Thank You Lisa. First visit and Hairstylist Lisa Wilkie is outstanding in welcoming and providing a great service. She is very nice and does a great job. I had the MVP (hot towel, which is made to your temperature liking), a massage with a machine and it is a great experience. They even keep a record of your cut so both of you know next time how you like it (or how to change it; if you want). A cool thing is that they have a shop vac built into the stylists lockers so they can vac up the hair. Also; you can see your favorite hairstylists schedule; so you can plan accordingly. The Cherry on top is their app. WOW.

I went to this location to get my hair cut. I wanted the dead ends cut and some layers added. I didn’t realize until I straightened my hair earlier this week that my hair is portly cut (my hair is naturally curly). The left side is fine, however, the right is not. The front of my hair does not frame my face and is about two inches shorter than the hair that follows that section. I’m extremely disappointed and will now have to get my hair recut. I thought that with all of the positive views that this location would be great, but my experience was not.

Set my appointment thru my phone. It said no wait time, but when i got there, there were 3 ppl ahead of me so i walked out. Liked the place until the experience today!

Great haircut. They also give an MVP treatment for free on first visit. That means after haircut they wash your hair and massage the scalp while sitting in a massage chair (vibrating on the upper and lower back), then dry and style hair. The very end they give neck and shoulder massage. Its pretty nice. IDK how much it costs after that.

Lisa has been my go to stylist for a few months now. Im helpless when it comes to my hair. She gets it right everytime. Wait times have increased but thats mostly due to pandemic reasons. I was a customer pre-pandemic and this wasnt an issue.

My first time here. I dont think the vibe in there towards older guys who dont have too much hair is very welcoming.What I do have I get buzzed all over, it really couldnt be more simple.It was pretty obvious my stylist couldnt wait to get me over with though. I got the quick, bare minimum version for a higher price than most places, and It really doesnt look good. She actually missed spots. Wouldnt go back.

Absolutely loved my haircut....her name was Shonda...I will be visiting her again...she took her time asked me questions and made sure I was 100% satisfied before I walked out the door. I took my handicapped cousin there for a cut on Monday, August 10, 2020. She doesn’t see well, hear well comprehend well or speak clearly. When the haircut began, I stood by, with my mask, to instruct the operator how to cut her hair. Another operator approached me and said if I wasn’t waiting for a hair cut I had to leave the building. I informed her that my cousin was handicapped but just repeated her same rude statement! I left the building and stood on the sidewalk. Another operator who had stepped out apologized to me as she went back inside. The operator cutting my cousin’s hair came to the door and apologized to me and invited me to come in to approve the cut to which I declined to do. The haircut may have taken 10 minutes tops! The lady who asked me to leave was not friendly and was not professional. Everyone else was really nice! We have never had a problem with anyone there before. I will NOT be taking my cousin back there!

I wish I remembered her name, but it was the best haircut experience I ever had.

First, the haircut was great! Thats most important. But on top of a great cut, the terrific conversation and empathy with my story was greatly appreciated. I rarely get out due to health issues, so I rarely interact with people. It was great to have a super nice stylist that made me feel very comfortable, was efficient, and pleasant.Great overall experience!!

Tina was delightful to work with! Her attention to detail was greatly appreciated. She is a warm conversationalist and offers a friendly, laid back experience. I felt that she paid attention and made sure to finish the cut with excellence. I will not hesitate to return!

Overall, things here were ok. I signed in online, arrived in time and was taken back in less than 5 minutes. The lady who cut my hair was friendly, however, it was about half an hour until closing time so I felt like she was rushing. I dont normally complain about a haircut, but the reason for my 2 star review is because of how terrible my haircut was once I went home and styled it myself. I had a uneven, visible undercut line all the way across my head. Almost to the point, where you could call it a bowl cut. My front was cut to where I looked like Dumb and Dumber. That will be my only visit here. Fortunately, I go to Paul Mitchell school, so my teacher was able to fix it for me.

I always love Outback, but this particular time the Awesome Blossom wasnt awesome. It was very dark in color and appearance and taste confirmed it was overcooked and burnt. The Aussie fries and wings were fantastic. Disappointed with the star of the show though.

This is an okay place to get a haircut. The hairstylist was professional. She did have some trouble with my hair. I have a small section of my hair in the front that has a cow lick. If it is not cut right, it makes my hair hard to style. She did her best, but I had to stop her. It was apparent this was a first for her. She stated, so what should I do with this. It was at that moment I stopped her and said it was good and ended the haircut. Paid my way out the door and will venture getting my haircut elsewhere.

Very displeased with my haircut.. I asked for a fade and to leave the top long..I did not get a fade at all a d she cut some off the top when she waa not asked to. The hair trim above my ears are uneven. She never asked if I wanted a CURVE or Square finish for the back and gave me a square which I never get.. She looks like today was he 1st day.. who hired her.. Shes the 50 something mexican looking woman...DO NOT GET HER!!!

Had been going to the same guy for years. He retired and I received a gift certificate from the Red Cross for platelet donation. Decided to try the Harbison location. Had the great fortune of getting Wryan to cut my hair. She did a great job. Will plan on going back and having her cut my hair again. Place was nice, staff was great. I like it!

Deanna was great! She does such a great job that I drive the Northeast just to have her cut my hair. I have to pass multiple Sports Clips but she is worth the drive.

Quick, affordable hair cut for my husband. My main issue is that sometimes he looks great after and other times I have to clean up his cut. But you get what you pay for.

Got in and was seen immediately. Was very happy with the cut. Stylist was friendly and experienced. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Very well organized in the store. The app is a little cumbersome to navigate (doesn’t work when store is closed so I could not make reservation a day ahead) but this is only second time I used it. Stylist was quick and gave me a great cut at a fair price.

