We contracted with Krueger Brothers for a deck project we wanted to pursue. After reaching out to numerous companies in the area for bids, KBros quickly became our first choice. Krueger Brothers extended our deck and covered the deck. Andrew gave us a detailed and accurate bid and was there for us throughout the whole project. Krueger Brothers replaced 10 windows and added vinyl siding and gutters to my home. Mike K. visited, got details about what I wanted and then came back a few days later with their bid, which was far more competitive than the others I got. The professionalism of the presentation far outweighed the others as well. Fast forward several months (due to issues with getting materials) and my project turned out great. Grace in the office was always so pleasant when contacting me with schedule updates. The window crew of Joe, Semaj, and Max did a fine, neat job and worked very quickly. Joe even rehung my blinds for me when the windows were done. The siding guys were so good. The lead guy, Jose, went above and beyond, and the other two, another Jose and Saul, were great at their jobs. Their attention to detail on every trim piece is very noticeable. Also, listening to Saul whistle while he worked made me happy!Other than needing a little more communication than I got from my project manager, everything was great! My house is beautiful.

From the first interaction on the phone scheduling a meeting for an estimate, Krueger Brothers was far superior in their customer service and professionalism. Krueger Brothers replaced an old sliding patio door with a new higher quality model (we worked with Jon). His timeliness, accuracy and attention to detail were exceptional. Other contractors were slow to return calls and generally unresponsive. Jon worked to get us exactly what we wanted and kept us informed every step of the way. He quickly solved any minor problems that popped up. Did we pay slightly more for the top-notch service? Maybe, but if so, it was totally worth it to get the job done right without having to prod a contractor. Highly recommended.

Krueger Brothers Construction removed our old deck and installed a new one. The quality is remarkable and the workers, Mike, Jason, Ricky & Tex were superb. They were always on time and VERY professional. Each day they would clean up the area below the deck and make the site neat and tidy. Their workmanship was absolutely the best. All miter joints are perfect and the planks and joists are totally true. They made this job look like a work of art and they should be commended for the quality of work and the wonderful attitude they have. We contracted with Krueger Brothers to build a sun room to replace our deck. We met with Iain who had some excellent ideas. He compiled several options and worked with us to figure out the best design for our home and property. We enjoyed working with him. Brad is our project manager and has had to really scramble to overcome a few hurdles, but he has done it. Everyone has been very professional as they coordinated contractors, schedules and supplies to make it happen. We absolutely love our work crew: Fabian Marquez, Edwin Cervants, Candelario Prieto and Brett Fregia. They were polite, fun and a joy to talk with. They also worked incredibly hard. I had Hardy Siding installed on my house by the Krueger Bros because I was impressed by Tim. I was assured (as we all are) that things would go smoothly. I was given a two week window from start to finish and a bill that started at 31k.First crew came in and they were asked to remove all the backer board and install new. The backer board came off in pieces. At day 4 of the first week, I called in the manager Jon and told him there was no way the work would be done by the estimated time. He assured me it would. At this point, only two sides of the house had the backer board removed and that included none of the second floor. I really liked this crew of two. They cleaned up after themselves and seemed concerned about my satisfaction with the work they were doing. Then that crews contractor (Sean) decided to stop communicating. So I have a house open to the elements and no crew working.In the middle of week 2, Crew number two comes in, gets the old siding off and has been allowed to cover the existing backer board which saved a week worth of time in demolition. When I asked why crew one didnt get to cover the backer board like the second, I was given the it was a management decision excuse. Every manager knows that every decision made is a management decision. Crew number twos foreman (Francisco) was very fortunate to have an excellent crew. There were only the three of them working for the next two weeks. Francisco was unprofessional, said he wouldnt do work because he didnt want to, tried to charge me personally to complete work that needed to go through Krueger Bros Construction as a Subcontractor, and brought random people to my house and left them here on a weekend so he could go and party (I wish I was making this up). At this point, I had made many calls explaining my dissatisfaction for the works execution, planning, and communication. I even asked to speak with one of the Krueger Brothers myself. who didnt ever call me back. That showed me how little my business means to them.In week 3, I get notice that the contract only priced for repainting one soffit. The entire house was being repainted and all the soffits needed to match. So the bill went up. I had to micro-manage the work being completed. Like the caulking process. Thank goodness I did or there would have been a siding failure. There was a lot of miscommunication about how to receive needed supplies between the Sub and Krueger Bros. Paint left on my driveway, trash, debris, and lots of little, sharp metal objects in the yard. I have a two year old. Can you image what could possibly go wrong? The last crew didnt even attempt to go over the yard with a magnet. Francisco just left it however it was.I understand there are a lot of logistics involved in a project like this (especially during a pandemic). But I shouldnt see how hard the job is to do. Manage it better. Do a better job with your subs and written contracts.

