Ben Smith, in parts, was great to deal with, super friendly. Ken Duncan assisted me with the actual service. I was not expecting the vehicle back for at least another day, so I was surprised when Ken called to say the repairs were complete. Great experience, great customer service.

Great service. Was thanked numerous times by employees for allowing them to do service on my vehicle. Mechanic also listened to a couple of concerns I had and addressed them without complaint.
I made an appointment for an alignment on my Yukon. I dropped my SUV off and expected to get a call when they were done. I called around 5 pm to check the process and I was placed on hold so long that I hung up. Long story short they never worked on my SUV!!Im beyond livid because I took the day off to get this taken care of and now I have to take off again to get this taken care of when it should have been taken care of in the first place. At least someone could have called and explained to me what was going on.This is UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL!
I recently bought a GMC Terrain Denali from Jim Hudson Buick-GMC. I was impressed with the cars and the knowledge and professionalism of my sales rep, Randy Alexander. He knew the questions to ask to narrow down my search to the cars that I would most likely be interested in. I test drove four cars and asked lots of questions. He knew every detail of every car. And he was as patient as a saint. Once I was ready to buy, he was very helpful and kind through the sales process. Since the purchase I have enjoyed getting to know my new car, and have good memories of the car shopping process thanks to Randy and the way Jim Hudson Buick-GMC does business.
Warning - do not leave your vehicle with them to service! They will lie about what they did or didnt look at. I dropped off my truck the night before for a 7am appointment. They called twice during the day saying they were still working on it. Dash cam video proves they didnt touch the truck till 5pm and only changed oil and rotated tires in 20 mins. Kept my wheel lock, didnt check air pressure, didnt even look at the door that was the main reason I brought it in for service. Service mgmr Ken refused to even acknowledge me when I returned to complain. Unless you can stay and babysit them - dropping off your vehicle at your own risk - I wished I could upload the dash cam video that clearly shows they are worse than jiffy lube
