Never have I dealt with poorer quality company. If I could rate negative stars I would. There is no customer service and none of the supervisors work. EVER. We have been waiting over a year for reimbursement on some tests our family had done and to this day no reimbursement. Over 40 hours on the phone with them and no one knows whats going on. Always told someone will give us a call back and have never received one. I would stay far away from this company. Its sad how companies like this will be sure to take your money on time but then make their customers wait years for reimbursement. I wish we got paid for the time we have spent on the phone with this company we could go on a vacation. This is the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. HORRIBLE. Still waiting for that call back.

Worst of all, I dont understand how this level of customer service is tolerated. Theyre arrogant and dont seem to understand what theyre supposed to be doing. Im told something different every time I call. They are extremely rude. Please let me know if you know who I should contact to file a complaint.

The customer service for this company is abysmal. They are disorganized and unhelpful. I just spent 3 hours on the phone with them and the hospital trying to resolve a billing issue. Every time I called I was told something different. The people who work for this company are nothing but rude and disrespectful. If I could give them -5 stars I would.

I came here for my paperwork for my pension and they keep said the same : I sent the paperwork to you by mail (5)... since November 2020 !!I will get my lawyer to call them! Terrible!

My dad passed away unexpectedly recently I am his beneficiary he worked for the union for over 30 years and they are telling me I will not be receiving his pension because his pension was only supposed to go to a spouse my dad was never married he actually planned on retirement he was 55 so not only am I dealing with the grief of my father I’m dealing with absolutely terrible customer service when I have called these people they have been nothing but rude and have not given me any reason as to why I can’t have his pension other than it only goes to a spouse so my question is why have a beneficiary and have a pension when there’s no access to it after the person passes away ? I mean my father put in blood sweat and tears for this union and has nothing to leave behind a lot of sketchy and shady things seem possible even if this is true are union workers aware that their pension will not be going to their children or beneficiary if they aren’t married I can honestly say this has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced they simply don’t care it seems anyways if anybody knows anything about this pension plan and could give me answers please email me or something this is absolutely terrible I need answers I had cremate my father and have a sad ceremony for him because we couldn’t afford much I’m very heart broken and just want give my dad justice he stressed to me while he was alive that I would get his pension life insurance and everything else like I said I am the beneficiary but the union and this company has not given me any information other than he had nothing and the money that he put into his pension for 30 years is just going to go back into the company.

Got shot 3 times and carday paid for everything but my co-pay. Out of $100,000 for the surgeries, I pay $2,135. Pretty good if you ask me! Its just a bit inconvenient to call them, cuz they are east coast and Im in Arizona. Have to catch them early for me or they are closed

Honestly the worst company ever. I’ve called in over 10 times for an ongoing insurance issue. Every time, they say it’s “being handled”. It’s been over a year now. Their “kaiser rep” doesn’t do her job and some of the member service reps are rude and will rush you off the phone. One star rating is too much for this company. Don’t know why anybody chooses to do business with them.

These guys take forever sending out there pension checks. The gentleman told me I would get the second half of my pension after January 1st. I called at the end of January and he said theyre still doing audits and told me to call back in a few weeks. I called back at the end of February and the said its done, wait for your check and if it doesnt come in a couple of weeks and if it doesnt, call us back. Well, it didnt came and I called back at end of March and they said they were still doing audits and call back at the end of April. I just called today and they said theyre not sure whats going on and it will be sent in a couple of weeks. Mind you that last year when I got the first of my pension, its was in May.Local 23 needs to change who handles there pension program. They are ridiculous!

I’ve been dealing with this company for 15 years the absolute worst management history they continue to ask for money on a yearly basis from my union and then had nerve enough to cut our benefits at the same time $1200 a month is disgusting that is the definition of greed to ask for more and take away from the person you’re asking more fromafter 15 years of union working I am seriously considering going non union thanks to Carday and associate Since as a union member you are forced to use them for your insurance I hope the new owners are happy with themselves And I hope you sleep good at night Knowing that you are literally Stealing from honest working people

Terrible customer service. They are too expensive for what they offer. No online records. They are always late sending out tax info and explanation of benefits. I wish I could drop them and get my own coverage.

Terrible customer service. If you actually need insurance then your screwed, unless you dont mind to be lied too constantly and made to wait forever to actually get insurance due to the company not doing their job. Dont even see how they have stayed in business this long when everyone hates them.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This company is the absolute worst and I don’t understand why any company would use them. They play the middle man between you and the insurance company and it makes everything happen at the slowest pace possible. When you call nobody seems interested in helping you. It’s just the most frustrating company to have to deal with! If your hear this company name run far far away.

Absolutely horrible company. See other reviews. Our health insurance does their billing with this company and it is the worst! Totally incompetent, they literally just get paid to do nothing. I am thinking to switch our health insurance just because of them.
