This specific take 5 location has always been my go to! I’ve been going to them since I got my car 2 years ago and it’s by far the best place to be! They make sure you’re ride is coming out feeling brand new regardless of service! All the gentlemen there take pride in their work and take all the necessary precautions! I definitely recommend !

Staff was nice an extremely friendly. They meet me at my car with a cold water and changed my oil quickly. They change the oil, blades, and cabin filter in under ten minutes of me pulling into the parking lot. Highly recommend this location.

I went on Friday morning and there were two cars ahead of me in the line. The wait time was still shorter than anywhere I have ever received an oil change! The prices were listed on the sides of the podiums when I pulled in and no one attempted to hustle me with other options or unnecessary maintenance products. Someone changed the oil, another person verified his work, and a third showed me my oil level before I was directed out of the garage. I had a small wait time to receive my debit card and receipt then I was on my way... about 16 minutes altogether.

They do a great job and you wont wait too long.

I stopped by this location this week to get an quick oil change, because it was conveniently located within a mile from my job. Ive used the Take 5 location in Lexington, so I kind of know what they offer and what to expect. I did find it challenging to enter the business from Devine street, but realized afterwards that its easier to enter the business from the back off of Rosewood Drive. Upon entering I was greeted by a friendly and courteous staff. All 4 staff employees that I saw were all wearing face masks and gloves. This location is very popular and busy; while I was there all 3 bays had a vehicle in it. I did ask one of the technician if the store locations are linked together, and he told me that they were not so I had to give them my telephone number and mailing address. I waited a few days before doing this review because I wanted to make sure I didnt have any technical issues, and now after 5 days everything is fine. Im very happy with their customer service and Im positive that I will be back in near future.

First, I had to wait for over 15 mins for someone to begin working on my car once I pulled into the pit area because the three Techs were all working on one other car all together.. I was then not allowed to choose the type of oil for my car as I have always done with other providers. Awful experience!!

I was so impressed with the crew there today. We got the oil changed, coolant done, changed both air filters all for $220 and now my car sounds great again. Will be back in 3000 miles.

Compare to my last experience at the two notch location...they were awesome. I also found out that my filter nut was stripped from my last oil change at the same location and they never said anything to me.The manager at the Devine street location Emmitt was wonderful and the technician Brad was very professional, they redeemed my previous experience. Take 5 is fast and professional. The guy who worked on my car was named Andrew. He was very professional and knowledgeable. It didnt feel like he was just there doing his job. I felt like he really cared. He was not pushing me to get extra stuff. He explained everything to me and why I needed it. He really took his time to help out me out . Even with my kids screaming in the back. Most people would have been annoyed and just rushed me on. But he was very kind to me and my children. My husband is deployed and said when he gets back. He will be coming to personally thank Mr. Andrew for helping his family out. My husband and I will definitely be coming back to let Andrew do all our needed services. I highly recommended him and Take 5 to all my friends and family. Thank you Take 5 and Mr. Andrew.

This has nothing to do with an oil change from them, but rather just a massive RAVE to their establishment/employees.... It’s freezing pooring down rain today, and my mother punctured a small, but impaling, metal rod into her tire while turning into the gas station across the street from them. We wouldn’t have been able to make it up the hill on garners ferry to get to a tire place. Weve never had service here, but saw them across the street and prayed for help. We pulled in, with my 5 yr old in the backseat, looking desperate, and in need of immediate attention. Out walks their amazing employee in the cold rain, Andrew. There’s totally nothing they can do (us not knowing if they did tires or not at this time) Andrew totally stepped up to the plate to help us put her spare on instead!!! He didn’t even think twice about just sending us on somewhere else and skipping out!! I know this doesn’t seem much at first glance, but my mothers spare is under her car and it makes for a much more complicated tire change. Especially in this weather. this review does not even give enough justice for the gratitude we have towards Andrew and his kindness. Someone in his special life raised him right, and I just wanted to show some love for him. You pulled through for us dude, my family thanks you. We called and thanked your manager for your assistance today as well. God Bless!

This is my second time using Take 5. They were extremely professional, on time and very quick. I stayed no longer than 15 minutes with my oil change literally only taking like 4 minutes. Definitely will use them for all of my oil changes from now on.

