The people at this place are fantastic. I brought in a pair of shorts that had a tear in them, and they fixed the original tear as well as another one that I hadnt noticed. Very affordable prices and great service 👍

They got me in quickly, were polite, inexpensive, and even rushed my order. Unfortunately, they hemmed my pants way to short and cut off all the extra material so the pants are ruined... Not the end of the world but it kind of defeated the purpose of having them hemmed.

Best alterations in Columbia! The owners were very friendly and got the work done very quickly. Prices are fair and the work was done perfectly. We will certainly be back for all of our alterations. The location isnt very noticeable so I am very happy that a friend was able to recommend them to us and explain where to find them

Did a great job and great price

I got a bridesmaid dress altered here. They had it done in 2 weeks. I had it taken up in the shoulders, pads put in, and a good amount hemmed up the bottom. My grand total was $100 and they were very friendly. Davids bridal told me it would be at least $200 for what I needed and it would have taken 4 weeks! Come to Holly, they are awesome!

I dont typically write negative reviews, but I had to because not only was this the worst experience EVER, but it made no sense for a professional seamstress to even think this way. Id give them ZERO STARS if I could!!!! I requested to have the neckline of my dress adjusted so the V was in the center of my breast. I even showed her a picture. She said she could do it. She instead folded my dress at the seam and cut it halfway between the two. I tried to explain to her that she shouldve went off of what we marked when I came by the 1st time because not all womens breast/circumference is the same. She proceeded to argue and yell at me that I shouldve mentioned that not all womens breast circumference wasnt the same so her cutting it in half was wrong....I WAS UTTERLY SHOCKED because that, I thought was common sense. Plus why would she not go off of what we marked on the 1st fitting. I literally left in tears because I was so shocked at how she treated me. Id NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM!!

OH MY GOD. Let me tell you. I was kind of skeptical at first because the place doesnt look like much, and when I went in she seemed a little impatient at first. But I just picked up my pants (I got 2 pairs of athletic pants hemmed) and they are absolutely stellar. They look like they were never altered at all...like I bought them like this. I paid $10 per pair, and I thought that was very fair. The price was great, the work that she did was fantastic, and I got them back in 24 hours! I highly HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

I had my wedding dress altered here and they did an amazing job. They were fast and willing to alter it a second time (to take the sides in a little more) for minimal cost. Every dress is different so yours may be priced differently than mine but the hemmed the bottom, added a simple one attachment bustle, and brought in the sides for $120. They are the best in town!

Ive had several things altered and the work was wonderful.

Finally found an outstanding seamstress in Holly. She knew exactly how to alter my coat and did a splendid job with a quick turn around time and reasonably priced. She was so much better than the establishment I used on the south end of town (arrogant, poor workmanship).
