & sewage smell. 🤢

This place really dont deserve any stars.. Their customer service is poorly. The one black woman that works there is by far the worst.. Clearly she was ready to take a smoke break while I was in front if her waiting for my quote, she literally had a cigarette sitting on her desk.. There was no eye contact what so ever.. No greeting towards anyone who walked through the door.. I wouldnt recommend anyone there..They really need a whole new management and staff

They forced me to use card and then charged 5$ for card use fee

They started off decent. But then they started forgetting to send me anything about my insurance renewal. The customer service went way down. Rude agents acting as if I was bothering them when I called or went in person to make a payment. The straw that broke the camels back was when I made a payment & the check cleared (which means they received it) but they had put me down as a NONE PAYMENT. I was unaware until I received a notice in the mail stating that my insurance had lapsed. I had been driving around without insurance for nearly two weeks. When I called them to correct the situation they said they had no proof that I paid. Oh really? So I got a statement from my bank which stated other wise, plus the copy of the check that they CASHED. They corrected the mistake, reinstated my insurance without no apology whatsoever. When it was time to renew my policy I went elsewhere. Horrible business!
