After our pipe burst in our basement (as did many others in Colorado Springs), Delta Restoration worked with us through COVID material shortages, scheduling fixes, and labor shortages. The owner Emmis personally labored and oversaw every aspect of our basement transformation, which turned out awesome!The timing was terrible, but they really worked with us to get the job done expertly and timely.Would highly recommend working with Delta Restoration!

They left us with our floor ripped out for two months and all the rubbish from the old floor in our front yard until we finally contacted Insurance and told them we were requesting new contractors. Below you will see pics of the wall they were supposed to paint and the floor left undone and them cutting out a strip of our kitchen floor that was not covered to be replacedOn the floor are all the stuff they took off the walls and failed to replace back where they got them. Their service was horribleThough they did send us flowers when my father passed away but left our guests and family from out of town on a ripped out subflooring with as many carpets we could buy to lay out on it so we werent stepping on nails

Professionalism is the absolute highest, Came into my home on time, and my rep Jack is the absolute best !! He took the time and explained the process of my claim. Jack made me feel good about the process and took a step further in showing me carpet analyzing and dry wall inspection pointers. These are the guys you need to hire . One more thing about Jack, when he says he will be there, he is there on time and waiting in your driveway 5 min prior to the scheduled appointment . I am Military and thats important to me when someone says they will be there at a certain time. Go w/ Delta Restoration, they are the best .

Delta did an awesome job on our water mitigation and repair. This was the first time we had to file an insurance claim and they went above and beyond to help us with the process. Every person we worked with whether it was the office staff or the team that came to our house were extremely professional and did an amazing job.

I had extensive damage to my home after a hail storm. This company was recommended to me by my Farmers insurance agent. There was little to no communication when jobs were being scheduled. Contractors showed up to my house when I wasnt there and started working without me knowing SEVERAL times. The job completed on my roof left me with poorly installed gutters that rattled in the wind. This issue was never fixed despite them sending out contractors 3 times afterward. Several things they told me they would do never got done.... I was as tired as working with them as I am typing out the rest of this post. But I can keep going. All my windows were busted at the start of winter. All my windows were still busted at the end of winter and all the way through the spring. I asked about the windows on every phone call. I was told that someone was coming to temporarily seal the affected areas. That never happened. There was one point when they told me my roof was finished. I thought that this was highly unlikely and asked if they were sure. They said yup, its finished! I went home and to no surprise, I didnt have a finished roof. Honestly.. Dealing with all of this was such a pain. Im done reliving it through this review.

I have to say, they are the best at what they do. I had my basement flooded a few weeks ago, and their team was amazing. They helped me stay calm through this rough patch, and very extremely helpful getting things back to new. I highly recommend you using their services!

Emmis and his team were great to work with. They made dealing with water damage an easy process. They handled every step along the way, and were great working with our insurance company. Adam was extremely professional and did a great job- going above and beyond to get things they way we wanted. Work was completed quickly and looked great! The company itself is very good when they have their own people working on the project. We just happened to get a new contracted person that was doing a horrible job but the management was very responsive & corrected everything quickly. I was glad that they listened to us, came to see the work being done, took action and made things right. So I would definitely recommend them but just check to make sure the person they assign has been with them for a while & their work is known.

Our 12 year old hot water heater burst at the seam, heard it could happen never thought it would. Delta came in and helped remove the carpet and padding, it was 3 days before I discovered it. Yikes.. The clean up went smoothly, and they handled all the insurance billing. I ended up working with Rosey in the office, she handled a last minute change, thanks for making my life easier ...

The Delta team was fantastic! When I found out I had mold following a water leak, I panicked. I have children in my home! They understood my concerns, and explained the entire process and how long it would take. They prepared the estimate in no time, and completed the work quickly. They were always available to answer my questions, and took great care of my home as if it was their own. Thank you for making me feel safe in my home again!

Delta disasters is the worst possible company to have come into your house. Doing a job that should have lasted a month turned into 6 months. Very poor communication I had informed them that I worked overnights and I told them the days that they could come over so I could get some sleep before work but it seemed as if the time I told them I wasnt available was the only time that they made to get my bathroom done. All the workers that had come into my house were very in experienced you would think between all of the workers who came into my house one would know how to caulk a shower and would at least remember it one of the several times that they came over. I am still to this day finding problems with my shower that I will be handling myself because I have determined that I could have done a better job with the no experience that I have then these people that are supposed to be doing this kind of stuff for a living. Highly highly dont recommend this company unless your ready for the headache that comes with it.

These guys are excellent. Worked with me very quickly after a leak was discovered in our upstairs, and even came back and did a scan for me on another bathroom for a home inspection. They are pleasant, clean and do a great job!

We hired Delta to come in and fix the water damage caused when our sump pump broke and our basement flooded. Very easy company to work with. They did great work. When they were finished you never would have been able to tell that the basement had flooded. I highly recommend giving them a call for any type of restoration work.

Like others my experience was a nightmare. Total lack of communication and no project management or oversight. They literally had to redo everything, the shower 3 times, because they werent paying attention, didnt communicate with each other, and just did crappy work. I had to clean up after the dry wall went in so the carpet people could lay carpet. They ripped out the shower and left bags of concrete and trash that I had to move. Then they tried to blame others, Im sorry I hired you to be the PM. I installed the toilet, sink, and all the shelves and fixtures in the bathroom, the washer/dryer, and they tried to charge me for it. I asked them to notify me when the shower was being rebuilt so I could get my dog out of the house. NO communication. Now we are a year later and the grout on the shower step has completely split open. If your work or your subcontractor work wont even last a year, what kind of quality is that?? Believe me, this is not a quality service and you do not want them in your house. My work also took from Nov-April, way too long for a simple flood cut and a very tiny 3/4 bath. Nightmare doesnt begin to describe it, and now I get to redo parts of the bathroom again.