Tina is simply the best. She listens. She takes time to get things the way you want them and she makes sure you like the result. Ive had some misses with some of the stylists in the past. See Tina youll be glad you did. She earns a great tip every time.

I had a great experience! I’m not sure he name but it was an African American woman with short black hair who gave me an amazing haircut! She was extremely nice, talkitive ( but not pushy or trying to hard), and the best part did I mention she gave me an AMAZING haircut. I was so impressed I left a 50% tip and I will definitely be back! Great establishment and environment, if you have not been give it a shot and the first time you go you get a free MVP special!!!

I came here not thinking much of it just wanting a simple haircut. Little did i know i sat down for what i could surely say was one of the most charming young ladies i have met. Not only did she cut my hair but she asked questions. Constantly making sure I was taken care of. The haircut was on point and top of that one the best displays of customer service i have experienced. I believe the name was brianne if i am not mistaken. Very sweet young lady. Each time I visit, they have me in and out in less than thirty minutes(even including the MVP experience). The quality of service is always great! I highly recommend this location!

The barber had no clue how to do a fade

I took my twin Grandsons about a month ago they are 10. I wasn’t extremely happy with one of their cuts because it was very uneven on sides. They both got a fade. However I decided to try again because we have taken our grandsons to other Sportsclips in Tn. and they love the VIP, towels etc. I decided to try this one again so I took my 12 yr. old grandson this time. He loved it and his cut looks great 👍

Ive been getting my hair cut at sports clips for quite sometime. Deanna was the first ever to ask for my repeat business. She gave me her card, and sincerely asked if I would come back to get my hair cut from her. I have kept her card and ask for her specifically everytime I go in. My haircut is simple and anyone could cut it, so I prefer to have someone cut it who really wants my business. She seems delighted that I return per her request, and she is always super pleasant! The secret to repeat and referals... ask for them! Be very proud to have her as your employee.

Took my friend there to get a haircut theyre actually pretty fast and not that it matters my friend is transitioning so its nice to be able to take him to a place where they dont judge you based upon your sexual orientation and give you an awesome haircut he was really happy with his haircut and The Stylist was super sweet to him

Fantastic job, well done. A bit pricey for a haircut @ 19-25 $ range depending on VIP or not. But for the service recieved I would say its well worth it .

“Jennifer” did a wonderful job on my hair. The massages were very good too. My ONLY complaint was I think the price was a bit steep for a “High And Tight”.... Come on... 24 bucks?

Nice and clean. Check in is easy and they have lots of barbers on staff for busy hours. You can see wait times on a leaderboard tv, which is cool. The MVP treatment is only six dollars more than a regular cut and is well worth it. I had Wryan, who is excellent at keeping you relaxed and feeling good.

I surely appreciated the personal attention, the extras, the pamperin, if us guys can call it pampering. I just dont know if it is for me each time, since the full-service treatment was about $10 more than I usually pay. I always leave a $5-6 tip, but wont be able to afford this regularly. Nice for a treat, though. Deanna was priceless! Ask for her if you get to go.

I usually avoid the walk in places because of lack of a quality haircut. But I was short on time and needed a haircut. Well this was the first time I walked away 100% happy with the results. I wish I could remember who cut my hair because I would go to her again.

I have been to this Sport Clips a few times and I have to say that I have never been completely happy with the results, However the last time was the worst and I will never go back. First if you do go there and you get Lucky enough to get Betty run for the door. Betty has no business cutting hair. The first sign was how nervous she seemed.I showed he a picture of what I wanted so that it would be clear. She then started to cut my and forgot to put the smock on me. What I wanted was a low fade starting with a 1 guard and longer on the top. she took the 1 guard all the way to the top. She trimmed around the left ear but left a lot of stray hairs. My right ear she put a high pointed line above it. I also noticed that she cut the top of my head only part way. The only thing that I can say is that the girl that fixed my hair did a great job with what she had to work with, but she had to almost use no guard to hid the chunk missing from my ear. If I could give this please no stars I would.

Got in quick. Got MVP package and enjoyed every minute of it. Have visited multiple Sports Clips locations over the years, including this one before, but this was by far the best experience Ive had at one. Attention to detail was on point and did not have jair all over me when i left (bald fade can get itchy)

Sometimes the result is a middle of the road haircut. Not this time. My stylist listened carefully and took the time to pay close attention to detail. Truly the best haircut I have ever had at Sport Clips.

Had to wait 10 or 15 minutes after the screen said on deck. Stylist made no effort to make conversation,even after I shared I had been feeling lost since my longterm stylist moved away last year. Put in minimal effort and so I plan to go back to Great Clips who make same minimal effort for cheaper.

The overall experience was great. The only downside was that the ladies seem nervous to cut african american hair. One lady said to another about not being able to get the line in a fade to blend well. So I would suggest giving/offering some training on cutting different types of hair properly to make employees comfortable with any person who comes into the shop.

Great haircut. Im not a person who likes alot of conversation but the lady I had was not very interactive. She seemed to be more business than bed side mannerism.

We needed to be in and out in a really short time but the last time we got his hair cut I was disappointed with the service as well as how little they had cut. Dylan’s hair is super thick and I like it short in the back and longer up front. Deanna, the stylist was great and we were in and out in 20 min. That’s with a wash 😀!!!!

I have been to this location three times in the past year. The first was about 3 stars with a stylist that couldnt follow directions. The second visit was 5 stars with Deanna. I went today and watched 4 stylists waste 15 minutes doing everything but cutting hair. I was told wait was 10 minutes but was sick of it at 40 minutes. I was one of 3 people who just walked out. Very inconsistent service here.
