Rodney and his staff are the best at what they do. They are the best detail shop in town. We have been getting our cars cleaned here for over 20 years and Rodney never disappointed. If anything was missed Rodney always took care of it. I definitely recommend this place.

These guys are great! They were able to remove a rotten smell from our trunk by shampooing and using an ozone machine. In addition to being professional, they are friendly, respectful, and kind. I recommend them highly++++++

We needed to move 3 refrigerators around the house. Gaines responded quickly with a fair price. Rain delayed us a bit, but Rodney remembered the job and got it scheduled when it was safe. Took my car for detailing at 7am, dropped it and they called me at 4pm to pick it up. I was charged $95 for a job that I couldve done better myself. All the dirt was still there and part of the back seat wasnt even touched. When I talked to the lady in the office, she said the manager is not here and I can do nothing for you, and then closed the office glass window in my face. A nice guy called Harvey apologized for me and he tried to fix what hasnt been done or not done properly, but a quick fix doesnt do much. I met The manager when I dropped my car in the morning and he was nice and fair, but he wasnt there to talk to him. My advice is that you dont pay your money before you see the work that has been done, and I recommend not to go to this place all together.

Gaines did a great job on my car! This was the first time I’ve gotten it detailed in almost 8 years and it looks fantastic! They took care of some dog hair, a few stains on the seats, and did a great job on the details. Highly recommend. Great to work with!

Took my car here after it got rained in. They did a great job getting all the water and mildew smell out, the car smells great. Everything was very shiny and clean. There were a few spots that were missed, but still a very impressive job. I dropped off a filthy car, and picked up a clean one. Who can complain about that?

Recently used them for a residential move. They did an outstanding job and were very reasonable. (not a common trait when it comes to moving!) Everything was handled perfectly and they showed great care with my furniture. A pleasure to work with from start to finish.

I BROUGHT MY 2007 TOYOTA CAMRY IN TO GET THE BODY BUFFED DUE TO VERY BAD OXIDIZATION ALL AROUND THE EXTERIOR. MR. GAINES THE OWNER TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF ME ON THE CAR! THE EXTERIOR OF THE CAR WAS IN VERY POOR CONDITION. MR. GAINES WORKED ON THE CAR FOR ME FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT. HE KEPT ON TRYING AND TRYING VERY HARD TO GET RID OF THE OXIDIZATION. AND FINALLY, HE CALLED ME TO TELL ME MY VEHICLE IS READY. I DROVE BY THE CAR AT FIRST SIGHT, AND THE VEHICLE PAINT LOOKED LIKE NEW AGAIN! I WAS SO AMAZED AND COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HAPPIER! I APPRECIATE MR. GAINES VERY WELL FOR DOING SUCH AN EXCELLENT JOB ON MY CAR! THE BEST PART IS THAT I PAID A GREAT PRICE FOR THE BUFF, WHICH WAS CHEAPER THEN ANY OTHER SHOP! THANK YOU MR. My daughter took her BMW 325 here to be detailed. When she picked it up, the OEM BMW logo mats had been replaced with cheaper mats. When she contacted them about it, they said they would try to locate them, but they never did, and they never offered to replace them. After several attempts to get her mats back, I ended up buying a new set of mats at my own expense. Later, I talked to my mechanic, and without me mentioning Gaines, he told me he will never take another car to them because he also had things taken from his vehicle there.

Requested interior, exterior and engine compartment cleaning. Interior was just OK, but several spots with chemical build up not wiped properly so I had to wipe it out, vacuuming was again OK, found dirt still under seats. Asked sticker removed from back window, it was mostly, you can still tell where it was from residue from the stickiness. Engine area impressively cleaned; however I found the battery cables loose causing driving issues and the catalytic converter engine light is now on-maybe a coincidence but became an issue when driving away from their shop. Basically an average job, paid $100 and appears may have caused engine issues. Not what I hoped for; disappointed.

Terrible customer service and detailing job. I had to ship my car internationally and really wanted a nice detailing job. The first time they cleaned it, it was barely vacuumed and still had dirt marks. The second time wasnt any better- the wax wasnt rubbed in properly and they didnt clean all the nook and crannies. I could have (and should have) done it myself with better results and spared myself the $125 mistake.

Absolutely fantastic job done by Mr. Gaines and his crew. for $25 you simply cannot beat them. not only were they quick but the boys payed a great deal of attention to details. why anyone would go to tiger express when Gaines is right around the corner is beyond me.

