Better call before you show up at como small engine repair. I showed up on saturday and monday 15 minutes after website said they were open only to find no one there. They dont seem to follow their published hours.

They did a lot of work on my mower and now it runs like a new one. Prices were reasonable and they are super nice people. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs there mower worked on.

I went to get tires on my golf cart changed they did it quick and were pleasant people and for a good price.

I had a great experience with this business from the initial phone call to the time I picked up my push mower in a matter of 2 days. Very friendly and helpful. Their word is good. They provide awesome customer service! Once again I had to have some repair work completed. Bret and Kodi provided excellent service! I highly recommend this business....

Customer service was excellent and they went out of their way to get my mower working correctly. Price was reasonable. I would definitely go back.

I was told it would take 6 days to get my push mower and weedeater tuned up. I called after a month and was told it was next up. A month later I called again, and was told it would be ready soon. 2 weeks later I called and was told it would be ready the next day and then 5 days later I picked them up. I got home, put gas in the weedeater and it leaked so bad the tank was empty in under 2 minutes. The push mower sounded rough, so I let it run for a few minutes. When I engaged the blade it immediately died. I finally got it running to the point I go try to mow and after a couple passes one of the self propelled wheels fell off entirely. Do not go here. Do not waste your money.

I took a lawn mover and Brett and and one of his employees resolved the problem on the spot which saved us a trip back to the shop. They were friendly, honest and even gave us a frozen treat as we were leaving. Great customer service, fair minded and made sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Brett and his crew.

I AM A DISABLED VET AND I AM NOT ALWAYS IN GREAT FINANCIAL SHAPE, I WENT TO COMO LOOKING FOR SOME USED PARTS FOR MY RIDER. BRETT AND HIS CREW WERE EXTREMELY BUSY SO I TOLD BRETT ID COME BACK BUT HE WOULDNT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT. HE STOPPED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND GOT A NEW CARBURETOR OFF THE SHELF AND SOLD IT TO ME CHEAPER THAN I WAS PREPARED TO PAY FOR A USED ONE. I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT THE FINE SERVICE HE HAS GIVEN ME AND NEVER SAY A NEGATIVE WORD.

Im hoping this is seen by the owner of this fine professional establishment. Im with BlackJack Tire Supplies, trying any possible way to get in touch with you guys. theres an unpaid bill from May of 2018 that needs to be taken care of. Weve tried and tried to call but no one answers. Theres no professionalism in that. Pick up your phone and practice better business ethics.

Really impressed by his knowledge. In addition, I had a follow-up question about the best gas to use. He called me right back and answered the question completely. I will definitely go back and have him work on my weed eater, blower, generator, etc. Good experience.

Affordable and they fixed whatever the heck was wrong with my mower. I would give 5 stars, but noticed the screws in the handle was replaced with someone elses and it doesnt fit so my handle on my mower is wonky. But, I can fix that! I recommend them, though!

I took a mini trail bike to him for warranty work for what seemed to me to be a bad clutch. He told me hed call me in a couple of days to tell me what was wrong and would have it repaired within the week. I finally called him back a week later since I hadnt heard from him. He told me he had changed the clutch and it was still doing the same thing and he had also checked the alignment of engine and rear wheel. According to him all checked fine so wasnt sure what was wrong. Another week later I called again, still same story he cant figure it out. But he said he had emailed Coleman to get information. So I called Coleman, they told me they had no records of his contact. I had Coleman contact him to see if we could get the repair expedited. Coleman called me back after they contacted him. Few days later I still hadnt heard from him so I showed up at his shop. He told me that day he was sending someone to pickup a clutch for it that day. A few days later (3 weeks) after dropping it off he finally called and spoke to my wife and was very rude and short with her and said the bike was ready for pickup. Today I went and picked it up. I asked what ended up being wrong with it, he said it was the clutch and engine alignment (same things he said he had checked before). I took the bike home and rode it about 350 yards and the chain popped off. Needless to say I fixed it myself. I will never do any business with this hole in the wall shop again.

Brett is the man. I brought him my John Deere riding mower, and he had it running and back to me within 48 hours. The same issue arose two weeks later (to no fault of him, but rather a faulty part). Not only did he insist he wanted to do right by me, he volunteered to come pick it up since I had no way to transport it this time. Again 48 hours later - on a weekend none the less - he had it back to me. Runs perfect and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommend him and he’ll have my business in the future.

Could not be more happy. After contacting the guy who has worked on my mower in the past and learning he was 4+ weeks until he could work on mine, I found como small engine repair. He met me at 7pm at night to drop my mower off and had significant repairs done and back to me in 3 days. Plus the price was very reasonable. I have a new mower guy now! I love it when a local small business excels at what they do and surpasses all expectations.

I brought a lawnmower in for repair. They fixed it on the spot and even sharpened the blade. Great price and a real pleasure to deal with - I will certainly use them again for any other repairs.

Took two chainsaws in to have the chains sharpened and engines tuned up since they hadnt ran for a year or so. he ended up needing to order the same part for both chainsaws. when I picked them up I asked if the chains were sharpened and there was not only the deer in the headlights look, but there was an *extremely* long silence with eye contact before he told me he couldnt do that because his sharpening machine was broken. I left extremely disappointed because the sharpening was the main thing I needed. he could tell I was disappointed and he did not offer a solution (like, can I call you when I get my sharpener repaired, etc.). The other thing that was very strange is the one chainsaw had a very loose chain on it. I would have thought a tune up and chain sharpening would include him optimizing the tightness of the chain. I just left after paying him.

Went there looking for a new part For my mower deck. Even though he dont carry new parts on hand . He went out back and got the part that I was looking for and they dont take debit card transactions that are less than $10 so he just gave me the part for free.

I called him 10 minutes before closing time and Brett stayed late to get my mower running. If that doesn’t say “customer service” I don’t know what does.