Could not believe they drove me in Bay 3, told us we could stay in car while they 5 minute change oil, filled tires, washer fluid, checked filter, transmission fluid, and everything else. Offered military discount to me, a Veteran. The men of Take 5 are professional and friendly. This is the Take 5 Oil Change right down the street from Ft. Jackson, where I took my Basic Training in the early 70’s. “Company Commanders, Take Five!”

It took 50 minutes to get my oil changed. I have a 20 year old 3 series, but apparently only management can work on German cars. Staff was friendly enough. Just wouldnt recommend taking any foreign car there, even if its a $2000 bmw.

Love it here. The guy who helped me gave my dog a bunch of treats, was super friendly and helpful and he gave me a water bottle. I know they offer that and the dog treats to most people but it made me feel special.

I wish I could give zero stars. They did 1k worth of damages to my car during what was supposed to be a simple oil change. I had been here multiple times before with no issue thats why I came back. Took my car to another shop to get my headlight fixed not 4 days after my oil change at take 5 only to find out they had mistaken my oil cooler for the filter and completely twisted it so that the oil sensor on my car was puncturing the cooler, causing a massive oil leak. When I called they sent an inspector to look at my vehicle and the inspector confirmed it could only have been damaged by manipulation using tools and also said yeah Ive seen this from this shop before. They refused to cover it even after their inspectors report claiming that their video footage showed good service even though the video doesnt show anything of what the mechanic did under my vehicle. Not military friendly, terrible business.

They staff is very efficient and communicate well with each other. A technician named charlie always does change and he has great management skills and works well with crew.

I waited 20 minutes and the employee ask me if I could come back tomorrow because they need it to finish vehicles from a fleet company.

This team at Take 5 were fantastic! Worked together and was very assertive to help one another.. GREAT TEAM WORK!!

Person who did my oil change was great the older guy with glasses I’m not so sure about but other than that service was quick and efficient

These guys are really good! I arrived in the morning around 9am and I did have to wait behind a car, but not for very long at all. The entire procedure took roughly 10 minutes and had no troubles at all. My advisor (Tim or Tod, I can’t really remember) recommended to me all the oils they offer and I picked the best choice for my vehicle. I was advised of a coolant flush seeing as though I’m above 100k miles, but I got that done awhile back, so I’m good. The only thing that I could possibly give criticism to was the price, as $90 for a simple oil change with synthetic is a bit much, but that’s just my opinion. Overall, though, I will be returning! Keep up the good work!

The service is great! The guys works at a fast pace to get the job well done. They also provide water for your 20 minutes of a wait if the time was that long. The recommended the correct information for your vehicle as well.

I was sick so my daughter took my van theres for oil change .When she brought my car back it was tapping have been getting louder and worst. Now I got to seek a machanic.

I’ve taken my truck here twice now and once, the computers were down. The second time they were supposed to be open but the manager was an hour late to open it. Poorly managed I would go to another location.

Take 5 is more like Take 4ever. I was behind one car on my last visit and I saw three cars in the line next to me get serviced AND leave before my car was touched. I’ve had similar problems on a previous visit and I thought it was a one time thing but I do not believe I will be coming back to Take 5 again. The only redeeming factor were the kindness of the employees when they finally worked on my car. But not enough for the 40 minute wait.

I probably won’t be going back.the staff need a course in people skills and the technician that was performing my oil change act like he didn’t know what he was doing by forcing the oil filter off to the point my car was shaking and another tech had to intervene and let him know that you never force anything off and he took over..if I find out anything was damaged I will be back.

The Chick-fil-A of Oil Changes, man.Pulled up, there were a few people in line ahead of me, they met me out in the back of the line and hit me with Can I get you a water, sir?Yo! What?! I thought I was here to get my oil changed, not my entire paradigm on mechanics!So they get me in line, theyre all communicating with one another letting each other know how far along they are in each of their stalls so they know which one will be available next, hella efficient.I get to my place in line, check this, they find that NTB messed my oilplug up, but its all good because I was at Take 5, baby.10/10, will come again in 6,000 miles. Would be 3,000 but they serve the good good here, double the mileage bois.

I stopped in Saturday to get the oil changed in my wife’s car. The technicians were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. We never got out the car which made it an even better experience. It was very quick and convenient. I run a service company in town and I am going to get them to service our entire fleet. The time they save will basically pay for the oil change.
