After getting a good verbal quote with a good rate, I never got anything in writing. The following day I decided to go with a similar quote from another agency with much better coverage and this guy was rude, told me he’d spent a lot of time and money, gone out of his way and apparently pulled some strings, which I did not ask him to do. When I reminded him that it’s his job to shop around and find good deals for potential clients he said he had to go call another customer. His demeanor was childish and unprofessional. He did, however, send me an email stating that I was not receiving coverage from them so at least I have confirmation that I said no to their policy 🤷🏻‍♀️.
