I go here religiously for my haircuts. The staff is full of hair cutting veterans who are all very friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing. I would recommend to anyone!

Took my son in for Haircut before school pictures. Simple Fade with little bit longer than finger length on top so he can brush it over. Instead he gets what is almost a haircut to enter basic training! No bangs and hair was un-even and very short. Was practically a high and tight with no hair to work with on top for pictures along with uneven cut on back side of his hair. Some how she didnt even get the side faded evenly so his right side has a higher fade then his left side. Very disappointed and will never use them again, how they can charge $21 for that is beyond me. Ill use Varsity Clips or Clean Cut here on out!

Nicole at Columbia, MO branch did the best job my hair has ever seen! She was professional, knowledgeable and knew right away what to do with my hair, which has always been challenging to maintain and cut properly. I’m not sure how I happened upon this salon but I’m very grateful. Thank you Nicole for being the best.

Go see Lauren at the Grindstone SportClips!!! I dont have the easiest hair to cut and she did an amazing job!! She also did a great styling job on my beard. I would recommend her (or anyone there)!! With the online check in, I only had to wait about 5 minutes. Store was clean, they take their protocols seriously. Pricing on retail products are just as good as youd find at a big box retailer. No reason not to give them a try.

They were really busy so my husband had to wait but they only had 2 poor girls working their tails off. His hair however looks great and the girls were very sweet

Came in and was the only one waiting. Checked in on the tablet at the counter. Was never greeted by anyone. Sat for an hour without ever being spoken to. 3 others arrived and waited and all eventually got cuts. Left after an hour without still having ever been spoken to. Wont be back.

I checked in online with no wait time. There were 3 employees and one customer when I arrived @ 3pm. I was told it would be just a minute and to wait outside. At 3:25 I went back in and they told me only a few more minutes. So I left and went to the one on Paris road. Very disappointed, will never go to this one again.

The upselling at this location is way over the top. Be ready for a lecture during your entire haircut about how all the products you use are terrible and why you need to buy theirs. Also they dont even ask if you want to upgrade anymore they just go ahead and do everything so they can charge for the full experience. Last time I was there the manager was blatantly asking the other stylists how their numbers were looking, as in how much were they squeezing out of each customer by upselling products and services. I get a business needs to make money, but I want to go somewhere to just get a haircut and not deal with all that. Definitely will not be back.

Haircuts were great. The wait was super long. I will definately check the waiting time online before I walk in.

Hours of my life have been wasted waiting on deck. Literal hours pass between first walking in the door to walking out with a haircut, or leaving in frustration from the absurd waiting time. Scheduling an appointment ahead of time makes no difference and if youre unlucky enough youll get skipped entirely. The employees are pleasant and the haircuts are decent enough, but the absurdly slow service is a deal breaker.

I was in search of an undercut design, but the manager who previously provided service to me had left. The staff, however, was incredibly willing to attempt to accommodate me, and did an excellent job (especially considering their lack of knowledge in what I wanted.) Id have rated 5, but I was charged full price for a style Id never paid more than 10 bucks for....still, the staff was awesome!

I was getting my hair cut not paying attention just relaxing. I looked up and bout lost it. Worst haircut Ive ever seen. Looked like my 3 year old got to my hair while I was sleeping. now its hat day for me for the next 3 to 4 weeks.... Im so pissed. Ill never get that 18$ back agin. I thought about telling them Im not paying them but there was other people in there about to be butchered and I didnt want to make a seen. I feel sorry for anyone who has to look at me. Ill be avoiding eye contact until this mess grows back out. Damn you red head awkward chick.

With the ability to check in online, I was able to reduce an 80 minute wait to just a few minutes while spending the time productively elsewhere. Haley gave me a great cut and Ill definitely be back in her chair for my next cut.

This is easily the best place to get a haircut for a guy! The staff is great Sarah E cuts my hair and I love it because of the amazing job she does! If shes MIA I go to Jena! They both do amazing work! I have never been loyal to any hair place before but now I am! Anyone looking for a place to go, go here! Get the MVP its worth it!

