I should’ve known from the moment that the nail tech was struggling to use a simple toenail clipper, that my experience was going to be bad. She only cut 3 out of 5 nails after 2 minutes. Previous nail polish was still on the edges of my toe nails and all she did with the cuticle tool was go around the edges to remove the nail polish. Each time I asked her to cut the toe nails she didn’t touch or to make the nail lengths even, she would respond with, “OK! I see!” On top of that, all the tools were sitting on top of the trash bin. That is unsanitary and unprofessional. The massage consisted of rubbing lotion on my legs and rubbing it in for 5-10 seconds then taking a towel and wiping the excess lotion off. They also failed to acknowledge me when I walked in until I said hello to which they finally spoke back after 10 seconds. I wouldn’t be surprised if this nail tech didn’t have her license. She looks like the owners’ mother and is probably just there helping out. Save your time and money. Don’t waste yours like I did. Go somewhere else!

Pedicure was very basic, they did not pay attention at all to calluses etc. My tech did even treat my cuticles or surfaced my toenails. It felt very rushed and they werent even crowded. The polish was not even evenly coated and he started too far up from the cuticles. Also, one of the techs, I dont know his name. But I dont find it appropriate or professional to ask customers personal questions like their age, where they live etc. He may have just been trying to be extra nice to get a better tip but I found it very annoying and inappropriate

Very good job. I had almost no nails from breakage. The tech was very thorough and managed to make my nails look good.

Went today for a fill in, which was my second time here. After waiting at least 20 minutes to get into a chair, I was finally put at a station and chose my polish. A male tech started my fill in, removing my polish but kept burning me with the drill. Finally, after all my polish was off, he went in the back and left me sitting without telling me what was happening. Finally, when the female tech finished with her client, she had me move to her station. She had done my previous fill in, so I was relieved initially, however today was nothing like last time. I showed her the color I wanted and told her multiple times that I wanted hot pink chrome accent nails. She painted them plain hot pink gel. I thought nothing of it in the moment since they often do a base coat before chrome, but then she put a top coat on and sent me on my way. When I walked out into the sun, I could see ridges and spots in my polish and my nails, which were supposed to be coffin shaped, were half coffin and half rounded due to not being reshaped during filing. Anyone who gets their nails done regularly, especially coffin shaped, knows they dull and round out over the time leading up to your next fill. I went back in and expressed my dissatisfaction with my nails and the fact that I didn’t get the chrome I asked for and stated I was willing to pay extra for it. After waiting another ten minutes, the woman finally came back out to fix my nails. I showed her what was wrong and told her about the chrome AGAIN. She filed my nails, put new top coat on them and still NO chrome. My nails look like my 9 year old painted them. I will not be back and will stick with my usual nail tech on the other side of town in the future.

1st and last experience with this salon. I went in with a friend to get our nails done. I got a manicure with gel polish that’s suppose to last 2 wks without chipping but started chipping in the first 24 hours. I went back to the salon a few days later when I was able to get off work early to get the now 6 chipped nails and 2 other lifting nails repaired. I was treated rudely by the man who sits on the right of salon because he did them and could see his work was horrible. The owner Vu also was being rude and neither wanted to fix my badly chipped manicure stating it was 5 days later and they only guarantee nails for 2 days although they told me gel polish last for 2 wks. The man who did my nails that never would say his name offered to redo but I would have to pay $25 after I’ve already paid $35 for him to play with my nails. The woman Queen stated she would fix and was very nice. She asked why didn’t I come when they first chipped and I explained I live 40 mins away and was here visiting with a friend when we came here. I also work 5 days a week and have children in sports so I can’t drop my life to come AGAIN to get my nails fixed when it should have been done right the first time. She did them over and painted very very beautifully but unfortunately that was 2 days ago and today 5 of my nails began to chip. Needless to say I will never return to this want to be nail salon. I’ve gotten gel manicures every 2 wks for a year and sometimes 1-2 nails chip and if it’s within the first week I return to the salon and don’t have any issues getting the nails fixed. This salon however treated me like I did something wrong because the nail techs or products are not up to par. I use to do gel manicures professionally and only had 2 people in my nail tech career to return because their nails chipped before 2 wks. I took pride in my work and apologized for inconveniencing my client. These people cannot do natural nails, do yourself a favor find another salon. I will have to spend another 35 dollars in a weeks time to get my nails done properly elsewhere. It is ridiculous that I have to spend my hard earned money yet again while these people reap the benefits of my hard work. NEVER AGAIN!!

