We ordered a glasses mirror and it was broken. So we took it to Aspen glass to replace the broken glass. They did a great job in 1 day; for a great price. I would recommend Aspen Glass to anybody who needs any glass work done.

Great glass company. I broke two (yes two) sliding glass doors with a temperamental lawnmower and rocks. I called several glass companies in town to repair the sliders, and not only was Aspen Glass the fastest to respond, they had the best price by far. The technician they sent out to estimate the project was friendly and very knowledgeable. The estimate came back promptly and, as I mentioned before, was significantly lower than the nearest estimate. The materials were ordered promptly and the install was done immaculately. I will definitely call Aspen glass for ANY glass service I need in the future.

After already being behind on schedule, we needed something quick. Aspen Glass was able to cut the glass within half an hour and under $75! We were able to install and keep our timeline. Aspen Glass installed a shower enclosure for me about two years ago. The door had sagged a bit and was tight at the top. I called them to get it fixed. They scheduled my repair within a week and I am totally happy with the repair. Good people with a great work ethic.

Totally positive. I had contacted two other glass service companies, and each had given me a quote for a small project that I believed to be well-outside the boundaries of reason. My third contact was Aspen. The phone representative was professional, responsive and personable.She gave me a quote that was reasonable, and managed to fit my requirement into a very restrictive timeframe. Wanted a shower door for our newly remodeled bathroom. Visited their shop and was told we had several choices in glass to choose from. We made our glass selection and gave them a deposit. Several days later we received a call (which I was assuming would be to set up an Installation date) only to find out that the glass we wanted was unavailable and that we only had two choices in glass! We ended up cancelling the order. Bad experience that has set us back several weeks now as we now need to restart the process of shopping for a shower door.

I stopped in to get some quotes for several pieces of glass I needed for my house remodel, the new young lady was very pleasant and took all the information for the quote. She told me they would get back to me in a few days. Over a week went by and no call. I called to check on the quote and was told they hadnt worked on it yet. I waited nearly another three weeks until I called back again and was told they hadnt done anything with it. I told them forget it and that I would find another company since apparently they didnt want my business or money. The girl said, okay and just hung up. How businesses like this stay around with such horrible service and follow-through for their own industry is beyond me. Happy to spend my money elsewhere.Edit - Andy, your response is appreciated however demonstrates exactly the level of professionalism I expected...passive aggressive and defensive. 1) If you track calls you should know exactly how many times and when I called in to get a quote. Odd that you cant seem to find the calls, convenient. 2) It is completely inappropriate to share a customers phone number publicly, you need to edit and remove my number. 3) Yes, after waiting nearly 4 weeks I did go another direction and given the courtesy and professionalism I was showed, opted not to call you back. I completely respect and appreciate your position on installation and safety, all of which we could have discussed 3 weeks earlier and I might have agreed to an installation service and changing the thickness of glass. Alas, that was never an option because no one called until AFTER you lost my business. 4) My reviews include good and bad experiences, your company just earned the latter and yet you felt it appropriate to coach on how to escalate? When I called back the second time to follow up on a quote and was told nothing had been done with it and said, forget it I will take my business elsewhere that was the opportunity to earn my business. Instead your staff said, okay and hung up. Only after that is when you called and left a message. Tell me again how its my responsibility to chase after good customer service, arent you the one trying to earn business? Defend what happened all you want the fact is things slipped through the cracks or there was poor internal communication with your staff. You already lost my business but you couldve used the feedback productively, instead of just owning up to it you reply defensively and with an ad hominem argument as if I have some motive to provide a bad review and false information. Just glad to have found a company that was happy to actually do their job and not blame customers for the companys poor service.