Company was recommended. The mitigation company was amazing. Ever since then it’s been a disaster. Took a long time for the repair estimate, never scheduled anything, consistently hang up on me and my husband, and after hanging up on us they stop answering the phone ( for weeks). PI’ve tried emailing and calling the manager Emmis which he also refuses to call or email back. They sent some one out today finally to install dry wall - but no insulation on exterior walls so.. now it’s got to be redone which will take even longer now but delta refused to deal with it today and said better luck Monday! I do not recommend them! Just want my house fixed, this is so frustrating!

Go elsewhere for water damage restoration. Delta was hired after my grandmothers house flooded. There is literally not one thing they did well. First off they were supposed to itemize every item that was disposed of from water damage, my grandmother has yet to receive the list in full. Also they are supposed to take pictures of every item, also didnt do that. They threw items away without documenting them, the items they didnt throw away were stored in boxes that said biohazard medical waste and even reused boxes from other jobs, some of which said Birds room, dirty. Im sure that a number of the items that werent documents ended up in their possession. They also got irritated with my grandmother when she was concerned about her possessions. I really wish I would have been there. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!

Delta came out and did an EXCELLENT job of cleaning our carpets. After having upwards of 20 plumbers walking on our carpets daily, our carpets were filthy. After 4 hours of deep cleaning, our carpets look great. We love working with the great TEAM over at Delta.

Emis was the gentleman who went out to look at 2 damaged trailers. It was a long ride out there and he did not charge anything. He said we could fix it ourselves and told us how. Horrible is the best description of this company. No communications, and plenty of dishonesty. I have called numerous times to speak with the tech that we originally spoke with and he is either in a meeting or just unavailable. The receptionist Samantha I believe was her name, has about a pin head worth of customer service experience, and will lie to you at the drop of a hat. I can only hope that her stint with Delta Disaster is a very short one.

Emmis was very professional and got out to my place quickly to get together an estimate. I worked with Lauren over the phone and she was nothing but kind and patient. I had a lot of questions and concerns and she took a lot of time to explain and work through any issues. I always received communication whether by phone or email.

This company was recommended to me by USAA. I was very hopeful but have ended up incredibly disappointed. I would not wish my experience with this company on anyone and would give the rating as zero stars if I could. This company attempted to subcontract all of their work and hired people who did not/could not read the contract and couldn’t care less.They first sent a drywall installer who came unprepared without the insulation required and tried to install the drywall unsupported on each end of the replacement sheet. When I confronted him his response was, “so what’s the problem.” He also refused to read the contract or even consider what what was required under the contract. He copped a terrible attitude with me and I ended up having to refuse to let him finish the work and sent him out of my home. Resolving this issue took two more trips back to my house in the middle of the work day to have the issues inspected and fixed.They also subcontracted out the carpet installation. Instead of stretching and reinstalling the carpet to the tack strip the carpet layers simply laid the carpet on the floor and stapled the carpet to the tack strip without stretching it. This necessitated two more trips home for inspection and fixes. During the second instal the carpet layer told us that the carpet won’t do a full stretch and is delaminating when he attempts to fully stretch it. Instead of proposing a fix he completes his work and departs. When I call the main office they have no information on this issue.After the carpet was installed the company said that they were done with the job and considered it finished. Their quote included money to replace the furnishings in the room and hang curtains but this was never done. I ended up doing it all myself.I am currently disputing their bill to my Insurance company.This may have been a reputable company and they may have done a good job for other and may do well for you but I would not recommend them under any circumstances.

What a stressful trial dealing with them. Very little communication with me. Total misunderstanding of what they were to be doing. They had me sign what I thought was the finish of carpet cleaning. Stupidly, I did. They did NOT clean the fire area very well. When we used the stove--all the chemical smell came back. They cleaned under the stove (second time I had to have them come back). They did not clean the area under the burners. They did not clean the air vent on the wall. You still see the smoke stains there. Third time they came I thought it was all complete. But the vertical blinds are not done, none of the electronics, not the ceiling fan and its globes. I was living in a hotel (under construction) so I could not watch them as they worked--so not sure they wiped down the walls. I have sleep apnea and currently have a cough that was not there before the fire. My brother has COPD. I did not hire them. The apartment complex did. It is Grand Centennial off Garden of the Gods and Centennial Blvd. Check out THEIR reviews--the office staff are snobs.

Run away from this company! Not only did they charge me for things never done and bill me for hours never worked and charge me for after hours during business hours but the lied to me and told me that the black mold they left untreated in my basement was safe and wouldnt cause any harm to my children. The even put fans aimed on the mold which fanned it all through my house and my babies lungs. They charged me for applying a spray on the mold but they never did spray it. They also put a fan on my furnace which cause gas to be fanned throughout my house and my gas alarms to go off. I had to evacuate my kids until I could get the gas out. When I spoke with Emmis he acted like I was being unreasonable by asking for the billing to be corrected, and dismissed my safety concerns as if they were unfounded.

Took you over 3 months to show up to do the job. (partial roof) However no complaints about the work once completed.

This companies communication is nonexistent! They called for payment twice before the work was even finished. Then they called to do a final walk, which I found out which was just coming over to get paid. I was told they wont do a final inspection because the city will. Then I got an email that the city doesnt inspect small jobs, so no one is doing a final inspection even though I asked for one.
