Great price. I called a few places and they had the best price of anyone in town. Service and dumpster quality was good too despite the low price for everything.

I hope the owner is reading the reviews. The manager Melissa is very unprofessional. We ordered one dumpster for $587. When I reviewed our account, I noticed that Bargain Dumpster Overcharged the account not one but several times. Bring the total over $4,000. Called to try to talk with someone but Melissa (manager) doesnt understand the money needs to be returned in the next 24 hours because we budget each job site accordingly with the down payment. We have a small business that we started 1 years ago. This was a big hit to us. Explain this to Melissa and requested several times to talk with the owner.Melissa stated that she was the only one that could manage this situation. Now we have to wait 7-10 days to receive the money back. Melissa also hung up after I told her I dont want to talk with her and someone else with more power in the company.We are located in Maryland. I am willing to drive 8 hours to South Carolina to pick a check or money order.I understand that errors happened with every company. But how you treat a customer is very important when a mistake is done. I have called twice to get a copy of my refund receipts. That Ashley was helpful and was able to email to me. Having a manager that is rude and hanging up the calls is unacceptable especially when you overcharge the account over $4,000!  Hope that the owner changed the way that he handles management.

Dumpster was easy enough to rent and worth the cost in the long run compared to hauling the trash myself out to the dump. I liked that they helped me find a dumpster that I needed over the phone and did not try to upsell me on a huge dumpster I don’t actually need.

We rented a dumpster as we were remodeling our kitchen and bathroom by ourselves without any contractor to handle it. A tall task, but a friend recommended Bargain Dumpster for the dumpster rental and it was a huge help during demo having a dumpster. The guys showed up right on time for drop off and put it where we wanted and picked it up a few hours after we called them.

I rented a dumpster from them a few times for projects. Everything goes off without a hitch from dropping it off to pickup. I like that they put it in the right spot and take it out a few hours after I call them for pickup. They also sweep out the stuff that hangs out.

Very Bad service.Promise one time actually still waiting since 8 in morning . Already 1:00 pm . When talking to manager just saying because of traffic and other excuse. This is ridiculous.

We needed a dumpster for a renovation. Went with Bargain Dumpster, Easy to book and the dumpster showed up on time and they put it exactly where we wanted it. I liked that they were fast removing it because my neighbors would complain if I had a dumpster out front for too long.

Most Dishonest Company I’ve ever used. Asked to speak to a manager and they never returned my calls, and then charged me a hidden fee two weeks later. Lesson learned and I will never do business with this horrible company again!

I highly recommend Bargain Dumpster, they returned my after hours call at 7:30 the following morning offered me a dumpster at a fair price and delivered it within 2 hours of order. They also had an additional bin ready to be delivered if needed. Being a contractor I know who I will be calling for all my future dumpster needs.Follow up, I was billed for weight overage (420 lbs) and also slapped with a 9% fuel surcharge. Weight overage charge was mentioned, little much to be hitting people with fuel surcharge on top of what you charge.

We hired this dumpster for the house move and from the booking process, hiring and delivery the process was very straightforward and smooth. The company gave us flexible timings and accommodating to our requests. The dumpster itself was large than I expected and was very sufficient for the entire house waste dump after the move. Once the movement was finished, the company arranged for the dumpster to be removed from the site with less disruption and smooth. Indeed, I would recommend this company to new any customers both for commercial and business purposes.

Poor service, help a friend make a phone call ask about the charges and ask them to pick up the dumpster for over a week,don’t want the get charge for the extension, and manger said you won’t get any charge because they set on the computer for schedule pick up, and we still receive the email change extension for a week, and I call and take to the manager again, and manager said going to find out and return my call and bring waiting all day no return calls.They charge the extension day doesn’t make any sense to us, because we don’t even over the day and they automatically charge you from the credit card, and I am the one talk to the manager, when I call today, she told me different thing then the last time she told me, I hope there is person who can take care this kind of issue, the sales person has no patient with you on the phone!Never have to sign a agreement paper, first time and we did It, but still no pick up container and just keep charging you from the credit card,so disappointing!!!

Its the first time we had done a home renovation, and a load of unwanted things piled up in front of the home, and we wanted to get rid of these. I came to know Bargain Dumpster Rental service through my relative`s friend when she came in for home decoration. I asked for 20-yard dumpster, they arrived next day sharply, and the driver politely behaved and helped things to clear. Everything was done completely without any strife.

We decided to remove all of our old carpets and install hardwood floors instead. Let me tell you that I am so glad we eventually used their dumpster rental service. At first, I had no idea how much mess there would be! Luckily, we quickly managed to rent a dumpster from these guys and save ourselves.

