Been dealing with these folks for years! No telling how many lawnmower blades I have purchased over the years. Last week just purchased a new Toro Z turn mower. Now I have the Lexus of lawn mowers.

2 days in a row we called ahead and asked for a part. They had it in stock and we asked if they would pull it for us we were on our way to get it.1st day upon arrival the guy at desk had no idea what we were talking about and had to go get part in back.Today we called for a starter . They had it. We asked them to put it back for us that we were on the way. Get there and starter had not been pulled...in fact... mechanic in back had took the only one they had and put it another mower!! We live 30 miles away. If person on phone had done their job we would of left with starter. Sorry we didnt drive faster to get there. Didnt know it was 1st come 1st serve. If thats the case, we should of been told that too. Poor business ethics.

I was about to purchase a zero turn mower from someone else but decided to stop in and see what they had!I was treated like they actually wanted my business, and were extremely helpful with all of the questions that I had! They even arranged to meet me after they had closed so I could pick up the mower I bought! I will be returning to purchase any replacement parts I may need and to have them service my new mower!

Nice people, good price on my zero turn.

Reasonable price, but when I got my mower home, it was still not fixed. That was a simple push mower. It happened again with a huge Swisher pull behind. I dont have the time or strength to be loading huge lawn mowers up to take back. I wont be going back again. My advice is to crank your mower up and make sure it works before you take it home.

Best lawnmower shop around.

Seen the reviews but ignored them. Went there cause my mower belt kept coming off. Was told it was wrong belt. 175 bucks later I mowed one yard and it came back off again. Took the deck off myself and seen that my idler pulley was missing a bolt and not aligned, causing it to drop and grind on the deck. Fixed it with two washers and a flange nut like the manual calls for. I dont know a thing about mower repair but if common sense is all it takes then I need to open a shop. They seem like good guys but need to be more thorough.

Took lawn mower here several times issues still not fixed and took way to long to begin with. lost parts very rude claiming they never got. will not go again ace was alot more professional and fixed everything columbia power messed up.

Took two weeks to maintenance zero turn. Did not tell us he was behind. Waits till my grass is a foot tall to tell me the one day I can pick it up is TODAY or I have to wait a week AGAIN since its holiday weekend. This guy will have had my mower for THREE weeks if I dont manage to find a way to drop everything and pick it up before 5. Do not go here. This business treats customers as if they were an assured resource. Horrible small town negligence. Poor communication and CS with a non chalant attitude.Update: Picked up mower and now my front right wheel sticks and is dragging ruts in yard. We had Columbia Outdoor Power regrease the whole mower and drain and refill hydro lines. I am now worried about the quality of service done to mower as I now have to fix their short comings.
