I went in for a haircut and a shave, and Karl did a great job at a reasonable price. The shop was very clean. Customers were politely asked to wait outside the shop to limit the number of people inside. Karl came and got me at my car when it was my turn. He wore gloves and a mask, and he alluded to how clean he has been keeping his shop in light of our ongoing pandemic. This was important to me and very appreciated. Hes got a great sense of humor, does really great work, and is just an all-around nice guy.Thank you, Karl! Ill be back.

The shop owner (Karl) is running his business responsibly during the pandemic. Only people being served and the barbers are inside at any given time. Someone comes out to get you when its your turn and the shop is clean and well maintained. Ive been coming here for many years and have gotten good cuts from everyone in the shop.

The service in this barbershop is excellent! They took care of my boys hair, which is difficult to find an ethnic/ African-American Barber in columbia. I typically went to Warrens barbershop which is also good but I would schedule an appointment and still have to wait when I went in. At House of barbers they are very strict about covid-19 safety and enforce social distancing and the wearing of masks which I appreciate it best of all the owner of the shop was very kind to me and my autistic son and my five year old. The entire time we talked about healthy habits and living in these bizarre times. I recommend this place and a huge way!

The Barbers...make going there worth the trip. Karl, Will & Tony remember and treat each customer as a friend. NO APPOINTMENTS NECESSARY! And NO egos, if you normally see a specific barber but hes busy, youre welcome to have one of the others take care of you. Other places require an appointment and youd better not chair jump using the services of any barber working that day as it fits your needs at that particular time. Most guys Require you wait and be loyal to a specific barber. They dont make a big deal of it, they know your time is valuable too. Been a customer for nearly 30 yrs!

Ive been visiting this barbershop since it opened. Karl and Will are great barbers and run the place. Great location and gets really busy. They dont take appointments, however. They have a sign in sheet so you can pick any barber that works there!

This is hands-down the best barber shop that Ive been to in Columbia. Family-friendly environment with an old-school neighborhood type of vibe. Omar is precise with his cuts and always does excellent work for both me and my son.

Took me a while to find this place, but great spot to get a quality cut! Highly recommend Omar, he did a great job! This spot is much better than the other cheaper alternatives in the Columbia area.

Excellent place to get a cut. All of the barbers are extremely professional and do a good job. The wait times aren’t long at all. These guys get you in and out without all the talking and stalling. The place is extremely clean and in a good location.
