These people are wonderful! They got me off the side of the road and fixed my truck within a few hours. I was able to still make destination within my 14 HR clock. They replaced my serpentine belt, fan belt, fuel filter, did a service, replaced the tensioner and towed me to their shop about 13 miles. They were so kind and professional. The price was more than fair!! I had a great experience with this shop and its employees and would strongly recommend their services to anyone in need of repair! I would definitely use their services again.

Radiator exploded in my semi truck late on a Saturday afternoon. Tow truck hauled me to their shop, diagnosed and ordered parts same day. Truck was back on the road within a couple of hours of getting the parts in. Prices were reasonable.

These guys were awesome! I had one of my trailers tires blowout and they got me in right away and back on the road in no time! Great service! I would defined highly recommend this shop!

They fixed an air valve on one of our semi trucks, they were very quick and charged us exactly as the quote they gave us. We are really satisfied with the service performed and will definitely give them a call if we have a breakdown in the area.

Great little shop! I had an ABS issue and they took the time to research it. They are fast at tires too, I noticed while they worked on my rig. Great location, since they happen to be in a truck stop lot. Ill be back if I have anymore issues on the HWY 70 run.

RACKET! Car towed ONLY 4.4 miles and they didn’t even have it 2 hours... charged a “day rate” for 2 hours! That being totally separate from the tow fee! The person in charge not available to “make decisions” and it took forever to go through the retrieval process. OVERCHARGED

Complete incompetence in the 1 mechanic that is available for road service calls. Called out for a truck that wouldnt crank due to a loose hot wire, charged me $1300 to replace 4 batteries that werent bad, still had the truck towed to our shop where our mechanic immediately found the connection problem that we fixed in house only to realize that the goon hooked up a positive wire backward and burned up the electronics in the truck when he changed the batteries. We are filing a claim against them because they refuse to listen to reason or offer to help with their screw up in any way.

I drive 90 miles a day on gravel. The guys at ATR are always friendly and helpful. I literally have a flat once a week. John was great and has great customer service skills.....

They got me in quick, prices were fair I would recommend them.

I had a flat tire in my parking lot at work. The driver arrived within 20 minutes and did a great job. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. I would use this company again without hesitation.

We had them tow the truck for 11 miles from the location the driver was, they priced it $175, when we were paying, they decided that truck was a different size and not what we told them and its $275. Not the office and not the tow truck guy told us thats the measurements are different, and price will be different before they hooked the truck. They also repaired the oil leak we had, first they gave the truck back with the oil leaking, only after the driver showed them a bolt is missing, they repaired it and leak stopped. Not a service to returned to.

Had a belt come off and reservoir crack service guy came out told me about how he just was involved in an accident a month ago, and how he should not be doing service calls and did not want to fix it on the exit. Tells me to walk to trucking company about 1 mile away get water and drive it two miles to the shop. After 3 trips and 6 gallons I make it the 2 miles ask them how much for parts they reply they have no idea they just ordered them they should be there shortly. How much for labor he has no idea. I come up with the plan of don’t do any work when the parts arrive let me know how much for parts and labor and we can go from there. I get a text saying around 1,076 for reservoir, belt and tensioner. I called for price of parts while waiting reservoir 323 they changed 450, tensioner 125 they charged 250, 80$ parts run, check engine light came on when belt broke told me to cut it off there is a lab top fee.And then they forgot to add a colum and tells me bill is 1208 instead of 1076 when it’s time to pay. Not to mention they had already started putting parts on the truck before they text me quote after I said give me numbers first. When you try to ask questions they ignore you I would not send my worst enemy here they are crooks beware.

My driver call for road service they told him it is $95 for call and $9 a mile and $125 an hour, but if he drive there it is only $125 an hour plus parts. he drove there to change tier thy gave him bill of $800 and use tier is $200. I called police . They could not help us told me it is not first time they gat phone call . Guy was changing tier 3 hours . My advice to you do not do business with them they are stealing.....and now I gat trading call that my driver will be kept at shop for 10 hours if I do not take my post off. I am calling police again ... we had to pay 937$ they never gave recipients to my driver . We reported to police and my attorney will take action. Now people from shop are calling and treating me

I really like this company. Their staff are friendly and helpful. The tow truck driver arrived quickly and got me taken care of so I could get on with my day. I would definitely recommend them and they have a lifelong customer in me!

Complete lack of communication among staff. Not mention zero customer service. I’ve worked with a lot of truck repair shops over the years and this is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Called these guys out for a jumpstart on my peterbilt. Technician I believe named PJ showed up 25 minutes before the 60 minute ETA. Where he charged my batteries and found 2 bad batteries out of 3 he replaced them very efficiently and I was rolling within the 2 hour minimum of the service call. Thanks guys for the quick response and the knowledge to keep us truckers going!!!

I was in for an ABS repair to a company owned RGN trailer. The guys at ATR took care of me immediately, and the obvious technical know-how to get me out quickly. I would recommend them to any owner-operator looking for quality service at a very reasonable price.

Great guys to call got to me quick fixed the truck quick and a fair price

I was traveling from Connecticut to Kansas City when the weld on my passenger side leaf spring broke and ruined the tire tread on both tires. I was stranded on the side of I-70 with wife and two kids in tow. My road side assistance indicated he would not be able to make it to me for six hours. My dad told me about American Truck Repair at the Midway truck stop. I called them and within 6 minutes Sky showed up. He welded my leaf spring back together and then followed me back to his shop and replaced my two tires. I was back on the road within an hour. Thank you Sky, my family and I are forever grateful for your quick response.

Fast and friendly staff very informative

I was broke down on the side of the road. They were able to come out and diagnose the problem, realizing I needed towed in to the shop. They got me towed in and fixed all in one day.

Great mechanics on site great staff in the office

Concerning to see ATR rollback driving in a reckless manner today. Carelessly pulled out of parking lot in front of me, causing me to stop abruptly. The driver then sped off weaving across centerline and driving in two lanes, blocking other motorists.

They charged 220 dollars for a 40 mile tow. Once they got here they acted like it was such an inconvenience on their time. Would never recommend them to someone! If I could give this company a 0 I would.

These people are crooks and took advantage of me because there was no one else available to do a simple air bag replacement.They charged me $700 to just bypass the broken bag no replacement.