I am extremely pleased with the new Fiberon composite deck (with Fortress steel railing) that the Krueger Brothers Construction team installed for me! From beginning to end, every single Krueger Brothers representative was responsive, professional, and friendly. My experience began with KB exterior specialist, Curtis Riskey. Curtis came out to my house to give me an estimate (May 13). He brought color and material samples, and made some great suggestions. What I appreciated most is that he did not push me into a high-priced scenario. In fact, the estimate was set up so that I was presented with a baseline reflective of what I said I wanted and then different add-ons were included in my estimate - separately - for my consideration. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase or to make a particular selection. Krueger Brothers was smart to hire Curtis. He set the tone for my experience with the company. A real nice guy and helpful. I knew after meeting him, that I was probably going to have a very positive work relationship with the rest of the crew.Once I made a decision on the design and committed to the project financially, a project meeting was scheduled for June 4 and a team of KB folks came out to my house to discuss how they would proceed with the deck install. My deck was pretty straightforward: 13x13 composite material to replace an old, rotted 12x12 wood deck. Brad Ward, the project manager assigned to my project, was present to advise and, in particular, take a look at an awkward piping issue I had that might impact the decks build. I think it took three to four days for the guys to put the deck in (July 22/July 26). The build team did a fantastic job! They were courteous, informative, and they cleaned up each night after their days work. A huge thanks to Jeremy Lowe (construction manager), Austin, Stefan, and Kody! You guys do amazing work. Thanks, too, to Garrett Rainwater, KBs accountant, for treating me in a kind and professional manner. I would not hesitate to call Krueger Brothers again for future projects. Very simply: they set themselves apart from their competition!

Krueger Brothers is a very friendly and excellent company to work with. They had done a large project one of our properties and did an amazing job. The third party contractors were amazing and extremely hard working. I would like to give Erik from Krueger Brother and Teddy from the installing company huge shout outs. These two made the construction site tolerable and operate as smoothly as it could.

I was told that the travel radius was 1 hour. So when they checked my address, it was 1 hour away at which point the receptionist said they only travel 55 minutes. Obviously they dont need business.

I recently had my roof replaced by another company and noticed a leak, so I called Krueger Brothers and asked them if they could check out the roof. Andrew and Mike were courteous and arrived on time. They listened attentively to my description of the issue. I felt they were honest in evaluating the other company’s work, and they gave me some suggestions should the roof leak again. Jim and his crew who I refer to as the triple J team did an outstanding job replacing my wood deck with a beautiful composite material. The demo was done in one day and they discovered the original deck was not installed properly so they corrected everything to meet code. Nothing short of perfection on the entire finished product! What an incredible company! We need a new roof due to hail damage and while we are just at the start of the process, Ive been impressed with how timely my communication has been with them. Their customer service is excellent - on my first meeting with Mike he wanted to know what I needed from the company and what my expectations were. Kruger Brothers repaired our home after the August 2018 hail storm. They replaced my roof, gutters, deck, and painted the house. They were very thorough and did the job right. They helped me work with the insurance company to get high quality repairs and continually followed up to ensure the job was done right. They even got the insurance company to pay for things they were not originally going to. This saved me money in the end by getting more fixed with higher quality materials. Not the cheap materials the insurance companies try to stick us with. Sadly, we got hit by the August 2020 storm and Kruger Brothers was my first and only call because I know theyll fix things to the same high quality standard as they did last time. They are a company to trust and deliver high quality that you will be happy with. Call Mike and youll be glad you did.

