Went here an got insurance on both of my cars. Down payment was very cheap an so is my monthly payments to insure both cars. STAY AWAY FROM DIRECT AUTO INSURANCE ON VICTORY DRIVE. They cancelled my policy on Oct. 1, 20 when the payment wasnt due until Oct. 18, 20. DIRECT AUTO INSURANCE wanted $250.44 down an said that it would take 7 to 10 days for the policy to take affect. Please stay away from DIRECT AUTO INSURANCE. Go to A1 to get ur car insurance.

I left Southern Harvest due to rate increae and A-1 really helped me out. They were fast and I didnt have to wait long like some other places. They got me a lower price and insurance for my apartment.

Joel quoted me a certain price after I already gave him all the information about my previous insurance policies and dates. I put the 250 down and two weeks later the quote that I was given was denied because I was not told about the previous insurance policy rules here. So now Im paying more than what I was originally paying at my other insurance which was one of the reasons why I switch Insurance in the first place. And they told me they would refund me but they were going to charge me a 10% cancellation fee. Im tired of insurance companies lying and getting their money but dont care about ours.

I do not..they told me they dont have rental coverage on cars that are 10 years old...Thats one thing i look for in my full coverage plan..i really felt bad cause no other insurance company has ever told me that...I am very disappointed and i am gonna change insurance..but you pay for what you get....