My main issue with this service is that required contracts should be reviewed and signed before accepting payments or delivering the container. I was told over the phone that certain items would be acceptable such as an oven, small broken appliances and bags of recyclable food containers with residue that were not clean enough for the recycling center. After accepting the payment, I was sent a contract that listed appliances and food containers as forbidden with large fines per item. The container was already in my driveway before I even had a chance to read it. I called and was assured that the items were okay and that the phone calls were recorded as evidence of the verbal agreement. So I loaded the container and requested pickup a business day before the last day as required.A couple days went by and the container wasnt picked up, so I called and found out that it wasnt picked up because I had not signed the agreement. I explained that I am extremely uncomfortable signing a written agreement that contradicts the verbal agreement based only on recorded phone calls that I do not possess. At the very least, I should have been provided a modified agreement to sign that accurately reflected the listed forbidden items that were verbally agreed to be okay. The proper way to execute this agreement would be to require signing prior to payment and delivery of the container so that the customer fully understands the agreement and has a chance to decline before committing to the service. If I had been provided this agreement before payment and delivery, I would not have accepted the service without the appropriate modifications.So now this container is still sitting in my driveway because I havent signed the agreement. I am uncomfortable doing so considering the large fees listed on the forbidden items that I was verbally told were okay to include. Now Im four days overdue because they refuse to pick it up and am probably being charged late fees. At the end of the last phone call the lady said Fine! Well be out to pick it up! and hung up ... but it still hasnt been removed.

I just used this company for the 3rd time yesterday and as always they were amazing. The two men came over and had the job done efficiently and were done in no time. Thank you for always being consistently great.

Just used this company for two major projects in Columbia. They always made sure my dumpsters arrived in a timely manner. They dont nickel and dime you like most companies do today. Everything is in black and white and the customer service is always excellent!

I dont usually write reviews about companies, but i feel this needs to be said. Krista who works for this company was beyond rude to me. I had an issue and when I called to get it straight she is the one who answered the phone. She made comments like did it ever occur to you to call, and then she was making comments about me under her breath with me on the phone. When I said she could stop talking about me, she continued with I am not listening and the situation was my fault. She has no customer service skills and should not treat anyone the way she treated me.

Beware the $15 per DAY fee. To be fair, the drop includes 7 days, but that is a ridiculous fee if you need it longer. Ive been paying $1.50 per day with other companies. These guys are fast and loose and seem a bit shady. Ill be going with a more reputable local company next time.

Dumpster was late, called to find out why on Friday 8/31/18 at 4:30pm. No one answered phone or returned my call. I left a not so nice message. No one ever called back to see if I actually received the dumpster. When I called on Tuesday 9/4/18 to schedule pick-up for Friday and talk to a manager to express my disappointment with the service they told me someone will get back to me. No one ever did. They then tried to deliver another dumpster and charge me for it. I was home when the 2nd dumpster came unannounced, I sent it right back. They still charged my credit card with out consent for the second dumpster. I have not yet received any call from them and am disputing the charge to my card for the second unused dumpster. This was sent maliciously by office staff with poor attitudes and no concern for their customers.

We found this company through Google search. This is a shady company. The employee is lying about the delivery and pickup dates. Some states, for example CA, requires the dumpster be delivered after trash day and picked up before next trash day. The employee intentionally put wrong date so the rental period is shorted. We rented for a week. Our trash day is Friday. On Wednesday, we called them and were told we will get the dumpster on Monday. But the employee intentionally put Thursday as the trash day so the dumpster was pulled away Wednesday morning @8am. We paid 7 days and only used the dumpster for two full days.

First id like to start off by saying thank you to Albert at ext 206. He explained everything thoroughly to me from beginning to end leaving no questions unanswered. I signed my rental agreement and I got it delivered within 3days..I am highly satisfied with their service.

This is my first and last time using this company. I have had 2 dumpsters delivered by them. The first dumpster was delivered and picked up without a problem. When I called and ordered the second dumpster, they were a week late on the delivery. I called 11 days ago to schedule a pickup and still no pick up. Every time I call and ask whats going on, I get fed a story and a promise that is always broken. Dont bother using them, they lie

Delivered the dumpster 2 days late and refused to change dates. Did not follow directions about dumpster placement even though they claim it is recorded on their phones. I played back my recording and it took them almost a week to move the dumpster and they tried to charge me $175 for moving it. Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Tons of hidden fees that are not discussed. BE CAREFUL OF THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!!They intentionally put wrong dates on the contract and hoped I would not catch it. Then they wrote the contract is for 30 days but with still wrong dates. DO NOT GO HERE

The worst experience ever ! Please don’t rent from them. They find ways to overcharge you with fees and their staff is very rude ! They claim my dumpster was overweight by 1.61 tons ! The dumpster was a quarter of full ! Also, I asked to speak to the manager and the lady on the phone laughed and said I am the manager ! Thats when I lost it ! Ive never in my life been treated by someone so unprofessional. This business seems like its a one person operation and not a company. Please dont let this happen to you. We ordered a dumpster and was told it would be delivered on Friday but didnt get delivered till Saturday afternoon. Then when we call to have it picked up and was told it would be picked up that day they took another 3 days to pick it up which held my job up again causing me to lose money from an unsatisfied customer. Not to mention the 1800 number doesnt work to reach anyone. I would not recommend this company due to poor quality..

Dumpster renting is, well, it is just one of those things. Not something you think about it until you need it. Great, easy job renting a dumpster and the dumpster looked nice, which is a small thing but definitely a positive having a nice looking dumpster out front during a DIY project.
