Elliott has been extremely helpful over the past few years, particularly so since our last accountant was in an accident and left us hi and dry on both fed and state returns. We got that resolved and have gone forward ever since.If there are questions he doesn’t mind calling the state or fed people to get a resolution to issues. He’s been more than helpful in getting that done for us and we have received a few extra deductions thanks to that.

An excellent source for tax advice and preparation

I own 2 businesses, numerous rental homes, and am a college professor. It’s a lot to keep up with. I keep it right with God & the IRS. I don’t want either one of them mad at me. God hasnt changed his rules since the beginning of time, but the IRS changes their rules constantly. ELLIOT HAYES REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF! I don’t ever make a financial move without Elliot’s approval. If I could give less than one star, I would. I have never been treated so poorly as I have by the staff at RBH Business Solutions, LLC. I am a small business owner and I understand tax season can be hectic. I just received my formal 1099 for the 2014 tax year today. It was finally hand delivered to me after being given the runaround about it being mailed, emailed and sent certified mail with no proof. I just dealt with Brenda Miller at my retail location and she was very rude. I am glad to have had a witness to reassure me I was not losing my mind. I was asking her questions regarding my late return and she just ignored me. When I asked her if she was intentionally ignoring my questions, her response was Yes. She snatched the proof of delivery form from our front desk employee and stormed out of our shop. I have never dealt with such childish so-called professionals. I would hope they will try to treat their future clients with more respect than I have received.

Elliot has got to be the best person I have ever dealt with when it comes to taxes. He really does go above and beyond his call of duty which makes me know he really does care about us. I (mistakenly) opened a fireworks stand. It failed so miserably I didnt even get my money back that was invested. Soon after the season ended (and vowed to never attempt that again) we started receiving letters from the department of revenue stating we owed them $5,000! Needless to say I freaked out and called Elliot. He already had all of my paperwork from the stand. He filed it, held on the phone for what seemed to be hours with them, reasoning/faxing/emailing corrected information. Elliot truthfully reduced the amount we owed. Elliot fixed my mistake. He didnt have to do all that, he could have easily said just go online and do it. But he didnt. He said Ill take care of it and boy did he. I hope he knows how much my family and I appreciate how well he cares for us. (yes Ive told him)... I have been with Elliot for almost 5 years now and I will never go anywhere else. He is more than simply reliable or dependable. He is a master of his art through and through.

I am not sure who this Gal is that got here bonnet blown up, but I agree with Elliot, in todays society you have to be very careful if your a man. I see a great deal in the media, social and news, where men lives have been adversely affected by a womans claim. The problem is the damage is done to the male, he does not have a chance to defend himself and in most cases there is not a way to prove either side is in the right or wrong. Also, the women can be a repeat offender of these types of claims and she does not have any thing to loose= Kavanuagh comes to mind. These women have as much power as our scary Government with out the checks and balances in place. Do not have an answer to this problem, but to the Gal, Elliot is very supportive of women, and was only stating the truth of our society today. As a business owner, I am scared to hire anybody unless I have some good solid evidence that they have a a good sole, so I guess maybe you should not work for me either :)
