Very poor customer service. Had to constantly call to find out what was going on. When we were able to talk to Vicki we got nothing but excuses. They told us that the installation would only take 2-3 hours, but ended up taking 8 hours. The installers were extremely slow, one kept taking off. They both kept taking very frequent and long breaks. They couldnt even show up with all the parts and tools to complete the job. They did not put a drop cloth down on our deck and ended up leaving stains on the deck boards. They left a broken razor blade on our deck railing which my kids could have been injured by if I had not found it first. Vicki told us that due to the lateness and the multiple times they rescheduled that we would receive a discount which has not happened. Then after all this we talk to the owner, Mike, and he proceeds to lie and claim that his installers had to do work that they did not do. This company is very unprofessional and will cause you nothing but headache and stress.

We had 6 windows & 2 patio doors installed from The Window Store. I was worried thered be issues with removing our existing frames. But the installers did an awesome job, creating custom fittings where necessary - looks so professional! Robbie also took the time to explain all the great new features. Highly recommend them.

I bought my windows from the windows store about 9 years ago and was satisfied then with the installation. The company is locally owned and they were knowledgeable about everything I needed. Well this summer, 9 years later, I took out a dog door panel that I had in for all that time and couldnt get my sliding glass door latched, so I gave them a call and when the technician couldnt get it to shut, the owner came out and fixed my door for nothing. Thats what I call excellent customer service- standing behind their product. I highly recommend them.

They were awesome the windows are great. Some of my magnets on my shutters were sun damaged and they broke off during the window install but the replaced them right away. Vicky was awesome to work with will highly recommend them to everyone

5-9-21- Everything is going smooth now just waiting on the arrival of windows. Communication really helps and is very appreciated....6-4-21- My wife was told that our windows would arrive the 26th of May and we are scheduled to have them put in on the 4th of June. Today is the 4th and my wife had to call and ask where their people are to install our windows because we heard nothing today upon which she was replied with we are not on the schedule today. Someone didnt add us and now we have to wait until hopefully monday to get them. Its really frustrating and I hope for better service and communication moving forward. 6-7-21... the windows got put in today and the Installer Robbie did a great job putting them in for us. I appreciate the work he did when he arrived, Very professional thankyou.

I recently had the window store install new windows in the basement. It was a smooth experience from start to finish. Great customer service and friendly people all around. I had one window that was slightly damaged that no one noticed until after the windows were installed. Company was quick to order a replacement and install the panel. Highly recommend this company.

Knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Recommended by neighbors after hail damage they replaced 3 windows including a custom 7 pane floor to ceiling window. We were impressed with the quality of the windows and their workmanship. We proceeded to have the remaining 18 windows in our home replaced as well. Mike, Vicki and the team were great.

I was very impressed with our window installation. The installers were efficient and friendly. The new gal who answers the phones is reliable and quick to make sure help is offered. After a few years, one window was leaking. They came out the very next day and fixed it. They answered all of my questions and explained things well. I am thankful we used The Window Store.

I am very pleased with The Window Store for the replacement of some older windows. The crew was awesome – on-time, super friendly, neat, knowledgeable on their products and the customer service has been a 10+ A minor issue with one window was fixed within 24 hours. Truly a terrific and reliable group that stands behind their product.

4-1/2 Stars. Overall very good workmanship, punctuality, communications, two rounds of measurements for replacement of 16 windows. Only gripe is they didnt clean the windows of fingerprints, suction cup marks, stray caulk etc post-install. Install was completed over three days.

I only gave 5 stars because there isn’t a 10 option! The Window store helped with our design and window recommendations for a large commercial project we were building. They provided great windows at a great price and even installed them perfectly! The owner himself was on site and even hung some doors for us (not part of their contract) because he wanted us satisfied with all of the overall workmanship of our facility. 😀. We have bought residential windows from them too, they will even work with any insurance company to replace storm damaged windows.

Due to the lock down our windows werent ready until may.But vicki was great about letting us know what was happening. She kept in touch the entire time we were waiting. The crew that installed our windows was great they worked quickly and had all 17 windows installed in just a day and a half.Im going to be recommending the window store to anyone I know that is looking to get new windows.

We had an issue w our hoa and their landscaper... damaging all out windows on the one side of our home. After fighting w them for over 2 yr the staff at the window store was able to work w or should I say deal w the insurance company far better than I was ever able to and got out windows replaced. We had to wait a bit sue to the covid out break. But I can say last day our windows where installed quickly and cleanly. W the staff taking care to keep out home clean and taking the time to ensure the work they did wasnt going to cause any other issue w wall hangings or exterior damage. Had my 40 year old patio sliding doors replaced by the Window Store. Salesman Kris Harlow was very personable and gave me a great price compared to other estimates. The doors were installed by Brian and Nick much sooner than we anticipated which was great! So happy to have sliding doors with screens, both the screen and the door have locks! Hoping this will alleviate the need for A/C and allow better air flow during the summer months. Mike and Angie in the office were also very helpful. Everything went smoothly. I recommend this business. I would post a photo but I have to replace the trim around the doors which is slightly off after the door replacement. Mike said this was a possibility. I shouldve planned for replacing the trim with the door, but I didnt.