Due to the age of the home and after several hail storms, I decided that it was time to replace all 13 windows and a patio door. They were installed by Fabian and his crew: Edwin, Kody, and Jr. The door arrived on Friday and the work began on the following Monday, the day before the snow storm. They managed to replace 12 windows that day, then replaced the remaining window and door 2 days later after the snow melted. They were very mindful of not tracking in dirt from their shoes when entering the house. Everyone was professional and courteous while they worked at the property. They were willing to answer any questions that I had about the job as it progressed. Edwin did an excellent job going through all the windows with putty and touch-up paint covering over the blemishes and scratches for a high quality professional finish. New windows and door improved the natural view of the outdoor that was not previously noticed from the old windows and door.

Krueger Brothers did an excellent job on our deck remodel. Jason, Mike, Jeremy and Tex did an amazing job and were so easy to work with! They were extremely professional and our decks look amazing.

The siding crew composed of Fabian M., Edwin C., Kody L., and Semaj S., did an excellent job of installing James Hardie siding on my two story house. There were many difficult areas to cover, especially at the 20 foot roof peak. In another area a mistake was made. The crew responded quickly to the error and fixed it up great. They were extremely polite and very professional.Also, I want to thank Jon D. in sales and Tim A. in project management for their excellent customer service. They were also extremely professional and quick to respond to all of my requests.

JR, Max, and Josh are super in their work for repairing our windows! They are polite and careful about their work. Their painting work is excellent. They clean up the carpet well. Tex, Joe, Semaj, Evan, Josh, Ricky, Carlos and Richard did a fantastic job on our exterior remodel. It is truly stunning and we get compliments constantly. They worked quickly, do great quality work, and are very responsive. The whole process was smooth and easy. This is our second time using KB because we’ve been so happy with their work.

I would give a zero if it were available. Do not use this company! We thought they would be great because of all the reviews, but that was not the case. Our deck the only direct access to the backyard needed to be replaced the footers had sunk and it was rotting and ready to fall down. We do not have a very big deck and we are not upgrading do to the cost, we are a single income foster family so we got what we could barley afford. We started the process in August and were told that they were all booked up and would start in mid October, it would take 3 to 4 days, no big deal. Mid October got pushed out to late October ok I understand some delays. Late October got pushed to early November. Early November turned into November 23 Finally! They came out tore down the old deck a set the new footers. It snowed the next day so no work understandable. Today (Wednesday) day before Thanksgiving, it is sunny and nice time to get some work done, nope got a text Weather delayed us yesterday. Crew will be out next week. What!!!! We have no direct access to our backyard for 7 more days???? I can see Thursday it is Thanksgiving but what about Friday and Saturday. This is very poor customer service I feel as if this job is not big enough job for them so they just keep blowing us off.

