Called and spoke with a lady named Angela and she was very helpful. Then when I got to the actual business Angela was there to help me locate my shipment and was very helpful in helping me measure and inspect the shipment so I could pick it up at a later date. Great experience!!

This company is a nightmare! My delivery from Home Depot has been rescheduled 4 times so far. They outright lie about things theyve already stated. They have a $1300 item I have paid for and Im not sure if I will ever get it. Its interesting the Florence location has only positive reviews and everyone hates this location. The people working at this hub are terrible.

Very fast and efficient

I got my package early because i wasnt going to be home when theyd arrive. But when i got home from driving 70 miles. I was missing the steering wheel and key. But im sure yall would have made me return all that way again to pick it up wasting more of my time. But thanks for the tractor i guess. Next time keep up with the packages. When you send it out it should be all set and the customer shouldnt need to ask for help. Im sure yall are good.
