Wow. What was I waiting for? Ive always done my own taxes through Turbo Tax. but since I started my own company I thought Id give the Senior Tax Advisory Group a try. They have my business forever! Mark Slater worked on my taxes and he made a difficult process easy through his patience and incredible knowledge of the ever changing tax laws. Senior Tax Advisory group did both my business and private taxes for an unbelievably reasonable flat rate. Its taken one big, prograstinatey, headache away from me, and Im so grateful to them.

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff members helping us mature people make the most of our retirement. My interactions with them have been very positive and they definitely have the best customer service around. I was devastated by an unexpected layoff after 18 years with the employer. This group offered smart choices for me and turned my forced retirement into a positive income producing experience. Unlike the majority of financial advisers/managers, they will not sell you anything. Yes, that sounds absurd, but it is true! All the work they have done for me has not cost me a dime! My taxes will be greatly reduced because of their tax planning advice. I will use them to prepare my taxes for 2013 and will gladly pay about $100 for that service, but that will be my only expense and it will be well worth it. I encourage you to make an appointment to speak with an adviser. It will cost you nothing and you can see for yourself if they can make a difference in your finances. I highly recommend them!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Please be aware this company focuses heavily on annuity sales. They recommended a high fee annuity product to my mother which was not appropriate for her situation.

Im growing very cautious at best regarding them. My parents asked them for help years ago, through what avenue I have no idea. We began to help my father with his taxes a couple of years ago when I took over managing his apartments for him. My wife was appalled when tax season rolled around with their lack of organization. They were so unorganized that even though we gave them my parents information with plenty of time they had to file an extension. Needless to say that did not give us a very good impression. Unfortunately, its getting worse now. My mother passed away and my parents did not do the best planning in many areas of their lives, as a result things have had to go into probate. I was trying to help my father, who has memory issues he will not admit, get things going and make sure we had the complete inventory list for probate. I tried to contact Darian Andreson regarding the way my parents investments were set up, to make sure they were in the trust, etc. He never bothered to call me back or respond to my emails after SEVERAL attempts. I am finally growing angry. I understand that he would need my father on the line as well in order to truly give me any real information, but no one bothered to call or respond to me. Other places simply inform me that my father needs to be on the line as well and then we can have a conversation. There is absolutely nothing about this place which bodes well for people who are getting older and need someone they can trust as far as I am concerned. We are attempting to help me father make a wiser decision regarding with whom to entrust his finances and taxes at the present time, and I would advise anyone looking to go elsewhere.
