Extremely poor professionalism and customer service over the phone. First and foremost, work was done on my vehicle without my consent. I was accused of having a broke phone by Mike, since I didn’t receive his messages regarding the issues he found. When I apologized and told him I religiously checked my phone throughout the day and I received no missed calls/messages from him…he fired back with “well, that’s not my problem.” I like to support local business owners, but very hard to do in this case due to Mike’s unprofessionalism and rude demeanor. Do not use this shop for your automotive needs unless you enjoy being belittled and degraded.

Cant judge the work of the shop, but will say this. When you have 4 dozen tires stacked around your building Ave have had for the twelve years Ive been in como, plus you have tires on your business sign above your door I dont see how you can have an attitude with a potential customer for calling and asking if you sell tires. As if theres nothing about your business that indicate that you do. As in the two points if reference I just mentioned. Thisv one star review was based on the brief customer service I just received on a phone call. Very well could be a great mechanic, Ill never know because my first impression over the phone was enough for me not to ever award this so a try if ever I need mechanical work in the future.

Mike is one of those hard-to-find honest mechanics. He doesnt suggest unnecessary work and his prices are reasonable.

Mike is very honest man, he is professional and very knowledgeable about cars. His rates are very reasonable too.

They were able to get my car in and looked at on a short notice. It was also fixed the same day. Very reasonable price and friendly people.

Mike has worked on our vehicles for almost twenty years, and I have even had him service a couple of my work vehicles. He is a very good mechanic and his rates are very reasonable. He does have a dry sense of humor, so you have to be on your toes :).
