I switched to Cheryl Kelly about a year and a half ago and I genuinely love them so much. They are so helpful and they never rip me off. My last car insurance place was taking advantage of me being a female 20 year old college student and I feel like Cheryl Kelly has done the opposite. They are very helpful when I have questions about my coverage and they are sure to keep me updated on when to submit my grades to receive a lesser statement. Not only this, they recognized that during COVID people are driving less and therefore decreased the rate, as someone who was not driving at all and did not have a job due to the pandemic, this was very very helpful. The staff is always very friendly and I don’t forsee myself ending my plan here!

As a realtor and owner of a remodeling company, State Farm is one of the main insurance companies that I recommend and what I use for my personal home and business insurance. Any time I have a question, I can call into Cheryls office and get a quick answer from Jeremy or any other agent. No hold times, no computer response systems, just a knowledgeable agent ready to help. When you work on as many homes as I am able to, its nice to have the ability to make the quick phone call for any answer I need. Whether I run into an unforeseen on a remodel or I have a unique question to help one of my real estate clients determine the best coverage for their new home, I know I can trust state farm to protect me and my clients when you run into an insured issue.Example -- I was rear ended a few years ago and did not get an accident report because I made the mistake of trusting the other driver. The next day I recieved a call from his insurance agent saying that I was at fault for him rear ending me because no one could prove that I used my blinker. I was pretty upset with this and called state farm for help. They instantly took action and paid for the damage on my vehicle (minus my deductible) and took the other agency to court. It took some time to resolve, but the case was settled and I eventually got my deductible paid for too. Even with all the work state farm had to do, my rates never increased in this process. GO WITH STATE FARM! Cheryl and Jeremy will be there in the tough times and you can be confident that you are insured well!

So, I have been a faithful user of State Farm since I started driving in 1982. Since graduating with my terminal degree in 1997, I have carried comprehensive insurance with low deductibles on my several vehicles and motorcycles. I, personally, have never been in an accident where I was at fault - unless you want to count the time I hit an escaped black cow at night down in the Ozarks - four years ago). I also have never received a moving violation of any sort and taken the Motorcycle Safety Foundation course. After a run of bad luck where my wife and daughter got into several accidents over the course of a few weeks (back in September), I get notification yesterday that State Farm was dropping me. State Farm used to be wonderful to deal with - My parents had used them since the early 1960s, I used them my entire life up to this point through my many moves from work - including homeowners insurance for the period I was a homeowner. It never even occurred to me to use another insurer. When students and co-workers used to ask me where I was insured through - I used to talk up State Farm. No longer... Is this the act of a Good Neighbor?

Cheryl Kelly State Farm has the BEST customer service. They are always honest about how they can help you and will take time to meet and explain anything you ask about. When my Drive Safe & Save beacon wasnt coming in the mail, they called several times to get it resent for me just so I could get that discount on my car insurance. You wont regret shopping for insurance here!

Im very happy to say that I am no longer ensured with State Farm after today. There was a mix up in my payment with State Farm. Instead of contacting me to quickly resolve the issue, I was left with a message on my phone from a woman named Jessica that works at this location, with a very rude message about my policy being canceled in the next 24 hours if the issue isnt resolved. This was the first time I had ever known about there was an issue with a payment on the account. Terrible customer service. Ive been with state farm going on three years, so to be spoken to so rudely over a miscommunication is uncalled for. I am a student and also a reservist for the USAF, and have been told from several prior members of state farm to switch to USAA, and I am SO glad that I did. When I called State Farm to tell them I was no longer with their company, I was greeted by the same employee JESSICA, and she said, Well your policy has already been canceled. Usually when you have a business and you are told that one of your customers is going to another company, you ask why and tell them thank you for your business. Thanks to this Jessica lady and the way she likes to handle business, State Farm has lost yet ANOTHER customer.
