Brian Pittman and Deondrea Molock replaced my old nasty shower insert with a beautiful new acrylic shower. They removed weird bump outs in the old shower, plugged one of the two faucets in there, and allowed me to decide placement of shelves and a grab bar. The new shower is so much bigger, brighter, and elegant looking. They just left 2 hours ago and Ive already referred some friends. They even liked my big ole Mastiff that loves meeting new people!

Brian Pittman and Luis did a fabulous job of replacing our old tub and replacing it with a shower. It looks gorgeous. Brian and Luis were on time, very nice to deal with, highly professional and knowledgeable, finished in a single day, and did exactly what they said they would do. They were very cautious of our home, as they moved materials in and out of our home. Ben Bradshaw (our salesperson) was also great, and extremely helpful with explaining the process and selecting our end products. Ben was very responsive to us before and after the installation. We love that we didnt have to pay any money up front and have 2 years before we need to pay anything (interest free)! We are extremely happy with our purchase and are telling all our neighbors to use West Shore if they want this type of work done in their home.

I purchased my new shower in April and it was install in June. I just wanted to let everyone know how happy I am with my new shower. It only took 2 days and it was finished. On Friday, January 29th we had our tub converted to a shower. Glen and Luis got to our house at 8:00 am and immediately began to work. By 4:00 PM the shower was completed. The shower looks beautiful. Glen did a wonderful job. Was very meticulous. Upon arrival the first thing they did was put tarps down in their walkways. Glen made sure that everything that needed to be put away was done. I have to mention that part of the job that Glen had to do was remove an arch over hang above the tub. He did a great job at removing and repairing the area. Glen is a real craftsman. He is diligent in making sure that his project is completed to his and our satisfaction. He did not rush the project, he took his time to make sure it was done correctly and what we wanted. Glen’s best tool was Luis. Luis was very diligent to make sure that all items were removed and out of Glen’s way very promptly. Keeping the mess at a minimum. Luis had to make several trips in and out of the house and did so very carefully so not to cause any damage to hallway walls or doors. They made a great team. I’m sure that if Luis had not been there to help with the labor the job would have taken a lot longer.Because of a little blip, the selves we ordered (wrong color in bag) and the non-slip element were still needed to be done. On Wednesday, Feb 3, George came to our house to complete the job.George was very professional and did a great job installing the two shelves we requested and added the non-slip element to the bottom of the shower. George was very efficient and in and out in no time. No mess, no fuss.

Dan & Steve did our wonderful job on the remodel of our bathroom. Our house is a little bit older, so the work took three days total. But the finished product is out of this world. They were very communicative, wore their masks, and practiced social distancing. The only thing I had any concern about was the fingerprints that were left on the glass; It looks like they had some sealant on their hands when they installed the doors And every time we shower, the fingerprints are visible on the glass. But besides that, we were extremely impressed by the service and the quality of the materials used. My grandmother has to have a special shower head (which we purchased ahead of time). They installed it with no problem and made sure that we were satisfied with the placement of everything before they installed.

I had a walk-in shower conversion yesterday and it went remarkably well. Glen and Stephen G., the installers, were professional, courteous and extremely considerate. They arrived before I could catch my cat and he hid under the bed. Even when their arms and hands were full, they took the time to make sure the front door was closed to prevent him from escaping.I LOVE THE NEW SHOWER AND RECOMMEND HERLS HIGHLY. I was impressed when the Salesmen worked with me to determine the best way to renovate the bathrooms in my house and even more impressed today by Joshua and Mike V. They were very polite and explained what would be happening. I also appreciate that they understood that I would need one working bathroom at all times. They were extremely clean and left no mess for me to have to clean up. They were also incredibly efficient. They tore down my powder room including removing wallpaper and the tile flooring not only quickly but thoroughly. I worried about what service would be like for a job as pricey as mine but so far Herls is really exceeding my expectations. I look forward to seeing Joshua and Mike V tomorrow!!!

