Soda City is my go to place for a haircut now because they simply nail it every time—I cant think of one instance where I left without complete satisfaction. Zayne is my barber every time and is an absolute man of class who provides wonderful conversation. The other barbers in the shop always join our conversations as well and what can I say, theyre all great people. This is where you should go if you want to get a killer haircut in Columbia.

I cant believe I never left a review sooner. These folks are awesome, I moved away from the SC area about a year and a half ago and came back to visit a friend for a few weeks and stopped by here for a beard trim and, as hes always been, Danny was awesome, did a killer job, had great banter and all around made it a great experience. This was the only barbershop I ever went to when I lived here and miss having them around where I live now.

Got a haircut from Zayne and he did exactly what I wanted but better. Better yet, he didnt question me when I told him how short I wanted it (something Ive gotten used to going to other places). Great guys, great place, definitely recommend.

I once was walking into my appointment for Danny to cut my hair, and I see this hot girl. I say high, of course, she doesn’t acknowledge my existence. I walk out after my appointment and walk past the same girl and she aggressively tries to hop in the car and go home with me. I was a little scared. Nevertheless, that’s how good Danny is. He isn’t a barber, he’s an artist. He doesn’t cut hair, he creates master pieces.To be clear, he is a barber and cuts hair. He’s just really good.

Soda City Barbers is a collection of the finest Columbia has to offer in my opinion. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to upgrade from their current convenience store/fast food haircut shop as I call them. You won’t be disappointed with the experience.

Best haircuts I’ve had in Columbia. And I’ve been on the prowl since 2014. Curtis has been a constant in my life since then and has always done me proud. Danny and the rest of the boys are astronomical as well. If you’re in need of a perfect cut, this is the place in Columbia. You can hit up SportsClips if you want a bowl cut or a Barney Fife, but Soda City Barbers is the place if you want the real deal.

Curtis has been giving me the best cut in Columbia for the better part of a year. I literally will go nowhere else, I would drive across states just for this place. As a female, finding someone to cut short hair at a salon was tough. However, I found the fellas at Soda City Barbers to be extremely welcoming and even more talented. Awesome barber shop! First time going here and I was not disappointed. Messed up my schedule date and accidentally scheduled for a week later, which was my bad I just didnt pay attention to the date. But Zayne fit me in on his break, he didnt have to do that but that just goes to show that Soda City Barbers are a bunch of great Barbers. He is one of the select few that I would let touch it. His line work is top notch, and his fade game is one of the strongest Ive seen. What? Kyles booked? Guess what...set an appointment up with Zane or one of the other skillful barbers there and you will get HOOKED UP. My two boys (14yo & 11yo) have been going to Zane for the better part of 6 months - great sense of style and fade work. They refuse to go anywhere else. Sooner or later Im going for a complete head shave, as Ive seen them do it in person and it is spectacular. Im telling you, dont sleep on this place...it truly is a hidden gem...