Our project was delayed by the pandemic, but Chris kept us in the loop with consistent and reliable communication. The Krueger contracting team and office staff demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and quality work all the way through to completion. Tim guided and sold me the Pella windows and door. His guidance, knowledge, and follow through finalized the purchase on the Pella product. The installation team headed by Junior were amazing. Junior was an excellent coach and trainer to his team. Max was very courteous and accommodating. Junior explained the process and helped me weigh installation options to ensure I would like the end result. He made my satisfaction the priority! Josh oversaw the project and ensured the details and installation met the threshold of quality work.Richard is at the house today, and has gone above and beyond with his completion of the punch list. Matt Krueger worked with me on a project several years ago, and he is the reason I returned to Krueger Bros. on this home project. I rarely think of construction or renovations and smile. Yet, in this case and very difficult time due to the pandemic, the Krueger Brothers team was beyond every expectation. They were pleasant, efficient, incredibly organized and surprisingly tidy for the heavily scaffolded stucco and outside building work. When the team (Daniel, Tex, Dylan, Joe, Semaj, and Evan) worked in our personal space, a third story deck and replacing all windows, they were incredibly accommodating. The interior paint was perfectly matched for all the windows, they cleaned to a pristine level, and were truly a team ... a rarity and a joy to watch. Love our New window replacements ! We immediately noticed less outside noise as well as keeping in more warmth inside and clearer views. Our original windows were so old that they were hard if not impossible to open. Krueger Brothers Construction is a great company to work with. We have gotten our roof replaced and windows installed with them in past couple of years. They are easier to work with and stand behind there product. You can count on them as a company to be there for you. We are planning to replace our siding with them in the fall, but most recently we were dealing with a woodpecker hole that needed to be sealed because it went through to our attic. Krueger Brothers were willing to fix it for us. JR Cejudo came out and did an excellent job of sealing it from the inside and outside. He was professional and went above and beyond to get to the tight space in the attic to seal it up. Thank you so much JR!

The best part of working with Krueger Brothers is the people. Everyone was easy to work with, conscientious, friendly and focused on doing quality work. Jr and Eric have a lot of experience and know how to solve inevitable construction challenges. Rodrigo impressed me as a caring supervisor while delivering a quality job. Krueger Brothers has done an amazing job on our siding project! We were burned previously by a roofing contractor so came into this project very skeptical of everything. They were very open and communicative every step of the way, which helped us trust that there are still good honest people out there! Our siding team, Fabian, Edwin and Bryden worked hard and long. I hired Krueger Brothers Construction to assist with the extensive hail damage to my home. My home was impacted in the August 2018 Hail storm with significant damage to the roof, windows and stucco. The insurance scope of work was missing several items and was greatly underestimated for the actual hail damage that occurred. KB and I tag teamed working with my insurance to get the several thousands of dollars of missing items and undervalued items approved. This was a tiresome process but, as a team we were able to get my insurance to cover the necessary needs to restore my home back to prestorm condition. KB nor I was willing to settle for anything less than what was required to bring my home back to prestorm condition and have no evidence my home was severely damaged in a catastrophic storm.The work that was done was a very large project and of course, didnt all go as smoothly as we hoped. As you can imagine, I did have some extensive issues with the stucco crew that made this job have some hiccups and headaches along the way. This would be my biggest complaint and made the job more difficult. A window did get misordered which caused a delay but, KB did the right thing and fixed this error and took care of this issue, but it did take longer due to this issue which was an annoyance for me. That being said, KB did stand behind their work and didnt quit nor leave the job unfinished or attempt to bail without doing the work and meeting my expectations. KB and I are both in agreement to no longer use this stucco crew and as a team we worked together and found resolutions to any of my issues and complaints. The work is now completed, the roof, windows and stucco along with additional painting and gutters. The project took much longer than expected and was a bigger headache than what was planned and it was tough on my kids being home for the summer.In the end, my home on the exterior is a brand new home. The colors I chose, with the upgraded copper gutters I picked, the gray stucco with the dark accents and brand new windows I am very happy with the new look of my home.Even though we had some issues and bumps in the road, I would recommend KB because they didnt bail, they didnt pass the buck or try to run from any issues or problems. They were willing to step up to the plate each time to do the right thing and work with me and my expectations, handle dealing with my insurance company for hours and hours, deal with any and all frustrations to finish my home and restore it back to prestorm condition with a brand new look.

My project was the re-siding of a large house with James Hardie plank, removal and replacement of exterior wall boards, and repair of window sills. The project crew consisting of Jon, Fabian, Edwin and Braydon were professional and skilled. They were a pleasure to have work on the site and completed the job with a keen eye for detail. Any issues that occured during the project were solved quickly and expertly. The team did not leave the job until it was completed to my satisfaction. Scheduling in Colorado can be a challenge and communication was ok. I would recommend and use Krueger Brothers again for my projects.