Our installer, Brian Pittman, did an amazing job demoing our old fiberglass tub and transforming it into a lovely walk in shower! Brian arrived around 8am and left the house cleaner than he found it around 6pm. I am just amazed at what he was able to accomplish in that time! He consulted me a few times for design decisions as he went and was very friendly and professional. We havent been able to use the shower yet--its still curing-- but we are absolutely delighted at the look and quality. We dont have any upcoming needs, but I would use Herls again in a heartbeat!

I decided to replace my rusted old bathtub with a walk-in shower. Choosing Herls Bath & Home Solutions was the best decision I could have made. Adam was my installer & I cant say enough about how great he was. The first day he explained that it would be a 2-day job then he told me what he would be doing each day. He completed the first day without a hitch. The weather was predicting ice & snow that night, but Adam said he would be here the next day to finish. Turns out the weather was worse than expected & Adam called to say he had to turn around because the roads were so bad but he would be here the next day even though it was his day off. PJ & Joe were absolutely great. They arrived as scheduled, worked throughout, checked with us on their progress and made any adjustments we wanted. Couldnt be more pleased with this crew. I have another job pending and will recommend that they do that one too.Our second bathroom didnt go as well. Mistakes were made. The job was rushed. Orders were for the wrong parts. Mr. Greg Hurling, the company president, got involved and moved things along in the proper direction. One of the best things he did was to send Jeremiah Miller to the site. Jeremiah was absolutely a breath of fresh air. He fixed all that was wrong and was pleasant to work with. The end result was really good even though it was tough getting there.

I was very happy with the service and the work done by Adam. He was on time and made sure everything was according to what I had ordered. He cleaned up each day and was an all around professional. Herls bathroom gave me a beautiful tub/shower installation yesterday. It is beautiful and their products are top notch. I really noticed a difference in the quality of the product compared to what I had installed earlier by another company. The installer was top notch and definitely knew what he was doing. We talked about different issues that came up and then when completed, he walked me thru the features of the tub, sidewalls and glass doors. Sean is a magical plumber! The pipes under my vanities were low and I originally thought the vanities had to be pulled out for the pipes to be raised but Sean came in and did his magic in an instant and was so friendly, professional, neat, and saved me so much time! He even came back out the next day just to put in a baseboard. Evelio & Nicola took the time to ask how I wanted the new flooring to be laid out. They took their time to make sure everything was in place the way I liked before the final installation. These guys are great and I would recommend Herls every time.

Herls removed a jacuzzi tub and changed the space to a large shower area instead. The installer, Chris Horn, did a fabulous job. He was professional and quite frankly, worked his butt off! Dan G. and Darian T. were expert and friendly installers. Their work was excellent. Their knowledge and willingness to repair unforeseen problems were second to none.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The installer, Dan Graham, and his helper, Justin, provided an overview of how long the job would take and respected my home by laying tarps over the stairs and work area. I feel as though the install was by the book with no surprises. I do believe the Herls product is superior to Bath Fitters and similar tub over tub products.Having been an Operations Manager for The Home Depot, and being very aware of the consumer mindset & the need to set clear expectations, Id suggest you allow the technician to complete the job in one day, if theyre willing and able. The reason is they ask that you not use the shower for 24 hours after installation to allow the caulk and adhesives to set-up properly. If you only have a single bath option you would need to wait almost three days to take a shower. Some folks may be O.K. with that, but Im someone that bathes daily. If youre going to spend the money on a bathroom upgrade, youd be foolish not to wait the 24 hours they suggest.

I am posting this appreciation note to acknowledge the exceptional job installers Kyle and Shaann did with my shower conversion. I want to thank them for thier promptness, professionalism, courtesy and problem solving ability. I would also like to thank Mr. D. Smith for his initial work. Walk in shower looks great now finished, but had to endure multiple hiccups along the way! Herls however was responsive, took care of all the hiccups, and Brian( manager) assures me that Herls will stand by its warranty for any present or future hiccups
