I didn’t have enough money and they worked with me so I could come back and pay my balance another day. I’m so grateful for the friendly staff that helped me today.
The young lady working the front of the place was absolutely the most self absorbed and rude person I have dealt with in years!!! The hand unit on the device they installed in my vehicle was broken from day 1!! When I would attempt to use it the hand unit would come unplugged most every time. Not knowing that when the device is on and the hand unit is unplugged it is a violation!!! These violations eventually caused the unit to go in to Lockout Mode. So I had to return here to have the unit serviced. When I tried to explain to this most abnoxious and rude young lady what was going on with the device, she repeatably interjected, that I was the one at fault!! Sometimes, not even allowing me to finish my sentence!! I was forced to say pay an additional 64 dollars to have the device unlocked!! I am now trying to.find another place to have my service transferred to them as soon as possible!! The was definitely right about one thing for sure, I was at fault from the beginning.... And wrong too!!! For ever bringing my vehicle to HER SHOP!!! SHE KNOWS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OBVIOUSLY!!!! Because in any and every place of business that I have ever been in, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!
