This is the one and only place Ive been going to for over 11 years now. Daniel always finds great people to cut and take care of everybody. I will continue going here, and telling all who ask to stop in. Its nalstogic and feels like you are the one and only. Recently took my four year old son for a haircut. The man cutting my son’s hair snapped at him for not keeping his head straight and was way too belligerent dealing with a child. Will not give this place my business in the future.

My husband and I are newer to the area and the lady who cut his hair did it in a way that he was extremely unsatisfied with. On another note he tried to get my opinion and she said “no no no that’s not necessary, I’m asking you”. So we went to pay and as she was checking us out my husband wanted me to pay and said that I knew our finances better. With an unpleased look on her face she looked at me and said “do you guys live together or something?”. We will never bring our business back here. We came for a hair cut, not to be criticized by someone who had no place to do so.

Came in for a walk-in without any appointment and was met with immediate service. Crystal was in charge of my hair and she was fantastic! We had great conversation as she did wonderful work on my hair. I will definitely ask for her again. I was also able to chat with the owner, Daniel, who was super polite and welcoming. It was an overall great experience!

I recently moved to the Columbia area and needed to find a new barber. I stopped into Daniel’s shop last Saturday with both of my sons. We were welcomed by a friendly, accommodating staff. I chose to wait to see Daniel and I wasn’t disappointed. As someone who takes their barbering seriously, I was very pleased to find this master craftsman at this unique, family-oriented shop.Daniel is top notch and an all around cool guy.He took his time and was very precise when cutting my hair and trimming and shaping my beard.Tiffany took care of both of my boys, giving them very sharp, solid haircuts. The whole staff was friendly and fun and seemed to be experts in their craft. The prices are fair and the service is excellent. I highly recommend Daniel’s Barber Shop on the Square!

Todd gave my son his first good looking haircut, hes ever had in all 3 1/2 years of life. My son has always hated haircuts, but something about this place and its atmosphere chilled him out. Todd was excellent with dealing with a non-stop child. Im definitely going to be a repeat customer and recommend this place to others just like another mom of boys advised me to check them out.

Daniel is a great barber. He has a great attention to detail, especially for the discerning bearded gentleman. The other barbers in the shop are friendly enough, and seem to do good work, but I make an appointment to see Daniel. They stay pretty busy, but walk-ins are seen pretty quickly. Also, theyre really reasonably priced when compared to shops with equivalent service, which youd likely have to drive to Franklin to find.

Daniels is always friendly and do there best to get you in quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.

If you want THE BEST beard trim, and hair cut, of your life—see Daniel. He knows beards! When you see his beard you will understand why. Make no mistake, he is a master of his craft. He has 2-3 other barbers, so walk-Ins are welcome, but if you want Daniel, make an appointment. You will not regret it; he’s GOOD.

Great place to get a quick boy or mans haircut. Generally no waiting unless its Saturday. Reasonable prices and set up like an old time barber shop. No bells and whistles. Just a quick haircut.

Daniel has been cutting hair for a long time, and his experience and dedication to improvement are obvious. There is a signature finished look that I can recognize around town- nobody cuts hair like Daniel. Emily cuts my sons hair, does a great job, and Mr. Daniels toy chest is there when hes done!

Daniel is an outstanding barber. Excellent technique and I always leave with exactly what I was looking for or better. His work would fetch him premium rates in a bigger city like Nashville, but we are lucky to have him here in Columbia, highly recommended.

So far this is the only place I have gone in Columbia to get a haircut, but they do a pretty good job.

Horrible experience. I have been to many barbershops nationwide and this is by far the worst place I have ever been. The whole entire staff did nothing but complain the whole time I was in there. I paid top dollar for a bottom of the barrel haircut. If Google would allow me to leave negative star rating it would probably be -500 stars.

It is the tips that I certainly know that it is often used here ... you are almost obliged because if you give it 20 euros (there is 16) you notice the hesitation in giving the rest ....