Wow I had not tried this place because it seemed to expensive but after going I see the true value, cost includes shampoo and conditioner and head and neck massage. Awesome, its good to pamper yourself a little bit!

This location used to be great, but in the last 6 months or so the wait times have been greatly increasing and the quality of the haircuts has significantly declined. Their new check in system allows people to check in and leave, so they always seem to have over an hour wait. Not to mention the fact that they never seem to have more than 2 or 3 stylists there at a time. Very disappointing.

I went to a sportsclips for the past 4 years in Illinois and every experience was phenomenal, prices were great, haircuts were high quality! This sports clips fit none of those criteria unfortunately. Overpriced for simple haircut and military discount is trash but my stylist was really nice which is the only reason it gets 2 stars.

Paid $18 for a bowl cut, a three year old could have done better. Then was forced to add an undeserved tip of $5, $10, $15. No idea who the hairdresser was since she never bothered to introduce herself and ignore me/my brother the whole time.

I am never going back to this store! Every time I go there, I plan to spend at least half an hour waiting. It blows my mind - they seem to only keep about 2 or maybe 3 people on staff at all times and the stylists they do have there take their sweet time cutting hair. I understand doing a good job and ensuring quality, but they go slow because they like to laugh and talk and flirt with the customers to get a good tip. Half the time I go, I have to go home and fix my hair because the stylist, who ensures me they can do it right, obviously cant so I have to pick up the slack as to avoid further frustration and having all my hair chopped off. I will stick with a good barber from now on; it just would have been nice to use a place that is close to work.

Terrible cut. Did not style at all. When asked for input as to the why the cut turned out there was no acknowledgment to my questions at all.Wait time did not match the app, but that is always the case.Very disappointing visit.

The only place I will get a haircut. Stylist are always great. Wait time can be an issue sometimes, but this goes away if you place name on list via a web site prior to your arrival.

The app was a waste of time. Checked in thinking I would have a 5-10 min wait and ended up waiting 40 min before I was helped. A gentleman came in after me due to the no wait sign being on and he informed the staff about it after they told him it was an hour wait. The staff had no idea had to turn it off. Definately not a pleasant experience.

My son is 10 and has autism. So going to the Barber shop is like most peoples visit to the ER... Sarah E. Did the best job anyone has ever been able to do. She was very nice accepting of my sons issue and she worked very well with my son. She explained everything she was going to do before she did it amd eventually built a great repport with my son. The haircut took longer than expected but she never gave up or tried to push us out the door. I will be back and I have found a barber for my son finally!!! Thanks Sarah E. The only place I go for haircuts! I dont care for sports, really, but the hairdressers are very nice and always do an excellent job. Plus, they often have some kind of discount or promotional offer on their already low prices.

Waited over an hour and didn’t even get a haircut because I had to get back to work. Didn’t expect to walk in and see only 2 stylists and then wait for 2 4-year olds to get 45 minute haircuts and look exactly the same. Really poor service.

Good conversation, good haircut, and the steaming towel on face is very soothing. Beard shape and trim is off and on... Mostly on.

I asked for a inch off my hair the Lady said she would recommend taking off more I declined but she still proceeded to cut off more than we asked and after she had cut my hair said “You can’t even tell I cut more than you asked”, She tugged at my hair when she was shampooing it,Service was bad she didn’t even say hello.I would’t recommend coming here.

I have a great experience when I visit Sport Clips on Grindstone. The staff is very friendly there, and Jonna does a great job. Shes always very friendly and professional.

My son and I waited 2 hours all to be deleted off the computer! Theres no stylist literally 2 people working on a Saturday holiday weekend!! Terrible, Terrible service and I will be complaining more!! Very upset we waited and got passed up several times all for them to delete. Poor customer service both girls should be written up or fired!!

The customer service was terrible and the experience was mediocre at best. The location on Forum is much better. Would not recommend this location at all.
