This company went above and beyond. My dealing with them was awesome! I bought a Toro mud buggy. They even went so far as to deliver it. This was out of their way as we are located about an hour away from them. Im very impressed with their customer service and willingness to go the extra mile for their customers. If the opportunity presents itself, I will definitely do business with them again in the future.

Very easy to rent from them, prices are reasonable, and the equipment I rented was not worn out like other places Ive rented from.

I have rented equipment from this place before but I normally use the equipment for the full amount of time I rented it. The last time the equipment didn’t start when I got it home, this time I rented for 3 hours and only used for 1... they didn’t give me a credit for the 2 unused hours. If possible try to find someplace that will credit or refund unused time. There was no negotiations.

GPS mis-directs, says access is from 2 Notch Rd. It is not! This happened twice from 2 different directions. Rental shop has great new equipment for sale, but the equipment I rented was defective and I was not aware until I attempted using it. Had to adapt and adjust to use the item. No discount given.

Ive used Thompsons a lot. For rental of short usage & specialized tools they have ok-ish prices. The stuff they rent is pretty high quality. The staff is great.

Excellent service! Will go above and beyond to make the rental experience worthwhile for both the business and the customer. Had a machine break twice. Both times they fixed the issue in a timely manner. Even refunded some of my money for the time the machine sat idle.

I will not be returning to this place. Only rented from them once, this weekend. Rented a skid steer and plate compactor. The plate compactor ran for 15 minutes and then died. Without the plate compactor, we couldnt finish backfilling our foundation. I called on Saturday to talk with someone, but they were closed. The maintenance on the skid steer was so bad i had to buy a grease gun to stop the squealing. This morning they gave a partial refund on the compactor (they charged me for the 15 minutes it ran) and no credit on the skid steer even though the failure of the compactor means we now have to rent it again. He was more interested in getting all of his money now than getting my repeat business. We just started building our house, so thats a lot of business he wont be getting. We should have gone to Sunbelt from the start.

I am beyond pissed right now! I had rented other equipment from this place. But a few weeks ago I rented a small mantis tiller. So here’s the deal after using it for an hour, it get stuck with roots and dirt and will literally stop working. So I brought it back since it’s tsking me more time to unstuck it than to use it. They give me credit for it to rent a big one. So I had it picked up Saturday but when we used it, it’s not working good. The self propelled isn’t running and will instead just dig it in the dirt. Then we lifted it a bit and it jumped out and even pulled my husband knocking him to the ground. So I return it first thing as the open. Now the dude that was there said he will have the mechanic check it. But until now, I already called them and still nothing. Guys don’t rent tillers from them, junky and is a waste of money! I paid total of $69 and nothing is done in my yard!😡 All they care is your money!

Bait and switch. Brian quoted a rate of $500 per light tower rental for 5 weeks. Then Robert Keefe told me over $1500 per light tower for 5 weeks. Dont waste your time getting a quote since they dont honor them.

If I could give no stars I would!!! Poor customer service hostile employees and owner so he said.. well he was just as rude!! run down equipment and even worse the people running this business!! I will take my small business else where, and recommend everyone else do yhe same...smh
