What word describes something that is even better than AMAZING? These people are truly so passionate about what they do. They care so deeply about the students and all people that walk in that door. They honor the true art of martial arts while having so much fun and making memories with everyone that will last a lifetime. This isnt a place you forget. We certainly wont! Wyatt and Julie are especially incredible. They genuinely love their students and care about their success, happiness and growth not just in class but as a person. So blessed to have come across this place and these wonderful people!!

Fun atmosphere with great instruction while teaching good core values for life

2 years and still going strong. The best dojo around with the most amazing staff! My 8 year old daughter, 12 year old son and Husband all take classes there 8 times a month and we LOVE it! Worth every cent we spend and the time driving to and from. We live 30 min away and would not ever think of going anywhere else. We feel like part of their karate family

Exceptional martial arts and kickboxing experience taught by expert, caring family members who have decades of experience. They combine great instruction with wisdom and brilliant life advise. The school is top notch and one of the best things I have ever been a part of. Highly recommended!

I took a mother-daughter self defense class this evening as a private seminar with a group. Ms. Elrod and her staff did a phenomenal job instructing us on techniques to arm ourselves in the event of an attack. This was a hands on class! Exactly what I was looking for to protect myself and my 18 year old daughter. The lessons learned in an hour long class will stay with me and my daughter forever. Hopefully we will never have to use any of these techniques but I feel better knowing what to do (and not to do) in am unfortunate situation. Growing up in NYC, I wish I hard learned this years ago. Thank you and I will be back for more classes.

I attend there cardio kickboxing classes. It’s a great place whether you’re a beginner or have been doing it for years. Warm and family friendly environment. 2nd year that I’ve been attending their classes

I go here for cardio kickboxing. As a beginner, it is very intense and I cant really do half of what they tell me to do but its still fun. If they can teach the proper posture of the movements, it wouldve been better but since its 40 min group class I understand it must be hard. Also, I get a deep, good night sleep the evening after the class (more like a pass out, haha) so another plus!!