Love it’s convenient and close to home, but have been going there the past 7 mths since I moved here from out of state and my pedis/manis/brows they always get on point and it’s nice to have a comfortable place to go to

Buyer beware. I tried this place before just bad no skilled techs. So STUPID me decided to give them another shot. Not sure who train these people. They walk off leave you sitting at table for long periods of time with no explanation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOINT!!!BLISS off hard scrabble is where you need to go. TRANG NAILS IS SORRY!!!

My husband and I walked passed this nail salon and stopped to inquire about the prices. The owner saw my husband and told another client to lock the door. He wasnt dressed in rags and we both were dressed appropriately. It wasnt late (7pm) so Im confused as to why she felt the need to lock the door. What made it worse was once we proceeded to walk away, she unlocked the door! NEVER WILL WE RETURN..... WE JUST MOVED ON THAT SIDE OF TOWN AND WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW NAIL SPOT!

Overall...not a pleasant experience!1st time-There was a new guy who did just ok. Ive had worse but certainly have had better experiences. Very friendly and I was in a rush so I felt it was okay to go back.2nd time-Lady in the second job who convinced me to try SNS nails because theyre better and last longer. I was told they would last 4 weeks (at least). When she was doing them, I was already skeptical. Not to mention paying over 50 DOLLARS for this full set. Well fast forward a week and a half later, theyre lifting from the bottom and the back. So I go back and show her (and the guy in the front) and was told oh no, it doesnt last 4 weeks, you need a fill in. I kindly told them that they were losing a customer because she told me 4 weeks and now is saying something else and expecting more money! Needless to say I refused and left. I wont be returning...

I went to get a pedi and gel fill in. I also wanted eyelash extensions (strips). I don’t wear eyelash extensions often and only wanted them for the weekend. The lady kept trying to persuade me to get the individuals after telling her several times that I wanted the eyelash strips. Eventually she got the hint and attempted to apply the eyelash strips. After she applied them, I looked in the mirror and noticed that the corners were still lifted. I clearly showed her where the extensions were lifted and she told me to lay back down as she placed more glue to the lash I’m assuming. While at the same time, poking me in my eye with what seemed to be tweezers. After trying to fix it, the corners were still lifted. I told her to forget it and take them off. She did and they slid right off! I couldnt believe it. If you don’t know how to apply eyelash strips, then don’t try to service this to customers. My assumption is that she felt more comfortable doing the individuals. Idk.Then she proceeded to do my pedicure. She did okay with this but, I’ve never been to a nail salon where they put the foot brush in the water where your feet are. That seems a little unsanitary to me. And then I felt as if she had an attitude the entire time she did my pedicure because of the eyelash situation a few moments prior. My nails turned out okay. I probably wouldn’t come get my nails done here again.They have a nice space with only 3 workers. My friend came along with me and she only came to get a fill-in. I finished before she did with getting a pedi, gel fill-in, and attempted eyelash extensions. They also had other customers in there waiting for at least an hour. One poor girl was left in the pedicure seat, soaking her feet for at least 45 mins. I know when you go to a nail salon, you take the risk of waiting. However, don’t start on a customer then leave them to tend to another customer.Overall, not the best experience for the prices they charge.

I went there to get my eyebrows done recently. The lady that did them was very friendly and kind. She told me what she was going to do. She did exactly what she said she was going to do. I was very satisfied with the ending. She used wax that was very hot and wasn’t too cold. She was amazing. She told me that she would do them anytime. If you go there to get your eyebrows done you don’t have to make an appointment you can just show up and they will do them. They also have a room in the back where they do them so that everybody isn’t staring at you. I was very happy with the result. The price was just a little high though. It costs $10 if you get your eyebrows done which I don’t think is a bad price but I also think that it could at least be like $8 but overall I was very happy. As a result, my dad gave her a $4 tip for the service. She was very when she did it. She got to me in like 1-2 min after I got in the room. She finished doing my eyebrows in like 3-5 min and then she took out a eyebrow pencil and colored in my eyebrows. She did an amazing job. I usually go to Ulta Beauty but the person who does eyebrows wasn’t there and the eyebrow bar was closed at Ulta Beauty. Ulta Beauty said that the eyebrow bar would be open on August 20th. I think I might start going to Trang Nails & Spa from now on. Thank you to the lady who did my eyebrows. I do recommend that if you want your eyebrows waxed go to Trang Nails & Spa.
