I would like to say its 5 stars + I have been going to Bob McCosh for several years and I have always been treated like a friend or family! The people there will take good care of what ever you need! Great sales and service everyone from the front door to the back door are super nice people!

My experience at Bob Mcosh was very unprofessional and confusing from the staff at service department. I am considering driving out of town to another Cadillac dealership if my Cadillac needs service again.

They replaced my alternator. $500. And when I picked it up in their parking lot it wouldnt start. Took about 30 minutes for them to bring a charger out and charge my battery. Brand new battery. Id have thought they would make sure it started before calling me to pick it up. I drove over an hour to get there. They never apologized either.
