Not satisfied at all with the service I received here. How do you miss a whole hood top and a side of a hood? Cleaned only 50 % of a headache rack. The only good thing about my wash was that my tires look hella shiney.

The employees are great here! They worked fast and showed great detail to make sure the chrome shines like a mirror. I was very impressed and Ive had nothing but compliments from many other drivers who say they will be stopping by real soon. Thank you for such a fine job!

My company truck was dying for some TLC, these guys did a great job on this old rig.

Not bad. They like to rush ur wash. You gave to really watch them. Didnt wax truck properly. Couldnt get there wands to hardly shoot anything out. Kind of dissatisfied

Great guys but don’t pay attention told them no acid just soap and water and put the brush on the trailer ruined 1300 dollars of polish on the truck

I couldnt tell if the tech said Kevin or Gavin but I watched them actually hold their hand in the spray to make sure the correct product was used. Absolutely stellar attention to detail!

Not sure if they did a great job or a good job as it was my first time going to a Blue Beacon Truck Wash, but what I can say is that I was very pleased at how my camper and truck turned out. My truck wasnt too bad going in but my camper was filthy and they got it looking pretty damn good. Worth the exit if youre needing a clean.

Fist time I have ever had bugs left on my windshield at a blue beacon. Manager came in and sent guys home for 1 hour breaks. They pretty much quit caring about my truck as soon as that was said period.

They were quick. They were courteous. I couldnt have asked for more.

Right front rim was dirty my mirrors were dirty about 15 guys standing around talking playing and smoking cigars wont visit this location again

Was not pleased with the job they did. I asked to have my truck brush washed because brushing the truck cleans it better this is what I find 30 minutes later after leaving a truck wash.

Long wait, but thats not Blue Beacons fault and is actually probably a testament to their service. Rig was clean, price was reasonable and staff were friendly.

Very very slow here no way to to back out of the drive sat in line for over an hour will never stop here again workers need to put some peep in their step and slide in their glide and dip in their hips and move a little faster

Totally missed one of my stacks, back of sleeper, mud flap weights, one front wheel, and didnt rinse soap off very well. The rain I hit later that day done a better job.

The guys communicated. They put me in the Bay and got the wash out like immediately. I was gone..

They live up to their name, streaking bacon. They h as of wished my truck, then blamed it on company because they cant use brightener. You can see where the were y hit one way with wand, then missed a big swipe. They need to stop rushing and do job right

I wouldnt even give you one star if I could help it this place Total rip-off Truck was not clean trailer was not clean way overpriced for a trailer washout they totally screwed me over and took me 2 hours because then they tried hand-washing it after they already pulled me out not worth going there complete rip-off

Holy cow am I impressed. It’s worth the wait and time spent here. Before, during and after the supervisor walked around every inch of my truck with a flashlight to ensure my satisfaction.

The blue beacon experience seems to continuously dissolve year after year. My rims werent covered ( polished aluminum ) and the tire dressing wasnt applied as agreed. It also doesnt appear rain x was applied.The trailer and truck brushing was very thorough however.

Kinda hit and miss,they good when they on top of their game, then again they can get slow.

The line was short and service was excellent as usual. They always do a wonderful job.

What can I say. My truck went in dirty and came out clean. Just what I expect from a truck wash center.

It was my first experience. The Rv and truck were clean but they missed a lot of places like the stairs section and tire hub areas. I think $72 was too much for the service. I will update this review after my next experience.

Good truck wash.Nice guys and ladies at the counter. I have a car carrier, they do the best that they can to clean it.

I called for reservations and was told, ...not needed! After arrival was told...there will be a delay. We are packed. I quietly mentioned my earlier request for a reservation etc. About 4 minutes wait and was escorted to a top table. The service and food was great. Every table was full including a ten top.This was the day following Thanksgiving. Amazing!! The manager came by apologizing for the mix up and slower than intended service. She then discounted the charge and asked us to come back soon. Good food, good friends, good table, good service. Perfect.

Well, it is true to its nickname Streakin Beacon. Not one of the better ones. Got the big stuff off but left bug guts on mirrors and windows. Horrible water spots. I mean, the truck does look cleaner but definitely not one of the better Blue Beacons that I have visited.

Dont waste your money or your companys money because your truck will still be dirty when you leave!!

My customer was pleasantly surprised when I arrived with it.In my opinion..this blue beacon needs better customers. ---I actually had to wait in line behind a small tow truck while the driver got a flashlight out and pointed to the small spots on THE UNDERCARRIAGE of her tow truck she wanted rewashed?!?!!!?? Maybe she shouldnt be playing in the mud with it?Or take it to a self wash for cars? It was definitely not the type vehicle to back up the commercial wash.

Terrible service. Cant believe they charge by the minute as it comes to doing a Trailer washout. Its suppose to be a flat rate. Depending upon what you hauled is how they charge you due to clean up. Will use other facilities in the future.
