This is Robert Pennamon, an owner and tutor of Mission Excel Tutoring.Please note, the review by Ms. Miller was written before services began. Services were provided during the school year, and additional services were requested after the initial block of sessions.At the time of Ms. Millers inquiry for our service, our main number was not working due to a location change. I apologize that we were difficult to reach during our transition.After communicating with Ms. Miller through the parent of one of our clients, we were able to provide Tutoring for her son at a discounted rate, 40% less than what she paid at another Tutoring center in Columbia. Not only were the services we provided at a deep discount but I actually provided biweekly service at the clients home for no additional charge.We offer flexible payment plans. Clients may switch from a monthly payment plan to a session by session plan (this is not an industry standard). No call back after leaving 3 messages. Finally got in touch with a tutor through a co-worker. The tutor has already cancelled the 2nd appointment and was not accommodating with a reschedule. Hmmm
