I’ve always used Love Chevrolet to service my vehicles, since moving to the Columbia area. I have absolutely no complaints other than constantly trying to up-sale me services and parts I know I don’t need. Oh yea the car wash is almost useless it doesn’t even spray soap just water.

The waiting area was occupied by non-mask wearing people. The manager saw me standing there with my themes so he got me a office chair setting in a comfortable spot for me to wait until my car was being serviced. They have great covid-19 protocols to keep their customer safe. They offer free car wash after service. Of course its a machine not my hand. According to their name, they were quick. It30 minutes to service my vehicle.

My experience was fast and professional as I had hoped. I was politely offered more services than I had asked for but I didnt feel bullied or pestered into it so I agreed to them ultimately. Will be back.

Had a 9 am appointment for a oil change and tire rotation got there at 845am did get service until 939am after I questioned the person why my truck was pull out of line for a 930am appointment he say people was saying they had a 9am appointment and didnt. I told him they should be able to verify appointment that was scheduled. Very disappointing on todays service.

First person I spoke to stated there would NOT be a fee to switch out my cabin filter that I provided them. Second person stated there was a $15.00 fee to switch out the filter for me. I refuse to pay $15.00 for a cabin filter to be replaced, I only paid $22.00 for the filter. I normally do this myself but have had trouble figuring it out on this vehicle. I also requested that they allow me to see the oil filter when it was removed from the vehicle but it was not shown to me. They placed it in a bag and put it in the vehicle for me. I have no way to verify if any debris was removed from the oil filter. I had to have engine work done due to oil consumption issues. I bought a used 2015 Certified Equinox with 32,000 miles on it. I have found debris/sealant in every used oil filter since the engine work was completed. I document and keep oil filters and forward photos to the service manager at the dealership. Photos attached from previous oil change and invoice from engine work. I have not had any issues in the past but this will be my last oil change at this location.

Cost is good. People are friendly. However, there is certainly nothing quick about getting a simple oil change. Be prepared for on average at least 1 hour (been here 4 times now and each time has averaged at least that if not more) Id suggest dropping your car off and come back later.

Must need more help! Came by Saturday and it was an hour wait. Returned Monday am and it was a 45 minute wait. Made an appt. for 2:30 p so I would not have to wait, even arrived early. They did not drive vehicle in bay area until 2:45 p. This is the only place Ive brought my car for service. May need to start looking for somewhere else.😖😔😟

Ive used this quicklube for all my oil changes and tire rotations on my 2015 Impala. Generally they have 2-3 bays running, and they stay busy. they can also replace tires, and that came in handy when I picked up a nail. Love Saturday hours too. I generally just drop it off midmorning, and they have it ready around lunch time.
