Guys were very friendly and competitive prices! Guys do fantastic work!!! Any and all flaws were taken care of when I asked about them!

If you want to pay $8k to have your floors look like these pictures, you can go with this company.Notice:1. Gaps and cracks between planks on a newly installed floor.2. The discolored and unsightly filler caused by improperly staining3. The wood that their work discolored to be green4. The rough-and-tumble plank replacement that they guaranteed would look good as new but sticks out like a sore thumb.The added bonus is that if you want to be blamed for these errors, you get that for free.The work looks even worse when viewed from afar (say, when walking into the house).You can also feel the individual planks of wood under your feet as you walk on the floor, where you expect it to be sanded flat, smooth and flush.In my opinion, its low quality work. If I could go back in time, Id choose another company. We had to choose another one to fix this work anyway.Book wisely.

HIGHLY recommend! This company did a lovely job on our really messed up hardwood floors. It was bad when we moved in from water damage but after boatloads of guests, kids and pets it was in terrible shape. It looks like we replaced the flooring! Seriously! The guys were quick, professional and they did excellent work. They had great attitudes, too. Their process is much faster than what other companies generally take to refinish flooring. Its about half the time and the work is even more beautiful than we could have hoped for. The work is high quality. Again, we highly recommend Creations Hardwoods!!

I guess they have enough money / business. I emailed about a month ago asking for a quote of floor refinishing. I got a response about a week later stating someone would be in touch. Nobody was in touch. If you don’t want to refinish a floor and would rather install new, then don’t make floor refinishing part of your business. If you don’t want my money/ business, just say so. Happy to try to get a quote from any number of flooring businesses. My picture clearly shows I am a real person and that this company could care less about actual follow through. My reviews are honest and meant to help customers put their money into a business they deem worthy of their hard earned paycheck. You don’t deserve a good review if you are not doing good business. #sorrynotsorry

They may be all of the above with everyone elses experience however we had a different experience altogether. They initially came to our home on time and the gentleman who gave the quote was extremely professional, cordial, and polite, however everything after that went downhill from there. First they reneged on their capability to do our stairs and was rude about it when they told us. Second, they gave us an incomplete estimate for our floor levels, third, said they gave us an estimate on stair railings, which they didnt (and we didnt ask for), and then finally failed to show up to the second appointment and never called back; just 100% dropped us from their potential list of customers I guess! They never called us back. Their work may be awesome, well never know, but their customer service and commitment to us (lack of) as a prospective customer warranted this rating; Id choose one of their competitors and wouldnt waste my time with this company.

Nick is a real and rare craftsman in town who replaced completely our staircase and built a new mantle with surrounding tiles. From the beginning to the end he and his staffs not only worked diligently but also professionally. We are satisfied greatly with the looks and quality and highly recommend.Jeff and Stacy also are very reliable people to communicate.

Creations Hardwood did a phenomenal job sanding, staining and refinishing my floors, making over my staircase and installing LVP in my family room! Stacy was prompt in her communication! Creation Hardwoods did a fantastic job on our floors. Nick and his crew refinished the exisiting hardwood and installed new hardwood in one of the rooms. It matches perfectly and they paid close attention to detail. They cleaned up each day and really wanted to make sure we were happy with the stain color and results. Ive had my hardwood floors redone in the past and their service was by far the best of anyone else we have used!!Update: we moved and had Creation Hardwoods refinish the floors of our new home. Again, they did a wonderful job and we are very happy with their service. The floors are beautiful!!

This review is hard to write because I had really wanted to write a glowing review. Our relationship with Jeff and his team was great until it wasn’t.His craftsmanship is good, his response to dealing with problems; terrible.We paid over $7000 for re-finishing existing hardwood floors and installation of new hardwood floors. When the job was finished we were happy. However, a few weeks after the install the wood started retracting. Large gaps appeared in the panels. We were 100% honest with him and said we lightly mopped one section of the floor (6 weeks after installation). Jeff (owner) told us that the problems with the floor were because we mopped it. However we noticed large gaps in the wood over 15 feet from where we mopped lightly, with no issues on the existing wood floor.We could have withheld that information but we didn’t, we were honest. We wanted to work with him. He came in a few months later and “patched up” the gaps but intimated that the damage was our fault.So we got the opinion of two more contractors and an independent inspector. All three have said the damage shown could not have been caused even by excessive mopping but instead from the installation of wet wood. The wood is still drying out. This makes sense because in the high traffic part of our house where the pre-existing wood remains, there are no problems. The job is good.So we took this information to Jeff in the hopes to resolve it through his insurance company. He has refused to provide his insurance information leading us to believe he is uninsured. He has also failed to provide initial humidity readings, wood moisture readings before, during and after installation. This leaves us no choice but to move the issue to court.I wish it hadn’t had come to this. If he was willing to acknowledge that this has happened and figured out a solution with us, then we could have moved on. Now we are faced with all the stress of court proceedings that neither party need.

We had Creation Hardwoods refinish existing hardwood flooring, remove tile and carpet, lay new hardwood to match the existing hardwood and ended up with the most beautiful hardwood flooring throughout! I cannot thank Jeff, Nick and their staff enough for walking me through this process and being patient with me as I struggled on choosing a stain color. They were extremely reliable, professional and knowledgeable! My 1986 house now has a new fresh look and turned out better than I could have imagined! We are now having them install wood stairs and a new banister! They are amazing at what they do and I highly recommend them to anyone! Now, time to entertain in my beautiful home! 🥂

We hired Creations Hardwoods to refinish the hardwoods on our stairs and install a new handrail. Not only were they reasonably priced, but they did a great job on both! In fact, many of our friends/ family members have complimented us on the new look of the stairs. A few months after they completed the job, we had an issue with one of the boards on the stairs. The issue was not their fault, but we called Jeff to come out and take a look. He came out on a Friday afternoon and fixed the board and a few other items, absolutely free of charge. I highly recommend Creations Hardwoods for anyone looking for quality work!

They came out the same day we asked for an estimate and worked with us over multiple phone calls and emails to adjust the estimate until we would got exactly what we wanted. We were unable to get our floors refinished because of an unforeseeable issue with our house that needed to be addressed first, so I cant attest to their work (just yet), but we will be calling them right away when we can get our floors done! Jeff and his team from Creation Hardwoods did an amazing job! We were preparing to put our house on the market and had them refinish our existing hardwoods and added new to mesh with the existing. Not only that, but we were able to choose any color stain we wanted. By the time they were done, it looked like the entire floor was brand new; you couldnt even tell which area was the brand new floor and which was the refinished area.
