Long time customer with a semi-annual gutter cleaning contract. They skipped the fall 2018 cleaning and sent a form letter after the fact stating they were too busy and would definitely be out in the spring. Here we are, last-half of June and still not a peep. Also unable to get a live person to pick up the phone during business hours.