VERY unprofessional greeetting from the gentleman in the front office. Seemed as if we was being inconvenienced because he had to stop what he wss doing to attend to us as customers. Plus, their pricing was outrageous. When I asked if there was a cheaper alternative, he laughed and said, well good luck then. I dont understand how a business could function with that kind of employees.

We took our 1977 Oldsmobile there for a full detail and they did a very professional job. This car looks great, inside, outside and under the hood. Great people at Gaines. Highly recommended.

The staff at Gaines was courteous, friendly, and professional. The office was cool and smelled nice. I brought my car in an emergency state, my younger siblings had wreaked havoc on the interior. It was an all around sticky, smelly mess. Rodney was booked a half month in advance, but he still managed to work me in the same day. I will absolutely make use of their services as needed in the future, and I highly recommend it to others.

My car was in desperate need of some TLC. Mr. Gaines and his team did a fantastic job. It had probably been a year since my car had been really cleaned well and they brought it back to showroom condition. Very very pleased with their work.

I took my car in for a full interior detail. You could tell that the seats had not been cleaned, not only that I had more stains then when I dropped it off. When I got my car home I used a little bit of cleaner and got out the lake water stain that was in my seat only to notice that there was a huge stain in the next seat. A huge water stain on the roof of my car. There is water/cleaner on the inside of my stereo face, and some of the chrome on the inside was flaking off. There was still dust and dirt in obvious places that should not have been missed. Im extremely disappointed in the service and now I will have to pay more money out to get the things they messed up fixed and cleaned over.

I have used Gaines car detailing on a number of occasions, and friends of mine who own nice vehicles all take their cars to Gaines. For the amount of work they put into detailing the vehicles, their prices are very fair. I have seen them transform an absolutely filthy vehicle into a showroom masterpiece. Every experience Ive had with them has been positive. I urge everyone to be wary of bad reviews left by people who lack the cognitive ability to write a grammatically proper sentence. Some people actually bring in heaps of junk expecting it to look like a brand new car when the detail job is finished. These are the types of people that leave bad reviews. If you are unhappy with anything, simply point it out to them and they will happily remedy the situation.*Keep in mind that if your car is old and in rough shape, there is only so much detailing can do to make the car look better. The best strategy is to purchase a nice car and maintain it to ensure that it will always look nice. Unfortunately, most people abuse their vehicles, never hand wash them, and expect the exterior to remain in pristine shape. It seems that the General Public doesnt know that you must hand wash a vehicle multiple times a year to keep the paint looking new and unoxidized.My secondary car is a Chevrolet Malibu Maxx, and it is 11 years old now. The vehicle is essentially in perfect shape, but when Gaines gets done with it, it truly looks like it is coming off the showroom floor once again.The owner, Rodney Gaines, is an incredibly industrious, hard-working businessman. He Prides himself on his honesty and hard work. When anyone asks me to refer them to a car detail shop, I always recommend Gaines car detailing, because all of my business dealings with Mr Gaines have been absolutely wonderful. I hope you allow Gaines car detailing to give your car a thorough cleaning and detail job. If your car is in good shape, when Gaines is done with it, it will look like it came off the factory floor.

I left the passenger side window down on my vehicle while it rained in all night. With all of the electronics that my vehicle is equipped along with the leather upholstery, I had no idea what to do. Upon the recommendation of the dealer, I took it into Mr. Gaines and his detailing service first thing. He immediately got it in and got his crew working on the clean-up while arranging for me to have a ride back to my home. It took all day, but that evening I had my car back after they picked me up. It was all dried out (including the electronics), the carpets shampooed to combat mildew, and they even conditioned the leather upholstery for me.Rodney Gaines is a class act and I would recommend his car detailing service to anyone. Its local, family-owned, and the level of service they provided me in a time of dire need was second to none. I will definitely be back.

Dropped my car off at 8:30am didnt receive a call till 3:30. I go to pick up my car after having only the interior done which I paid $80 for. Get in my car and it smells like mildew from being wet and having the Windows rolled up without it drying first in 90 degree weather. They didnt even wipe down the dashboard or anything. Then once I get home I notice there is a huge chunk of pInt tooken out of my car with white scuff marks around it like they hit something. I will never go back again. Bad business thats for sure.
