My family were traveling on the interstate trailing a boat and had a flat. Busy traffic barely able to pull off the road to be safe immediately called Schroeder Towing and without hesitation came to help change the tire and block traffic so it could be done safely. Needed a jump start early Sunday on the 4th of July. Call service answered immediately and got us Josh who came out to help within 20 min. It wasnt the battery so he called and got Jesse to tow us. They were fast, very friendly and helpful, and communicated with us through the entire morning on where they were and how long it would take. Very professional!

I’ve been living in Wyndham pointe apartments for 5 years with my resident sticker in the same spot, never moved. I woke up and my car wasn’t outside. I called the towing company that I know tow cars in my neighborhood, and YES indeed they had my car. I asked why, and they said because I didn’t have a resident sticker. I nicely told the lady on the phone I did. They checked and Called back explaining the error on their part and to bring my car back. It was back about two hours later. I later called to speak with a Manager due to after speaking to my leasing office told me that they didn’t have anything to do with their error and the towing company is aware of the older resident stickers and have pictures. The nasty gentleman on the phone apologized however told me I need to move the sticker to a visible spot because it’s hard to see at night. I advised them I had to miss work due to their error and, my leasing office told me to put my sticker in that spot 5 years ago! He told me if my car gets towed again, I will pay to get it back! IT WAS THEIR ERROR AND THEY NEED TO USE FLASHLIGHTS AT 3AM TO MAKE SURE CARS DO NOT HAVE RESIDENT STICKERS OR TO LOOK AT TAGS! UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! And if they tow my car, I will sue them! THEY ARE ALREADY WARNED!

Schroders Towing sent out Anthony to help me with my vehicle. He was not only professional but very personable, and given the day I just had, that was a big plus. He is a stellar employee, an asset to the company. Many thanks!

I was towed by a fellow name Price on 3/8/21 and I couldnt have found a nicer guy for the job. Outgoing, friendly, and just an all around great guy. When I called it in initially I was speaking with a young lady named Taylor and received the very same customer service from her as well. Thanks for making what could have been a miserable experience not so much!

Slow, high priced

My daughters car took a 2ft drop into a ditch full of mud and water. The night supervisor name Mike came to our rescue! He was, skillfull, knowledgeable, and prompt! Not only did he retrieve my daughters car with no major damage but he also helped to calm a very worried mother such as myself with his witty humor! Great Guy! Id highly recommend this company to everyone in need of towing services!

Guy answering the phone is a pos. I desperately needed a tow because my tie rodd broke on my car and my car was not drivable to take to a mechanic but this jerk couldnt fathom that occurring and my story seemed very strange. He even told me he would have his driver call me but that never occurred. There are better choices in the columbia area. Tow companiee that actually want your business.

Crush my car with out me knowing

Very POOR customer service! Our ATV was stolen and when recovered it was towed by this company. When my husband went to pick it up and pay the impound fee ($160.00) he was treated rudely. Was told that he didnt need keys the ignition was stripped. They never offered to help him load it. It was parked in a fire ant bed, while loading it he got ant bit. I guess they were hoping we would not come to get it since we were only given one day. PATHETIC!

My work truck broke sown, sennis came to the rescue. Did a great job and was funny as hell!
