Not sure whats going on with store hours at the Columbia, TN location, but closing at 6pm, when most people dont get off until 5pm is a little much. I have been trying to get my haircut now for two weeks and the past two days I attempted to check-in online, where I find that this location is at capacity. Of course its going to be at capacity when you are only open an hour when everyone is off of work. Other locations like in Alabama for instance stay open until at least 7pm. Why miss out on that revenue Sports Clips owners? Ill add this last little bit that was the icing on the cake. Last week in my 2 of 3 attempts to go to this same location, I checked in online around 4:45pm. The app tells me Im checked in without issues. I get there and wait in my car until notified because of the COVID restrictions. The app tells me Im next up on deck. Then I get out of my car to go into the store and they are locking the doors. Better luck next time, if there is a next time. This would be a good place for a business.

Long time patron of SportsClips. First time at this location. Poorly managed from my experience. Checked in online, said 12 min wait. Waited 40 mins before leaving. Multiple people placed ahead of me in line (not registered/checked-in) and multiple Stylists just disappeared to the back.

Great place! I first went to a location in West Palm Beach,FL and was very impressed so I tried this location since I just moved here from FL and I was NOT disappointed. Great service, skilled employees, and franchise consistentcy.

So we asked for a curly fade and the women seriously didnt even fade his hair she cut the bottom with clippers(all one length) and cut off almost all his curls on top. Extremely mad. I could have done this for freeat home.......

Place is a joke open till 6 p.m. I walked in at 5:27p.m. with two people ahead of me and they were not taking any more people. Ive been using sport clips for years never had something like this. Wont be back there for sure.

I would give six stars for this place if I could! Im usually a Great Clips guy but got a coupon for an entirely free haircut, so I came down here and utilized it. Sheena was amazing! Shes truly a God-sent angel! She was very sweet and polite, cut my hair accurately, short, and with precision, plus she shampooed me well! I tipped her because she earned it! The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, hospitable, and warm! The payment system is efficient and TVs keep you entertained.

Normally I take my son to a local barbershop but figured I was in the area and would give this franchise a go. All the stylist were nice and the place was pretty clean and well kept. We didnt wait very long before we got service, so when my son (age 6) got into the chair I was asked what type of cut Id like for him to have, which I asked for a simple fade and lining.***Back story he had previously gotten a really bad fade else where, however his lining was sharp and clean, so there was something to work with.***The fade was not bad (not as good as I had hoped but still did a pretty good job), well when it came time to do his lining- which kind of makes the cut in my opinion I was asked How should I do this?.I was not requesting graphics, designs or anything other than a clean lining. ***So I let the stylist know to follow the lining that was already in place. She screwed it up! On one side she cut way too far back and then asked me would I like both sides even? What kind of choice is that?Again as as a fade alone she did a good job, but if youre going in and looking for a lining this is NOT the place to go. Also, my boyfriend got his hair cut there as well and the woman that did his hair could also not do a lining.This was way over priced and will not be going back to this location if any of the Sportclips again.

The workers there are awesome. I took my son there for his very first hair cut and they did such an amazing job with his hair and him. So when it was time to get his second hair cut I didnt think twice had to come back here. And they were just as awsome and amazing as the first time.

Very nice people, always pleasant and helpful to make sure you get the cut you want. I always bring a photo saved on my phone and they do their very best to match that photo, even if Im not Kale Gyllenhaal. Quite a wait normally but signing in online usually helps