Today was extremely windy which caused the top of our skylight to blow off. Even though it was late afternoon on Friday after Thanksgiving, we reached Matt at Krueger Brothers who immediately sent a superintendent to our home. JR arrived quickly and efficiently reattached the skylight and frame, ensuring our skylight was weather tight. August 6, 2018A devastating hail storm ripped through Colorado Springs without any warning. Our house had 4 skylights and 6 windows destroyed. I contacted Krueger brothers and was told a crew would be out ASAP. But they had other obligations but they would be there. Eric and Jacob were the first to arrive. After assessing the damage they got to work. A few minutes later Josh and Junior showed up. They acted very professional and polite. My mother was panicking and was very bewildered. They put her at ease and finished in no time. I was very impressed by the service and professionalism these gentlemen had. Especially being so late in the day. We had all of our pella windows replaced this week. This week long project was definitely disruptive to our daily/weekly routine. The three installers from Krueger (Tex, Evan, and Joe) could not have made this process any LESS distruptive. They were prompt, polite, detail oriented, and cleaned up after every stage. They sequenced their project around our needs, making sure that their presence was as unobtrusive as possible. Tex, Evan, and Joe, worked daily as if this was their own company. The pride these three took, in the quality work they did, showed up every day. Each day they did eveything possible to make our house look like they had not even been there, and made sure we were pleased before they left.Krueger brothers should be very proud of these 3 employees!

Recently had Krueger brothers replace our roof with a new Decra Shake stone coated steel roof. This is the second roof Ive had replaced in the past couple of years by Krueger brothers (owned another house previously) and both times they did an outstanding job. Matt and Mike run a solid local small business with exemplary customer service and attention to detail. The end result met my expectations 100% and they stand by their work. Their crew was polite, courteous, friendly, and left the job site impeccably clean when they were finished. They showed up on the day they said they would and were done when they said they would be. I want to comment of one of the Krueger Brothers workers. Mr. Ramon Cejido, I hope I spelled his last name proper. Mr. Cejido is a very proficient person, not only does he tell you what he is going to do, he follows up on what work he does making sure it gets the approval of the customer. (Which is a first) He is very knowledgeable on what he is doing and he make sure that it doesnt have to be done over again. To me and my wife he is an assist to whom ever he works for because he is an excellent worker. We can see why The Krueger Brothers get such high ratings.

Granted I don’t know a whole lot about roofing but I’m pretty sure that people shouldn’t feel uncomfortable when their roof is being repaired or replaced. I feel as though I have no privacy, they’re drilling unnecessarily (to the point that they have drilled through my ceiling in places), they screwed up my stove fan and took it out, and to top it all off, the unGodly noise prevents any kind of sleep and it’s terrorizing my dogs. And 2 weeks seems a little excessive to spend on one roof when there are more needing work. As I write this, they’re outside my bedroom window and Im not ok with it.

Cant say enough good things about Kruegers window crew--Tex, Evan and Joe--they were friendly, prompt, efficient and went above and beyond in installing our windows.

I had a great experience with Kreuger Brothers Construction. My roof was leaking and while another company wouldnt even return my calls, Michael Kreuger came out to take a look at it. Turns out it was a simple oversight from the construction of the house that took just a few minutes to repair. After the repair, he took time to inspect the rest of the roof and make sure everything looked good. I would definitely recommend Kreuger Brothers Construction for any roofing needs.

We hired Krueger Brothers to remove and replace our roof with the Owens Corning Duration Shingles, along with the required Drip edges, repair water damage in our main upstairs Master bathroom, and replace our front windows with Pella Proline 450 series wood Windows. Every job was completed as scheduled, on time, on price. Quality was every bit as good as stated. The Kruegar Brothers Team always responded quickly to all our concerns and will receive my recommendation for future construction and replacement work. Use them, you will not be dissatisfied.