We got all upstairs windows done. The insallters were very nice and efficient. The actual window was not all we hoped for: glazing specifically was cut short in places and uneven in others requireing a second visit. But energy efficient, sturdy, tinted and overall better quality than our builders grade pella from lowes.

After numerous attempts at finding a company who isnt price gouging, I had finally come across The Window Store. Mike, the owner, was very informative and professional in our meeting. It was a change being able to meet with the owner of a company and for him to give the estimate. That alone was a plus! The installers were also extremely professional, informative, on time and organized. This company exceeded my expectations and I am recommending to all of my friends and family.

Working with the Window Store was great, our expectations were exceeded with a job carefully and well done. The installation crew was friendly, conscientious of our home and cleaned up well at the end of each day.We received a quality product for a fair price. Mike, the owner, explained the details of the windows and the installation very thoroughly and accurately.We were nervous about installing new windows in our 100+ year old house, but the installation crew installed the windows without damaging any of the existing window trim.

Great customer service. I love the family owned feel type businesses because of the effort they put into customer satisfaction and the window store definitely has that feel. I’m working on a deadline and they are putting extra effort in to helping me out. So glad I found them.

The staff is great... not only they did they squeeze me in. They came out on a Sunday. I worked a very busy schedule and they were more than accommodating. They said they would have the job done between four and six weeks. And it was done within that time frame. This is a good company and I would recommend them to anybody

There was some confusion and a bit of a delay but I chalk that up to the craziness with the recent storms. They came out yesterday and spent all day here installing 6 new windows and they look great. The sales people were great, the installers were great and the installation looks perfect. Will definitely be calling them for new windows for the rest of the house and quite possibly a patio door. Highly recommend.

Mike the owner came over our home to give us an estimate, along with a very informative presentation. Great presentation, very easy to understand and great prices. The windows were ordered came in exactly when Mike said they would and he sent the installers right away, which they did an amazing job installing all our windows, very professional, picked up after themselves they even vacuumed the areas they worked at. In term of price and quality, the Window Store cant be beat, but what really makes the place shine is the service. Mike is personable and very knowledgeable about his craft. I was looking for replacement windows for a drafty old house, and the improvement in energy efficiency in a year alone was enough to cover the cost of getting new ones put in.

The Window Store was exceptional to work with. From the very beginning they tok the time to answer our questions and were extremely detailed throughout the installation process. Even when they realized the warehouse shipped the wrong style window, they were quick to make any adjustments that needed to be made to make sure we were completely satisfied. We bought an abandoned 1910 farm house in Western Lincoln County. The owner came out himself to measure, not once but twice! The workers installed all 28 windows in 3 days and did them all beautifully. From order to installation was 5 weeks and all the windows were custom sized! Just amazing! AND... they gave us a military discount!

The installers worked well together and were cautious of keeping my house clean. It is also nice to see the owner come out and do work also. That says a lot for the company. I am very pleased with the windows and the quality looks good.

Kris and crew were outstanding! Extremely knowledgeable, professional, always on time, kept us informed (i.e. when they couldnt install due to rain), and left my house and yard spotless.I did a lot of research (Pella, Champion, Anderson, American Exteriors) before deciding to go with The Window Store. The windows are gorgeous - same quality as Champion (construction, warranty, efficiency) at less than 1/2 the price!! We had all the windows in our house replaced (27 windows in 4 days!)- including 6 large picture windows in the vaulted-ceiling foyer and family room. It was impressive to see how they maneuvered and installed those monsters almost effortlessly. They also replaced the 4x5 tempered picture window (heavy!) in our enclosed master shower. It was amazing to see Kris and Joe install that one! Kris even found some storm damage the insurance adjuster didnt catch.We highly recommend The Window Store - we actually hated to see Kris, Joe, and Zach leave...they had become friends! Mike recommended a financing option (Lisa at Key Bank) that eventually lead us to also saving money on our mortgage and car loan. Bonus!!! You cant go wrong with these guys!!

Terrible customer service and poor communicationI received an estimate a few months back and was told to call when I was ready for them to come look at my window. Called recently, had to call three different times because my call was never returned (should have been my first clue). The ‘general manager’ was very rude on the phone. He said I’d have to email him photos of my window in order to get a quote, I told him I already had a quote. He then rudely just repeated what he said and then proceeded to say unless you don’t want a quote. So your right, I don’t want a quote. Judging by all the no shows to other clients homes I don’t think I’d want to give my money to this business.

Really crappy service. The owners son nick was smokin a cigarette while he was installing windows at my house. I told him not till do that I dont want my house smelling like that he did nothing and kept smoking like I didnt say anything to him.

They did not show up at the scheduled time.. Once they were at my home, they got to work. The crew was not very clean. They did a good job, but I just felt a little uncomfortable.

Made an appointment with them and they did not show at the time we scheduled. Tech calls me and said hes very busy and to call him. Called him back and no answer. Disappointed as I even tried to schedule online with them and they did not contact me. Tech was rude and made it sound like I inconvenienced him by not being at the appointment that he was 6 hours late too !!

To expensive lol the sales man was very convincing to sell me everything from windows to stucco and more I only called for Windows I know how the water flows so you cant sell me that easy thanks anyways......

I am very unhappy with this company. The windows that Mike sold me were not right for the application. I had to pay to get the right windows. The installer that changed the windows left my house with the windows poorly sealed and a mess on the floor.
