BCR was amazing with every aspect from sale to completion. Ryan was absolutely the best. He was so nice and worked with insurance and with us to get us a new roof at the best price. The customer service is outstanding. I would absolutely recommend or use this company if I ever needed a roof again. Ryan will be my first call.

My new roof was installed by Best Choice Roofing in November 2020. They were very professional and kept me informed of any delays. They did a great job cleaning up my yard. About 7 months after my installation I noticed a small stain in my kitchen ceiling. I called and David Nash came out that same afternoon. He checked my attic and roof for the source of the stain and was was very helpful in getting my problem resolved.

Ryan Skelton came out to our home in Lexington regarding our roof issues. We had hail and storm damage and needed to replace our roof. He was very professional and explained everything to us. Ryan went the extra mile to help us with our Insurance claim and contact a solar company to remove our panels. We are so excited we found him. Call him for any roofing need you may have ! You won’t be disappointed! Great company!!

This company installed my mothers roof two months ago and my mother still gets calls from David making sure she as no questions or concerns. And the roof looks amazing!!!

Installed a roof for my neighbor and they threw trash in my yard and never cleaned it up even after asking one of them too. Also my neighbor said they failed to clean their trash as well as messing up her houses Windows ans siding. I feel that’s unbelievably unprofessional and I will never recommend a company like that to anyone.

I cannot really speak specifically about the company as a whole, however I was very troubles by an experience I had with a rep from this company. He approached my door because I had a sign in the yard from an actual reputable roofing company. Then proceeded to slander the company whose sign was in my yard making up all kinds of lies I allready happened 5o know werent true. Extremely petty and amateur on his part. The bets part is he claimed that my company want local and then handed me his business card with a colorado phone number on it. Amazing. Go back to your day job Ryan. Rookie.

Best Choice Roofing was great. Nicole noticed the wind damage on our roof and understood our need to have it replaced quickly. BCR was able to order our materials and have a crew out to our home within days to get the job done. David and the actual crew were pleasant and professional. BCR did a great job on my roof. I am pleased with the end result. Everyone I dealt with at BCR was amiable and professional. BCR was highly reccommended by my brother and sister-in-law.. They had their roof done a few months before mine. My brother put me in touch with Alex, who immediately told me that Florence was a bit out of their work radius, but thought they could help me. He put me in touch with Mark who came right out. In no time I had my estimate. However, because of weather and scheduling it took longer to get started than I would have preferred. That said, once they got started they finished the original house in one day and may have completed the entire house if they had not run into problems with the additions that were added to the original structure. There was a lot of damage under the metal roofing over the additions. Alex had to get another crew to come out to repair the damage. This took time. The crew that was contracted to do the repairs were not as efficient as the first crew but the I was pleased with the final product. To the 2nd crews credit, Daniel came out on Labor Day to continue the work. Because of the needed repairs the job took much longer than expected, but each time the crews had to travel from Columbia. Mark, Alex and Miranda were great throughout the process. Each time I found it necessary to reach out to them they were very responsive. Overall, the work speaks for itself. I got my roof and my property was left clean and in order. My only recommendation would be to caution BCR not to accept roofing jobs outside of their work perameters. Otherwise, I highly reccommend them.

At first, I was not familiar with this roofing company. The salesman, Mich, came by my house and introduced himself to me. I was very comfortable with his approach and knowledge of roofing. I did some research online about this company. The results were very positive. The company worked with me to get the style of shingles and the underlayment to be installed. The crew showed up when scheduled and completed the work without a hitch. The owner came by later on in the day to ask about the installation. I told him that I was highly satisfied. I highly recommend this company for those who need a new roof and a company that will back up their work.Thanks.

One of their sales reps Jeff shuffield knocked on my door and said that insurance was paying for some of my neighbors roofs and he could do an inspection on mine. Since we did have big storms lately I went ahead and let him check. He was very polite and told me a lot about what my insurance looks for and how the process works. I didnt think hed actually find anything but when he came down he showed me I have a shingles with a black line at the top that is close to breaking off. We decided it wasnt the right time to call it in but he left his card so Ill definitely call them next time we get a storm.

When George came to our home he was very professional, personable, and kind. He explained in detail how the entire process would go from contacting the insurance company, to filling out paperwork. He would show up when he said he would and he kept in communication about timelines of installation. The gentleman who replaced our roof were friendly, effecient, and quick. The finished roof looks great, the work was done in a day and all mess was cleaned up. I am so pleased that George with BCR helped us replace our roof at minimal cost to us. Would definitely recommend!

Great company!!! They came to my home, inspected the roof, helped me call my insurance, met at my house when the insurance adjuster came so that the adjuster had another professional to talk to (verses me who knows nothing about roofs) and I got a new roof!!! Easy peasy!!! It’s great to have a professional to help when talking to the insurance company. And the job was done in one day!!! And they cleaned up afterwards!!!

We mostly worked with Mich, who really went above and beyond to help us out. We had some issues with our insurance, due to an unusual clause in our policy. Mich made several calls to them, personally, doing everything he could to make sure we were getting the most out of our policy. He did a really good job of explaining things to us, and was always accessible via text if we needed anything. He came over to our house on several occasions to make calls with us, go over paperwork, talk through our roofing options, and was even present for the insurance adjusters visit, just to make sure everything went the way it should. We worked with both Mich and Hamit yesterday (the day of the install), and Hamit was very professional as well. We know that if we have any additional questions or concerns, which I really dont anticipate, they are both just one text away. I think Best Choice has lived up to their name!
