I dont normally post reviews at all, but the experience I had with Michelle Pacheco was so helpful, supportive, and genuine showed they truly care about their clients. Thank you to Michelle and Adrianas Insurance for showing me what such a great and kind place can do for others.

Good customer service my only problem is being lied to, I went to unsuspend my plates and was told that it would take a bit to remove the suspension but I said that fine paid the fee and waited to remove it. 3 hours later the guy tells me oh yeah the suspension is removed unfortunately the dmv is closed and we can’t get you your tags but you can come tomorrow and we can do them for you. Luckily I know someone else who knows how to check if my suspension was removed and was told no your suspension was never removed and idk why they told you it was removed. I’m not upset that it’s not removed, I’m upset because I’m lied too straight to my face and I lost of day of work just to get this done and all he could say was come tomorrow.

I came in to get a policy but i was secptical because adriana insurance never came threw my mind but once i walked in raul palma assisted me a showed me how much he saved me money and expained to me about my options with adrianas insurance, he left me speachless that i had nothing to say but just get insurance with adrianas.

This place only caters to spamish speaking people.

To be honest I know some agents who use to work here were very bad for customer service and the new agents that Adrianas Insurance are better qualified and more attentive to the customers needs. Ive gotten my insurance thru Freeway and AIS and both companies dont really care about you after they sell you the insurance, but the agents at the Colton office are very nice and extremely helpful. I will be referring my family and friends to get insurance thru Adrianas insurance.

They are the most dishonest company! Watch out, they told me the insurance company requires 365.00 down, paid it! Turns out the required amount is 135.00, the rest of the remaining amount went to the broker, after lying to my face saying his feet was 99.00. Dishonest...WARNING!!!DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THE COLTON OFFICE
